This is my third stay at the Hyatt Regency Jiading, and it's consistently excellent. We took my in-laws to dine at the restaurant on the 43rd floor; the food was pretty good, and as a guest, we got a 12% discount, which wasn't available during my first stay. It's a pity the air quality hasn't been great these past few days, so we couldn't go out to explore. Still, we had a lot of fun playing cards by the window with the lake view.

1. Service: 100 points. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The concierge at the door proactively helped us with the car door and luggage, informing us that our bags would be delivered to the room shortly. The handsome front desk agent who checked us in was highly efficient and incredibly warm and thoughtful. He proactively informed us about the location and operating hours of the hotel's various facilities and even upgraded our room type. Issues like a damaged bathroom curtain and our need to open a window for ventilation were promptly resolved after we got to the room. The housekeeping staff was also quick to respond when we requested cleaning or additional amenities – kudos to them! 
2. Facilities: 97 points. Our room was on the 18th floor. Upon entering, we found the room to be stifling hot, like a sauna. We wanted to open the window for ventilation but found it locked and unable to open. The front desk later contacted engineering to fix it. My personal suggestion is that while I understand the hotel's concern for safety in preventing guests from opening windows on higher floors, perhaps the window sealing could be more thorough? In my room, the lock securing the window was loose. Some guests, unaware of this, might try to force the window open, which is quite dangerous. I recommend putting up a sign near the window advising guests to contact engineering if they wish to open it, along with a phone number. Also, why do the bathroom trash cans require a foot pedal? After using the restroom, having to touch the pedal with dirty tissue is unsanitary. I suggest replacing them with hands-free trash cans. Additionally, could a 'Do Not Disturb' indicator light be installed instead of requiring a door hanger? 

The breakfast was excellent, with a wide variety of options, but the dining environment was a bit noisy. Could the background music be turned off? It was too loud.

The Hyatt Regency Wujiaochang is a superb international hotel. With further improvements to these details, it would be even better. I will definitely be back.

I frequently stay at this Global Harbor location. It's super convenient for getting around, everything is close by! Since my home renovation didn't include a bathtub, whenever I want a bath, I bring my disposable bath liners here. The room is very spacious, perfect for working, writing, or having a tea break without feeling cramped. I really enjoy journaling or knitting in the room; the large round table is absolutely perfect for it.

The welcome at the front desk was brilliant with the staff being extremely friendly and proficient in English. The room was outstanding and the bath super for a “ spa moment as a hot tub “ to relax in. The room was a dream “ home “ design and definitely where you want to live in !  Although it was only a one night stop over …. The Hyatt Regency is drawing me back to spend more days there !!

The ongoing construction at the main entrance was a bit disruptive. We constantly had to take detours, and the noise was quite bothersome. On a brighter note, the Chinese restaurant at the Hyatt was absolutely delicious! Everything we ordered was fantastic. The shower water never got very hot, even at its maximum setting, but the sink water was surprisingly hot even when set to the middle. Hopefully, they can adjust that. Being able to watch the fireworks show from our room was a huge plus!

The hotel is conveniently located in Chenjia Town, not far from the cross-river bridge when driving down. From building #4, where we stayed, you can enjoy night views of the bridge and the large lawn. When checking in, the front desk attendant specifically asked if we minded a room at either end of the hallway. I said I didn't, and she kindly upgraded us to a room with a better view. The room itself had a sofa, a desk and chair, and a balcony with a swing chair. The bathroom was very spacious, featuring both a bathtub and a shower. Taking a bath was very comfortable 🛀🏻, but the shower pressure was a bit weak, making showering less satisfying. The mini-bar was inside a cabinet; the tea bags were decent, but the coffee wasn't good. The bedding was very soft and clean, ensuring a good night's sleep. The hotel's breakfast buffet was below average. Steamed and fried items were all semi-finished products. Pancakes, noodles, wontons, and congee were freshly prepared, but all the stir-fried dishes were vegetarian. Overall, the meal was very ordinary. It was also quite inconvenient that we had to go to the lobby to pick up any food delivery orders. However, the staff's service during both check-in and check-out was excellent. After contacting our butler via WeChat, they were incredibly responsive and accommodating to almost every request. Finally, each guest received a local Chongming specialty as a gift 😊.

Honestly, the hotel is a bit old, but it's well-maintained. After all, it's not a super luxurious hotel, so I'm not going to be overly picky about the facilities. It has everything a five-star hotel should have; even in an Arab country, the minibar offers Tennessee whiskey 🥃, which is a big plus. The hotel is very close to the metro station, making transportation convenient. The biggest highlight is the breakfast, which features a unique and ever-changing array of Indian 🇮🇳 dishes – definitely worth trying. However, if you have a 'Chinese stomach,' be warned: it's fine for a day or two, but by the third day, it might be hard to stomach.

The overall experience at Hyatt Regency was satisfactory; however, it fell short of expectations when compared to previous stays at similar properties worldwide.  Having stayed at multiple similar properties across the globe, this visit felt comparatively underwhelming. In particular, the room size was noticeably smaller than anticipated, and while the staff were courteous, the level of hospitality did not match what had been experienced in the past.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel!!! We were given the apartment on the 27th floor and we thoroughly enjoyed the views. The hotel got its own mall, where they had saloon, cafe, Japanese and continental restaurants, clothing, mobile shops, supermarket and a stunning ice skating rink. Gold souk market is nearby. With Train Station nearby(few minutes walk to the station), easily navigate to the places around and cabs always flooded in this hotel for cozy users. Our apartment was quite old but perfectly renowned and maintained. I would definitely recommend anyone(specially families)

The whole apartment was huge with plenty of space for kids to run! The rooms were big too! We enjoyed our stay there! Bottles were provided in plenty upon everytime we request. Location is in a quiet area and have to take taxi to all the attraction but I would definitely want to stay here again. Highly recommended for big families.

We had a fantastic stay. The location of the Hyatt Regency Stratford is brilliant. Although not in the traditional city centre, the transport links are second to none. The direct connection to Heathrow via the Elizabeth Line is a game-changer for travelers. We also found it incredibly easy to explore all of London thanks to the well-connected Stratford station (Central Line, Jubilee Line, DLR, etc.). Being surrounded by the Westfield shopping mall and countless dining options was a huge convenience. A truly great experience—highly recommended and we will certainly be back on our next London visit

Had a great stay at this hotel! Karen at the front desk gave such a warm welcome — she was friendly, helpful, and really made me feel at home. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall vibe was relaxed and pleasant. Would definitely stay here again!

The hotel has a very nice view if you book a sea view room. The room is spacious as compared to other hotels in London. The staff is helpful. The location is slightly far from the tube station though there is bus station nearby, it is slightly inconvenient to go to the city centre like Piccadilly Circus. It is overlooking the river Thames which has a nice view. You can go to have a walk along the river if it doesn’t rain.

Had a great stay at the Hyatt Regency London – The Churchill. The staff were professional and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was perfect for exploring the city. Would definitely stay here again.
