Everything is good and buses most of the times available, not crowded and no pushing. Clean and service always available with coffee, date and water at the lobby. The only thing is that you need to walk about 5-10 mins from the bus stop to the Haram.

The hotel has been very nostalgic since returning 21years later . Not much has changed about the hotel in terms of the appearance, but it’s still clean . The service was very fast and helpful. The hotel is located on a hill but the hotel provide concierge service on a buggie down the hill and it’s a short walk to the haram. Overall I had a good stay and would come back again .

We stayed 2 nights in this hotel. The location is very good, and the lifts are less crowded because the hotel has fewer rooms compared to other Clock Tower hotels like Ghufran, Swissotel, and Al Maqam.

However, we had a few issues. The shower and basin had drainage problems, and we had to wait for the water to drain. One of the beds was broken in the middle. My son was sleeping on it, but we noticed it only on the last day. The hotel should have checked this before giving us the room.

Another big issue was taxi drop-off and pickup. Taxis drop guests at Pullman Zamzam or Swissotel Al Maqam on the lower ground. You would need to call hotel to send someone to pick you which required you to travel quite long and come out of clock tower abd the enter the hotel.

 When I booked a taxi to Madinah, there was confusion about where the taxi would come. The taxi was not allowed to enter the Pullman Zamzam area, and security stopped it. Finally, the bellboy took us down to the main road to catch the taxi. This was difficult, especially with large luggage. Because of this hassle, I would think twice before booking this hotel again if I need to come with bags.

I would like to say thank you to the housekeeping staff, Abo Tayeb, who was very helpful and managed many things for us.

I have been staying at this hotel for 4 years, but this visit was very disappointing. The carpets are old and dusty, I booked a king bed but was given three small single beds with hard mattresses, and the washroom was extremely small. Room service was poor and shuttle service unreliable. Only the front desk staff and breakfast were good. I even had to check out early and move to another hotel. Standards have dropped badly compared to the past.

This business hotel is perfect for business trips! The location is superb, just a 3-minute walk from the subway station, and there are plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean and tidy, the desks and chairs are spacious and comfortable, and the internet speed is incredibly fast, making document processing a breeze. The front desk service is warm and efficient; check-in and check-out are smooth, and the breakfast is varied and nutritious. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time!

Maybe the hotels in Jeddah are generally expensive! I chose this hotel in the shopping mall after 2 days. The room is quite big, but the facilities are a bit old and musty. I can't see the city view in the city view room I booked, and I can't take pictures of the city view even if I want to.

Stayed 3 nights, hotel is very clean, gentleman behind the reception desk was a supper star, he checked me in 5am in the morning, all the staff very nice and polite, jilani was a nice bloke, this will be my second home in madina in future In’sha’Allah.
Highly recommended to all my family and friends and colleagues. Breakfast was delicious and a lot of choices for all communities around the world.
