Not the best. The receptionists were not really friendly. The restaurant didn’t do the reservation for me & I had to always say my room number before sitting down in the restaurant. In other hotels they know which room number has booked the breakfast and they do a table reservation for that room number beforehand. I also had to drink almost a cold Moroccan tea because I was not informed I could order warm tea/coffee at the first breakfast I had. At the last breakfast they came to me and asked whether I wanted to have a warm drink/warm breakfast meal. I also told them the fridge in the room didn’t work and they didn’t do anything about it. It was not the best experience overall.

The hotel is a bit old-fashioned, but the room size was decent enough, with more than ample space to open two large suitcases. And they had *duvets*! This was the only hotel among the several we stayed at in Spain that actually provided them. The location seemed decent enough, although we primarily used taxis. We found that for a group, taking taxis in Barcelona offered better value than using the metro. A branch of Joncake is just a 3-minute walk from the hotel – highly recommended! It's delicious and there was no waiting in line.

This hotel apartment was the absolute highlight of our trip to Seville! The location is unbeatable – within walking distance of Gaudi's three masterpieces, right on the most bustling luxury brand street, truly the 'Wangfujing of Spain.' The room was spacious, perfectly comfortable for our family of three, and cleaned daily. Excellent value for money, definitely a 4-star+ experience.

Good location but not worth a four star hotel

The good thing: continent location if you want to visit certain tourist places and is close to a good selection of bars and shops, good cleanness 

However if you care about sleep this is not a good choice, sound proofing is pretty poor where all the guest door would slam without slow shutting, which you will get easily woke up by late neighbors. 

Other than thin doors, they also assigned me a room that facing directly to the elevator which also “contributes” a lot to quality sleep. Remember to check with them during check in if you are noise sensitive

With this price it is better to look elsewhere, there are hotels who are doing better In basic hospitality needs than fancy art works.

Location: Very good (9/10). Close to everything — I didn’t need to use transportation at all.

Overall design: Very cozy and comfortable (9/10). I really liked it.

Service & staff: 10/10. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I felt very satisfied with the service.

Rooms: I stayed in a standard room. It was cozy, clean and elegant (8/10). The sunlight was a bit weak, so the room felt darker during the daytime. Personally, I liked it that way, but it might not suit everyone. One thing the hotel could improve is the slight humidity smell in the room, and the sound insulation could be better.

Breakfast: Very good (9/10). I especially liked the pancakes, and you should definitely try their freshly made croissants.

Overall: Not bad at all , I would definitely recommend it.

The hotel is very good. It was renovated from an old Spanish apartment building. One of its characteristics is that the room is very thin, so it feels quite spacious. The whole design is very artistic. I want to feel like I am living in a century-old house. However, since the Gothic Quarter is the old city, you will definitely need to take a taxi or the subway, which will take a long time to walk. It is not that convenient. If you like very convenient transportation, it is recommended to stay on the avenue outside. But if you want to experience the old city in depth, this hotel is still very good.

Amazing stay, best we've been at so far (travelling 5 countries and for 4 weeks). They also gave a US a free upgrade!

We just happened to be sick, so didn't get tō see much in Barcelona, however our stay was so nice with friendly staff and room service, as well as a beautiful and comfortable hotel room. Thanks!

The staff is super nice. Full of details. Great location. Take the subway to the convention center. 200 meters away is Casa Mila and the big shopping street. I will stay here again next time.

Stayed in the suite on the top floor of the hotel, the room was small, but there were actually two small terraces! One was used to enjoy a hot bath and the other was suitable for sun. The staff was very friendly but did not experience the hotel breakfast.

very good! Great experience and convenient transportation! Various scenic spots around are close to the train station. It is convenient to order takeout and take a taxi to the airport. The service staff is very friendly!

The location is very good, close to Puerta del Sol and Retiro Park. However, the cleaning staff had a bad attitude and often opened the door directly into the room. I stayed for three nights and only made the bed one night. One night when I returned to the hotel, I found that the door card for power supply had been pulled out. There were hairs on the towels in the bathroom. The mini bar was not replenished in time. As a five-star hotel, there are many areas that need improvement.

The service is very good, the staff is very friendly, and the room is very comfortable. The hotel is in a good location, a maximum of ten minutes walk, you can reach the bus station, Paddington Railway Station, and Hyde Park. The only drawback is that the bathroom is transparent and outside the toilet, which means that if someone is taking a shower, the other person cannot go to the toilet or wash because everyone can see it 👀
