The hotel was nice overall except two noise generating problems, I had three young people as my neighbors in the next room, they were heard perfectly from my room. All their conversations, music, tv, laughs... I felt like I was living with them... Another noise problem was lift's renovation, my room 129 was just next to lifts, It was unbearable noise... I wasn't warned about this renovation, so when I felt how walls are shaking and loud drilling, I called reception desk, they didn't offer any solutions or apologies and explained it's all a part of lifts renovation. I asked them how long will this go on, they answered me that it's gona take a few days...

Location: Very good (9/10). Close to everything — I didn’t need to use transportation at all.

Overall design: Very cozy and comfortable (9/10). I really liked it.

Service & staff: 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very satisfied with the service.

Rooms: I stayed in a standard room. It was cozy, clean and elegant (8/10). The sunlight was a bit weak, so the room felt darker during the daytime. Personally, I liked it that way, but it might not suit everyone. One thing the hotel could improve is the slight humidity smell in the room, and the sound insulation could be better.

Breakfast: Very good (9/10). I especially liked the pancakes, and you should definitely try their freshly made croissants.

Overall: Not bad at all , I would definitely recommend it.

This hotel is centrally located in Barcelona in the Balmes neighborhood. It has a lot of shops, stores, restaurants and bars in walking distance. The hotel is nice and clean. The room was a bit small for price but clean, ac/ heat wotrks. The pool is nice, although to cold to use when I was there. The gym was a bit small for my liking but it has something. The staff was nice for most part. The hotel was a solid 4 stars.

This stay was absolutely perfect, a definite five-star experience! The front desk service was warm and attentive, and check-in was quick and efficient. The room was spacious and bright, with soft, comfortable bedding – I slept soundly all night. The best surprise was the fantastic view from the window, and the cleanliness details were handled exceptionally well, making for a truly reassuring stay. Excellent value for money, I'll definitely choose this place again next time I visit and highly recommend it to all my friends!

The room was great, and the hotel isn't far from the train station, making transportation really convenient. This is super important when traveling with kids. The hotel environment is also quite good.

It's very convenient to shop on the shopping street! My fiancee and I were afraid of being robbed after shopping, so we stayed on the shopping street! The service was very good and the hygiene was OK, but it could be moved closer, after all, the hotel is a little old.

The hotel is very good. It was renovated from an old Spanish apartment building. One of its characteristics is that the room is very thin, so it feels quite spacious. The whole design is very artistic. I want to feel like I am living in a century-old house. However, since the Gothic Quarter is the old city, you will definitely need to take a taxi or the subway, which will take a long time to walk. It is not that convenient. If you like very convenient transportation, it is recommended to stay on the avenue outside. But if you want to experience the old city in depth, this hotel is still very good.

The room was a duplex, with the bedroom upstairs and the living area downstairs, which was a very sensible layout. However, the only issue was that my pants, which were wrapped in a bath towel, went missing. I suspect the cleaning lady might have mistaken them for a dirty towel and thrown them away.

Stayed in the suite on the top floor of the hotel, the room was small, but there were actually two small terraces! One was used to enjoy a hot bath and the other was suitable for sun. The staff was very friendly but did not experience the hotel breakfast.

The hotel is in a great location, just across from the Thyssen-Bornemisza Museum, a three-minute walk from the Prado Museum, and a seven- to eight-minute walk from Puerta del Sol. There are multiple subway stations nearby, and Atocha is also within walking distance. There are plenty of restaurants and shopping nearby. The family room we booked wasn't large, but it spanned two floors and had a terrace, perfect for a family with two children.

The Urban Hotel in Madrid has truly become our home away from home. From the moment we arrive, we always feel incredibly welcomed. The staff is consistently polite, professional, and attentive, making every stay exceptional. Thank you to the entire Urban team for always treating us so wonderfully – you make our time in Madrid unforgettable!

The service is very good, the staff is very friendly, and the room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, a maximum of ten minutes walk, you can reach the bus station, Paddington Railway Station, and Hyde Park. The only drawback is that the bathroom is transparent and outside the toilet, which means that if someone is taking a shower, the other person cannot go to the toilet or wash because everyone can see it 👀
