I booked this place to visit Suizenji Temple and the zoo and botanical garden.
I liked the location the most. However, it was a bit difficult because the heater was cold when turned off and dry when turned on. There was some noise due to the nearby road.

The staff were very friendly and helpful during check-in, so I had no major issues.
Please note that there is a parking fee for vehicles, so please be sure to check carefully before you go.

It's close to the train station, about a ten-minute walk.
The location is quite remote, far from Kumamoto Station, but very close to Luffy.

The water in the kettle had to be drawn from the tap in the room, which I didn't like. It would be better if they provided water in bottles.
I also felt there weren't many electrical outlets.
As I was staying without meals, the price was cheap, which was a relief.

The elevator had a strong cigarette smell, and the bed was quite firm. Breakfast was a very simple Japanese meal, and at 1,300 yen per meal, it felt overpriced; I would have preferred a meal from a convenience store instead.

On the positive side, I appreciated being able to pick up drip coffee from the front desk to enjoy in my room. The front desk staff were also very helpful and responsive.

The price was reasonable, and the location was exceptionally convenient. I had a dinner event in the city, and the Ginza Press parking garage I used was conveniently nearby.

Next time, I would book a room without breakfast.

The service is good and the staff is very friendly.
Although it's a little outside the city center, it's a place worth walking around. It's nice because the view is clear and refreshing. I couldn't hear the noise from the road outside as much as I thought, but I could hear the sound of water flowing inside. I am satisfied with both the facilities and the location for the price. However, like typical Japanese hotels, the room size is a bit small and there is no space to spread out luggage.

The bus stop is right outside the hotel, and the subway is just a few minutes' walk away, making transportation very convenient. There's also a large Aeon supermarket about a 5-minute walk away, with a great selection of beef and sashimi. Staying at this hotel is very convenient.

This is a really great place to stay. It's very clean, convenient, and the service is excellent. The rooms are fully equipped. I highly recommend it; you won't be disappointed.

I went there for a motorcycle tour without making a reservation for a parking space, but the staff were polite and smiled, and the service was very pleasant. I will use the service again. Thank you very much.

I booked a high price because there were no rooms available, but when I got there, there were still rooms available and they were cheaper. It was absurd.
