Nothing to complain about this hotel , from the bellboy to the reception and the room, everyone was professional and attentive. They even helped me arrange a birthday cake surprise for my family. The best part is its location, right beside National Stadium Station and MBK Mall, where you can find everything you need which is shopping, food, and even massage! I’ll definitely recommend it to anyone interested.

The hotel is located in Bangkok's Old Town. The hallways had a strong odor, but the breakfast and pool were good, and the beds in the family room were large enough. However, the room facilities were old, and the staff weren't very enthusiastic; they expected a tip for helping with luggage. Overall, it's good value for money.

Overall, the room felt quite new, as the hotel has recently undergone renovations. The facilities were comprehensive and well-appointed, providing everything needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

However, the service quality could be improved. Upon our arrival, there was no staff member at the front entrance to assist with our luggage. We also observed that other arriving guests did not receive assistance either. Enhancing the front-door service would significantly elevate the overall guest experience and create a more welcoming first impression.

Additionally, during my stay, a notice was issued regarding maintenance work on the hot water piping system scheduled between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM. I believe such maintenance should be arranged after 12:00 PM, which is the standard check-out time, to minimize inconvenience to guests. Scheduling maintenance after most guests have checked out would help reduce disruptions and demonstrate greater consideration for those still staying at the hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at Dusit Princess Phu Quoc and were very satisfied with our experience.
The hotel is clean, cozy, and well-organized. Breakfasts were varied and tasty, the swimming pool was perfectly clean, and the rooms were spacious, bright, and very comfortable, with beautiful views of the pool and the sea. Housekeeping was excellent.
The staff were friendly, professional, and always helpful without being intrusive. We especially appreciated the discreet and well-managed security service, which made us feel safe and relaxed throughout our stay.
The hotel has a clean private beach with plenty of space to relax at any time. There is also a well-equipped gym overlooking the pool, a children’s playroom, and a small shop on the premises, which is very convenient.
The location is good — only a 10-minute drive to Long Beach Market and King Kong Market.
Overall, the atmosphere is calm and pleasant, without crowds or pressure to purchase extra services. A great place for a comfortable and peaceful holiday.
We would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again.

The lobby decor was quite grand, though noticeably vintage. Check-in was quick, and the staff even offered a welcome drink. Parking is free for both entry and exit; you just need to validate your license plate at the front desk each time you enter. The room was comfortable and spacious, and the bedding was excellent. As it's a renovated hotel, some of the grout in the bathroom still had grime. The hotel is located in a relatively quiet area, and it's within walking distance to Jonker Street, which is a big plus. We paid for breakfast for two, but the value for money wasn't great. The food selection and taste were decent, but there were limited main dishes. For example, when we went for breakfast at 7:30 AM, there were only 3 siomai left. They were delicious, but despite waiting until 9:30 AM, they were never refilled. The replenishment speed for all food, fruit, milk, etc., was very poor, with many items not being refilled at all.
