The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, with brand new facilities and a very comfortable bed. The front desk staff, especially the lady who assisted us, was fantastic and provided excellent service! We needed a quiet room for my elderly parents, and they kindly accommodated our request, even upgrading us to a family room free of charge! The room was spacious and very comfortable. The location is also excellent, with a mall downstairs offering plenty of dining, entertainment, and shopping options. Plus, the hotel even offered complimentary afternoon tea, which was a lovely touch! We'll definitely be back!

What impressed me most during this stay was the hotel's service quality, especially the professional assistance from Xiao Dan at the front desk. From guiding me through check-in to explaining room details, she was incredibly thorough and attentive.

I had originally booked a standard room, but Xiao Dan proactively offered an upgrade to an exhibition-view room with a night view, and thoroughly explained the features of both room types. When I requested a late check-out, she readily agreed and patiently clarified the policies. This 'always-responsive' attitude made me feel truly valued.

The next day, due to a change in my itinerary, I needed to print some documents. Xiao Dan not only promptly helped me with this but also took the initiative to offer travel tips for the nearby business district. Her service was consistently warm, thoughtful, and her smile never wavered. I'll definitely be staying here again.

The room and bedding are very clean, and the air conditioner is very comfortable, but the paper box is a bit old. Opposite is the Baisha Seafood Market. It is very convenient to eat seafood. It is also quick to take a shared electric car to Pingxi Night Market. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk It's not bad. The buffet breakfast provided has many types and tastes good. I saw the person at the next table brought a dozen boiled eggs, which I guess took away. No one said anything about the grandeur of the hotel, haha! All in all, it’s a good review. I’ll stay here again next time I come to Nanning!

This time I stayed at the Yicheng four-star hotel and the experience was great! As soon as you step into the hotel, you will be attracted by its elegant and warm environment, exquisite decoration and relaxing atmosphere. The room was spotlessly clean, the bedding was clean and soft, and the bathroom was odor-free. The safety is impeccable, the access control is strict, and the security measures are in place, so you can feel safe when living here. The hotel facilities are complete, the gym equipment is brand new, and the smart devices in the room are also very convenient, which can easily control the lighting and temperature of the room. Whether it is a business trip or a leisure trip, Yicheng Hotel meets my needs and I will choose it next time I travel!

The hotel's location is excellent, and the room layout is well-designed. We had a great view from a high floor. It's super convenient – just a short walk across the bridge to the pedestrian street and night market, and there's a large shopping mall right downstairs, offering everything you need for dining, entertainment, and shopping. Check-in was quick, and they even gave us an extra complimentary breakfast for our child. The breakfast itself was fantastic, though the food pickup area was a bit small. They also offer a take-out service. Overall, we had a very satisfying stay.

This was hands down the best hotel I've stayed at all summer! The room was incredibly clean, spotless even, with no unpleasant odors whatsoever (no musty smell, no drain smell). The water pressure was excellent, making for a truly invigorating shower. The bedding was also pristine, which was perfect for my allergies. With a Simmons mattress and a down duvet, I slept incredibly well.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and accommodating. They were very responsive and proactive in handling requests. For instance, I asked for an extra duvet, and it was delivered to my room even before I got back! The housekeeping staff were also very friendly.

 The laundry room was well-equipped with four washers and four dryers. What's more, the staff even helped with washing, drying, and folding the clothes, which were then neatly bagged and delivered to my room, all completely free of charge! There's also a gym available.

The buffet breakfast was incredibly diverse, offering both Chinese and Western options, plus the local specialty, Liuzhou Luosifen. Most importantly, the hotel boasts a two-story underground parking garage. This is a huge convenience, especially given how challenging it can be to find parking in the city center. Its location is fantastic, just a short walk to Qingyun Market and Wuxing Pedestrian Street. You can also easily walk to the riverside to enjoy the musical fountain or visit the Liuzhou Museum.

The prices were reasonable, and the service was impeccable. I'll definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Liuzhou! What a fantastic experience! 👍

Must be five-star praise! The hotel environment is elegant and quiet, the lobby and public areas are clean and tidy, and the overall atmosphere is very comfortable. The room facilities are complete and easy to use, the bedding is soft and comfortable, the hygiene is particularly in place, there is no dead corner and no smell. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful, the check-in is efficient and intimate, and the demand response is very fast. The breakfast is rich in variety, both Chinese and Western, the ingredients are fresh and delicious, and the food is very satisfying. The overall experience is beyond expectations, I will choose this one next time!

The service is warm and attentive, and the facilities are complete. Overall, it offers good value for money, and my stay was pleasant and satisfying.

Spacious, clean and tidy. Wuyue Plaza is right in front of the hotel. It provides one-stop dining, drinking and entertainment. Good value for money. Stayed for another three nights. Convenient snacks nearby. The room has complete supplies. The disposable slippers are of good quality and can be worn many times.
