I really loved this hotel! We arrived before 3 PM, but the reception staff were very accommodating and let us check in by 12 PM. They also kindly split our bed into two and provided two sets of bedding. The hotel has a spa, pool, and jacuzzi. The food was excellent, and it was super convenient that breakfast started at 6 AM, so we made it for our morning flight. It's only a 10-minute drive to the airport. This is the perfect place if you're going to a concert at Etihad Arena!
P.S. The Formula 1 track is right next to the hotel, but you can't hear the race cars from the rooms, only by the pool.

I personally think it's excellent!

The parking is free, and they'll let you in if you show your booking.

The room has a sea view, which is especially beautiful at sunset.

The soundproofing is great; you can barely hear anything.

The bedding is new and clean, with no strange smells, and the room is also very spacious.

As for the downsides, the breakfast isn't very good, with only a few options suitable for a 'Guangdong palate'. Also, the toilet sometimes doesn't flush, and you have to wait for the tank to refill.

The room was spacious, a suite actually, and very clean. The service was excellent, very warm and attentive. My child accidentally scraped their leg, and a staff member immediately came to inquire, offered a bandage, and even called later to check up on us. Highly recommended!

Place is good generally. However a few issues stands out. At reception check-in, they will ask you to email them your booking details or take a photo of your app booking. Please remember to hide certain private details ie. Trip.com pin number as that is only for our personal use. We waited about 1hr for checking almost 3pm the usual check-in time although many people were checking out earlier. When we entered room, bedsheets were all wet. It didn't dry properly, both beds were wet. They helped us changed. Then the lights short-circuited, they need to reset. Then the toilet choked. The flushing mechanism can be improved, it gets stuck when you press the button and flushing is not smooth. breakfast was decent, limited options for mains. Overall, it was passable. But for Yas island hotel and brand name of park inn, we expected a lot better. Similar to a budget hotel vibe

The hotel has convenient parking, breakfast included, and old facilities.

Very nice place for the value. Would stay again!

I have to give a huge shout-out to Jing! I realized I left something behind after checking out, and Jing was incredibly meticulous and had an excellent attitude throughout the entire process. Communication was also very prompt. This kind of diligent, responsible, and thoughtful service truly made me feel at ease and touched. Five-star rating is a must, highly recommended!

Although the breakfast selection wasn't huge, there was almost nothing that disappointed; everything was delicious~

There are many small shops to explore nearby, including a unique pasta place that offers great taste at a reasonable price.

In terms of hardware, I really liked the room layout. It offered great privacy, and the automatic curtains were a nice touch. The bathroom had a separate mirror and sink, which was very convenient! The bed was also very comfortable~ The TV offered a wide selection of movies. Oh, and by the way, the cake in the lobby downstairs is delicious, don't miss it.
