The hotel is located right at the southwest corner of Sanyuan Bridge and offers great value for money. Transportation is incredibly convenient, with the Sanyuanqiao subway station on Line 10 directly across the street. The Phoenix Galleria shopping mall, also across the street, has a wide variety of restaurants, and for even more options, Sanlitun or Solana are nearby. Getting to the airport is a breeze; you can hop onto Jingmi Road right from the hotel and then transfer to the Airport Expressway at Siyuan Bridge, reaching Capital Airport very quickly. The hotel's gym is well-equipped. The staff are all very enthusiastic, especially a young doorman who always greets guests warmly upon entering and leaving, making you feel right at home.

Rooms were nice and new and hotel is located at a quiet but convenient spot right next to the metro station. However, the hotel only offered 2 bottles of free water a day and both robots weren't functioning during our stay so we had to pick-up food from the lobby. Other than the rooms, the hotel itself is quite old and lifts were slow. Also the TV didn't support screencast which was a let down. Overall, stay was quite pricey for what was given.

Booked two rooms with a friend for our trip. Seeing the 4.9 rating on Ctrip, I figured even though it looked old, it must have its merits. Now I realize the high rating might be because the hotel staff are *very* attentive, perhaps to a fault. In my opinion, it's probably closer to a 4.3.  

**Pros:**
1.  **Location:** It's close to Niujie (Ox Street), just two traffic lights and a right turn, so food and drinks are easily accessible.
2.  **Service:** The staff were indeed quite enthusiastic (even during the May Day holiday, guests generally don't have a lot of spare time for enthusiasm).
3.  **Family-friendly:** The hotel offers some parent-child services and activities, like giving sugar paintings to children.

**Cons:**
1.  **Outdated Rooms:** The rooms are definitely old. And old is one thing, but perhaps I got a bad direction, because the entire room only had one chair. My friend and I had to take turns sitting when we ate something. I booked this in advance for May Day, but then the room rates dropped significantly during the holiday, which really shows how low the occupancy rate must have been.
2.  **Pool Quality:** The swimming pool is in the office building next to the guest room elevators. In reality, it was dirty, old, and open to the public. There were even foreign children spitting in the pool. This is absolutely not the standard of a five-star hotel pool and doesn't match what was advertised online.
3.  **Bedding Issues:** I asked for an extra thin blanket for the king-sized bed, but a service staff member who spoke unclear Mandarin said they didn't have one. In May, they provided a duvet, so I ended up just using the duvet cover.
4.  **Feedback Handling:** I offered some constructive criticism, and the hotel essentially said they couldn't make changes but asked me not to leave a bad review.

The rooms are clean and tidy, and come with a balcony. When checking in, you need to register your vehicle to park in the underground parking lot 🅿️, otherwise, you might be charged a parking fee. We had three king-size rooms, and 1119 had the best view, overlooking the lake from the balcony, with a beautiful sunrise in the morning. The room directly opposite could see the golf course behind, which was great for sunset views. The bathroom and bathtub are in separate spaces opposite each other, designed with two sinks for simultaneous use. The front desk is on the second floor, and the connecting corridor to the hot spring ♨️ is also on the same floor, though it's a bit of a walk. The buffet restaurant is on the first floor. Complimentary fruit was provided in the room.

Environment: It is very convenient to get to the hotel after getting off the highway. The road is wide and the entrance to the basement is clearly marked, but the parking space in the basement is a bit narrow.
Facilities: The courtyard and the building are all clean and bright. There is also a pool of water in the courtyard, which is good for digestion after a meal. The restaurant has a wide variety of breakfasts, both Chinese and Western staples are good, the noodle stall and the bread counter are always producing, and the watermelon and orange are also very sweet. The facilities in the fitness department also look quite new. There is a small swimming pool, a small gym and a billiard table. It is good to do a little exercise after dinner. There are also quite a lot of people. There are still quite a lot of people at 9 o'clock in the evening, and there is no strict closing time. By the way, the only thing that I feel is not very good is that the bed is a bit hard and the pillow is a bit too soft. It is not very comfortable to sleep during pregnancy.
Service: From the basement guide to the front desk, the restaurant service staff and the ladies in the fitness department are very enthusiastic. The ladies in the fitness department will take the initiative to help maintain order when children come to watch playing billiards. It is very considerate.
Hygiene: The beds and bathroom in the room are very clean and safe to use.

I stayed in Sanya for a long time, and quite a few of those days were spent at this hotel. The hotel grounds are really peaceful. Even though it's not right on the beach, the scenery within the resort is beautiful. Every time after a meal, I’d take a stroll around the grounds – it was so relaxing. The best part is it’s not noisy like the beachfront hotels. It was much better than the Hilton and MGM properties I’ve stayed at, perfect for a laid-back vacation. Plus, the hotel service is exceptional, so incredibly thorough. Every staff member is polite and handles things promptly and efficiently, far superior to many five-star sea-view hotels. And what’s even more important is how impeccably clean the rooms are! There wasn’t any strange odor; in fact, there was a pleasant scent. All in all, this hotel truly offers great value for money! I rarely write reviews, but I’m genuinely and exceptionally satisfied, which is why I’m writing this one.

Exceeded expectations! The day before, I stayed in a spacious, clean, and new guesthouse, but a well-managed hotel simply can't be beaten. I was initially worried it wasn't recently renovated, but upon arrival, I found the room to be large, clean, and comfortable. The sea view from the room was stunning, and it offered great value for money. It's not too far from the Summer Shopping Mall at Dadonghai, just a few kilometers away, and you'll likely pass it when going out. There are all sorts of delicious food options there, especially in the evening. If you don't feel like going out, delivery services are also available. When we extended our stay, we even saw other guests doing the same. I have to give a shout-out to the front desk staff, especially the gentleman who was there around 8-9 PM on the 24th. I messed up my booking extension on Ctrip, but he was incredibly nice and patient and helped me sort it out. I highly recommend this hotel. Photo 3 was taken at Luhuitou Park, and the coffee-colored building is the hotel.

During the Qingming Festival, I booked 2 rooms at Vijing for 2 nights. On the morning of the day I returned to Shanghai, my husband's mobile phone was missing. At this time, the car had already driven to Jingjiang before I found it. The key point was that I didn't know where the mobile phone was lost. Holding a glimmer of hope, I quickly called the number of the lost mobile phone. A sweet female voice said, ”I am the front desk of Vijing. Your mobile phone was left in the room.” The hearts of the people in the car were finally put down. The front desk lady added WeChat very responsibly, and the mobile phone was delivered to my home in Shanghai the next morning. Now it's hard to move without a mobile phone. It's really a blessing. I like the hotel's efficient service. The hotel room facilities are relatively new, the hygiene is also good, the bedding is comfortable, and the supply of purified water and paper towels is sufficient every day. Except that the geographical location is a bit remote and not in the city, everything else is very good and worth recommending. (The hotel is in Gaogang District, with few commercial facilities around it. It is about 20 kilometers to Hailing District in the city, and it is very convenient to drive by yourself)

I stayed at the hotel on October 4th. The beauty Xiao Meng received warm reception and the service was very good. The two children also sent the milk made by the hotel. The engineering manager Hu enthusiastically helped us send our luggage to the room. The room was very good, very clean, sent a fruit, and the cleaning aunt was very enthusiastic. The breakfast was very rich. After checking out, I sent two small local gifts. Manager Hu personally sent the luggage to the car. Thank you very much. I will have the opportunity to live.
