Good hotel, very conveniently located 8 minutes from Universal Studios. The breakfast was excellent. The reception staff were 10/10.

Pick-up and drop-off: It is best to call the hotel to confirm the location, generally on the first floor of the airport shutter bus station
Environment: The overall facilities are good, no kettle
Breakfast: Start on weekdays 6.30, I didn't catch up with the early flight, but some simple bread is provided

Location, location, location! Good hotel, rooms are not big, but enough for two. Everything is typical for holiday Inns: food (french￼ fries and hamburgers), service and so on.

Stayed in this hotel twice already. The room is clean and they have happy hour drinks. The hotel has facilities. The hotel is located in the downtown area. You can walk to many restaurants and it is not far from the park.

The location is very good, surrounded by exotic restaurants, some good restaurants have to be in the evening and will be open late. Breakfast is OK, compared to other Hiltons who have lived before, the hot meals (eg, eggs, omelettes, hot sausages) suitable for Chinese people are different every day, and will be different. It is more suitable for bringing children together, and the hotel guests are mostly with children. The size of the double bed is also OK. I personally think that children under 5 and 6 years old can sleep together. The older children will be more crowded. The parking lot is large. When you park your car, you will be given a similar ticket. The above will register the time of the store. It may be used for checkout (the parking lot seems to be charged).

The room was clean and although we were by the elevators it was quite. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast was one of the best we have ever had and was included with the price. Valet service was $55 but you could park in a parking lot across the street if you wanted. The best part for us was the hotel is only a block away from the Phoenicia! We definitely will be back!

Although the hotel is not a downtown area, it is quiet! Breakfast is still very rich

Parking is very convenient, there is nothing delicious nearby, breakfast standard American breakfast, good value for money

The hotel is located about a 10-minute walk from Times Square and in a relatively safe area of ​​Manhattan.
At first I didn't have high expectations as it was reasonably priced compared to other hotels, but I was surprised by the facilities and service.

There is a bar next to the lobby and several common spaces, making it perfect for a short break or to work.
It was also great that dinner was included during happy hour from 5:00 to 6:30 in the evening.
This is one hotel I'd like to stay at again.

The hotel was very clean.  The staff were extremely helpful and friendly.  The evening happy hour and morning breakfast were excellent and a great way to end and start our days.  I highly recommend the brisket omelette, it’s absolutely delicious.  We would definitely stay here again.

Great hotel in a hidden spot in the city.  Great food and amenities.

Very good service except for their breakfast where the person asked for the access key of the room for proof of booking.. that was a little embarrassing!!
