Overall the stay is good, room is spacious. The receptionist is helpful and friendly, and free nice buffet breakfast is provided. Location is very good with a lot of local stalls and street food just few walking steps away from hotel, as well as train station. We initially got a room with heavy smoke smell, but the receptionist offered us a new room after our feedback without hesitate.

Very satisfied stay experience! The hotel environment is very good,
The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, the room was clean and tidy, the facilities were complete, the bedding was comfortable, and the night was good. I will choose here next time.

Excellent value for money, highly recommended! From location to service
The details are impeccable. The room has a wide view, the sanitary corners are cleaned very clean, and the quality of bath products is good. It was a very pleasant stay.

The family room was a bit small, and the heating wasn't very good; air conditioning was needed for warmth. The private parking was great and convenient. The location was excellent, right next to a shopping street. The hotel service was very good; they even provided a complimentary breakfast for the children. Overall, I was satisfied.

I found a treasure for me. I didn’t want to book it in the commercial and residential apartment building. I found that it was invincible close to the subway station (about 50 meters from Exit E of North Ring Road). Shanghai dumplings Ruixing Xue Wang Xintiandi downstairs. The door is Metro and Ole. The high-rise rooms have a good view and good lighting. The service was also very thoughtful. I told the front desk that I didn't want to go upstairs and opened the room on the 17th floor. The shower was repaired as soon as possible. and! Family! This bay window is too god to change the tea seat! ! ! If I don't have time, I will enjoy it for another day.

My family came to stay here to visit relatives. First of all, the transportation is very convenient. It is right next to the Zhuoer Furniture City. The hotel environment, from the lobby to the room, is tall and bright, giving people a very comfortable feeling. The facilities in the room are neat and clean, with spacious floor-to-ceiling windows, a large bathroom, and equipped with fire-fighting equipment. It is also very quiet to live in. In addition, the front desk staff are very enthusiastic and professional. The experience is very good. If I stay in a hotel again in the future, the Elan Hotel Zhuoer Mall Branch is my first choice👍
