Good location with several convenience store nearby if you are looking for food at the middle of the night. The room is good enough for a family with two kids. Most important clean bathrooms. Laundry facilities provided with self pay washing machine and dryer. Interesting part is that we can see in live mode which washing machine or dryer is in use. A lot of things are of self service mode. Walkable distance to teamLab. 👍🏻✌🏻

This hotel boasts an excellent location right near Kyoto Station. It's incredibly convenient for getting around and shopping, with Lawson, 7-Eleven, izakayas, and a large shopping mall all nearby. The hotel offers hot spring baths, along with complimentary ice cream and coffee. The rooms are clean and spacious, and the housekeeping service is fantastic, with daily room cleaning and fresh towels. Highly recommended!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was clean, comfortable, and well-amenities with everything I needed. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist with a smile. The location was convenient, close to shops and train stations, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, I was very satisfied with my experience and would definitely stay here again in the future.

This was the best hotel of the three we stayed in on our trip to Japan. 
The location was absolutely central to everything, and amenities were all close at hand. Close to Kyoto station meant that even when you were out all you had to do was finding a train or bus coming back to the station.
From the first view of the hotel inside we knew we were going to enjoy our stay. 
The room blew us away when we opened the door, it was well laid out.
 The service and food were exceptional, absolutely loved the ”Meat Theatre” this was an all you can eat and well worth the money.   The staff were truly helpful at all times.
Exceptionally good value loved it and would recommend it to everyone we know that are going to Kyoto.

The hotel's location is fantastic! The design is also very modern and forward-thinking. The front desk and concierge staff were all incredibly enthusiastic and always attentive to whether we needed any assistance. It was a very satisfying stay. We stayed in Japan for 7 nights and switched between 3 hotels, and this was by far the most satisfying five-star hotel experience!

The hotel is very clean and well-maintained. The location is excellent, just a short walk from Kyoto Station, making it very convenient for traveling. It is located right opposite Kyoto Station Hachijo East Exit, with Avanti Mall just next to it, so everything you need is nearby.

There is another Keihan Hotel in the same area, which may be slightly confusing at first. However, the hotel is actually very easy to find — just exit Kyoto Station, turn left, and you will see it next to Avanti Mall.

The hotel also provides skincare products from KOSE, which is a very nice and thoughtful touch.

Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to other travelers.

TLDR: worth!!!!

Booked their “run of house - short stay” room. You only find out the room decor and size when you enter, which is fun if you’re into surprises.

The room was relatively big (for 1 pax), and was very clean. A few downsides: there’s no vanity, a total of 2 power sockets in the whole room, frosted window that can’t be opened, bidet wasn’t working, you can hear traffic from the station, soundproofing wasn’t great.

Hotel service was great! They have amenities in the lobby but not in the rooms. They also give you a discount voucher for the observation deck. And the rooftop bar is conveniently located in the same building.

Location is amazing! Easy to find, extremely near the train station. A lot of food places nearby, even in the train station.

Overall a good stay!

Absolutely fantastic. Close to universal studios,train station and lots of convenient stores. The room was small for three men but managed to make it work. The under the sea theme rooms are impressive and the window view good but if you want a better view go up to the onsen and you'll have a spectacular view of the city. For an extra few dollars give the onsen a try it is amazing

Highly recommended hotel! My only minor complaint is that the rooms are a bit small, but other than that, it's perfect. The location is super convenient; it's a quick ride from Kansai Airport on the Nankai Line. It's right next to Takashimaya for easy shopping, and Namba Parks is also nearby for strolling. There are tons of restaurants and other shopping centers in the vicinity. The free-flow Starbucks coffee and soft drinks are a huge plus too! It's really easy to get to Umeda, Shinsaibashi, and other popular spots. This was my second stay, and I'll definitely keep choosing this hotel as long as the price is right. There's also a great sushi restaurant right next to the hotel – the food is delicious, definitely on par with (if not better than) some famous places, and you don't have to wait in line forever.

This is a relatively new hotel, opened in 2022. The location is very easy to find, and the lobby has self-service kiosks for check-in and check-out, which is super convenient. Staff are also on hand to help. On the first floor, you can pick up toiletries, including facial cleanser and lotion, so it's very comprehensive.

I specifically booked a larger room, which features a dry/wet separation design and plenty of space. The family room is fully equipped: four beds are perfect for a family of four, and there's ample space for luggage. There's a microwave, water glasses, wine glasses, and a refrigerator with both a freezer and a fridge compartment! The bathroom has double sinks, and there's even a washing machine and laundry detergent! The overhead shower is extra wide with excellent water pressure – showering is incredibly comfortable. There's also an iron and ironing board! It's so complete and wonderful! 

I will definitely stay here again. I saw they also have six-person rooms! Plenty of space if I bring my elders along too. 👍

I visited during the late hours. The hotel's location is super convenient, just a 10-minute walk from Osaka-jo Hall, where the concert was held. There are tons of convenience stores and local restaurants nearby, so no worries about shopping or dining. Keihan Station is right downstairs, offering multiple lines from JR, the subway, and Keihan Electric Railway, making it really easy to get to the airport, Kyoto, and other attractions within Osaka. However, because it's built right on top of the station, some rooms are incredibly close to the railway tracks. Even late at night on weekends, you can still hear train noises past midnight, which is something to keep in mind!

This is a really great hotel! It's surrounded by convenience stores, restaurants, and two metro stations, yet it's surprisingly quiet, and the soundproofing is excellent. The room was very clean too. I saw online that it was renovated in 2023. We booked a triple room for our family of three, and it was a bit snug, but that's a minor point considering all the good things. We could still open our 28-inch suitcase in the hallway right outside the door. Downstairs, there are even manga comics to read – even though I can't understand Japanese, it's still a nice touch. They even have Kagura Hachi! It’s fantastic. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in Osaka.

Aside from the room being a bit small, everything else was great. The location is really excellent – within 100 meters, you'll find a subway station, convenience stores, coffee shops, and a mall. There are also several restaurants nearby. Check-in is done via a self-service machine, and there's a Cainiao Express point nearby where you can send packages.

This was my third stay, and this hotel truly is a hidden gem among all the hotels in Tokyo. Every morning, I'd wake up and walk to the outer market for breakfast. The hotel service is also excellent. Previously, the bathroom in the same room type was different, so I contacted Trip.com. Trip.com then reached out to the hotel, and a dedicated staff member showed us several room types to understand the situation, and then changed us to a satisfactory room. On each floor, room numbers 20-25 are double rooms. Rooms 20 and 25 have bathrooms like the one shown in picture two, while rooms 21-24 have better bathrooms with separate bathtubs and showers. Also, rooms 21-24 have beds that are actually 1.8m, while rooms 20 and 25 have 1.6m beds, even though all are listed as 1.6m – they are actually different! However, room 20 is the furthest from the elevator, so it depends on personal preference. All in all, I'm very satisfied with this price point in Tokyo.

decent 6-night stay. fresh towels were provided everyday, independent shower with hot water & independent smart toilet, faucet comes with hot / cold water. beds were made everyday as well, comes with a kettle for boiling water, instant coffee & other essentials were up for grab at 2nd floor. staff were very helpful with luggage storage before check-in & after check-out, they speak english as well. only downside is 2 single beds in economy twin room is abit packed for the room, which makes the walking space limited to only 1 person per go. luggage do not have space to open up on the floor, only manage to open on bed.

This hotel is in a fantastic location in Shinjuku, and the breakfast is pretty good too. The room layout and space are well-designed and practical, and it's fully equipped with everything you need. You can pick up toiletries from the first floor if you need them. It's super convenient for getting to places like Ginza.
