Ho Chi Minh City

I recently had the pleasure of staying at KiN Hotel Central Park in Ho Chi Minh City, and it quickly became one of my favorite boutique hotel experiences in Saigon. From the moment I stepped into the stylish lobby with its illuminated “KIN HOTEL” sign and warm, modern design, I felt a sense of calm and thoughtful hospitality.

The hotel’s green-inspired aesthetic and urban-retreat vibe make it feel like a peaceful oasis right in the heart of the city.
The location is excellent. Situated on Hai Ba Trung Street, it offers convenient access to District 1’s major attractions, parks, shopping areas, and business districts while still feeling relatively quiet and residential. Getting around was easy—whether by short taxi, Grab, or even walking to nearby cafés and spots. Being close to key landmarks without the constant noise of the busiest tourist streets was a real plus. For anyone looking for a well-positioned base in Ho Chi Minh City that balances convenience with a bit of tranquility, this hotel delivers.

What stood out most was the boutique style and the carefully considered amenities. The rooms feel modern, functional, and thoughtfully designed. Mine featured a comfortable bed with crisp white linens, a soft green headboard, and nature-inspired wallpaper that added a calming touch. The lighting was warm and well-placed, and the overall atmosphere was inviting without being overly flashy. I particularly appreciated the practical details: a well-organized closet with hanging space, wooden hangers, a fluffy bathrobe, slippers, a safe, a minibar, and a small coffee setup. Everything I needed was right there.

The bathroom was another highlight. Clean marble-style tiles, a spacious bathtub, a rainfall shower, and good water pressure made it feel like a small spa. Toiletries were provided, and the space was bright and well-maintained. After long days exploring the city, soaking in the tub or enjoying a proper shower felt like a genuine luxury.

One detail that truly impressed me was the housekeeping. Not only was the room kept spotless every day, but the staff also folded my clothes neatly and left them arranged carefully on the bed. It was such a thoughtful, personal touch—something you don’t always find even in higher-end hotels. Combined with the cute towel art (two elegant swan towels arranged on the bed), it made the room feel special and cared for. These small gestures elevated the whole stay and showed a genuine attention to detail.
The hotel offers a full range of amenities that match its boutique positioning. Free Wi-Fi was reliable, air conditioning worked perfectly, and the overall facilities (including fitness options, sauna, and dining areas) support both short leisure trips and longer stays. Staff were consistently friendly, helpful, and professional. Check-in was smooth, and any small requests were handled promptly with a smile.

What I appreciated most was how the hotel strikes a balance: it feels stylish and contemporary without sacrificing comfort or practicality. It’s clearly designed with both leisure and business travelers in mind. The green, nature-inspired theme runs through the public spaces and rooms in a subtle, tasteful way, creating a cohesive and relaxing environment in the middle of a bustling city.

Would I stay again? Absolutely. KiN Hotel Central Park offers good location, genuine boutique style, and all the amenities you actually need, delivered with care. The housekeeping team’s thoughtful touches—especially the neatly folded clothes—made the experience feel personal and memorable. If you’re looking for a comfortable, well-designed base in Ho Chi Minh City that feels fresh, clean, and welcoming, I highly recommend it. A lovely stay overall.

The room was clean and tidied up daily. The location is great, though cars can't pull right up to the hotel entrance, you'll need to walk a short distance down a small lane. The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was simple but enjoyable, and given the room rate, it's well worth it for a good breakfast.

Nice hotel; strategic location with easy access to food and convenient drop-offs via Grab. Delicious breakfast, friendly staff, and an amazing shower. The room was clean, albeit small. Exceptional hospitality. Highly recommended.

The hotel's service is a 5-stars to me! The staffs are so friendly and proactive!! They not only help to carry luggage up to the lobby but also cross the road and pick us up! And every time they will come down to make sure we able to cross the road safely 😂 They even sent the food delivery to our room 🥹 I appreciate so much and I've been sharing it with my friends and family to stay at this hotel because the location is good too!! One down side is their breakfast spread 🤣 The taste of the food could be better, but other than that, keep up the good work!! The hotel is clean and beds is comfy too! I'm already looking forward to our next stay 🤣

The hotel is in a strategic and convenient location, making it easy to explore the surrounding area. The service team was excellent—everyone was friendly, helpful, and welcoming throughout my stay.
However, the room could use some improvement. It would benefit from better maintenance and updates to make the overall stay more comfortable.
Overall, I had a pleasant experience thanks to the great location and outstanding staff, and I hope the rooms will be improved in the future.

We chose this hotel because it seemed to be the only one in Ho Chi Minh City with a decent family room for three people.

The large bed was 1.6m and the small bed was 1.4m. The beds and bedding were acceptable.

The value for money wasn't great. Initially, the price on a certain platform was over 1300 RMB per night, but it later dropped to around 1000 RMB per night.

The hotel's advantages are its excellent location, spacious rooms, and very good staff service. There were two staff members who spoke Chinese, one of whom was a manager.

However, there were many downsides: 1. The linens were poor quality and unclean (see photo 7); 2. The breakfast was very average (see photo 6), and the afternoon tea was even worse – we only tried it once; 3. The family room overlooked a building under construction; 4. The bathroom only had a bathtub and a showerhead, with no separate wet and dry areas; 5. The hotel showed signs of age and disrepair.

On the first night, we found the bath towels to be very dirty and the bed sheets were also unclean. Additionally, our window faced a construction site. After communicating with the hotel, the female manager suggested we switch rooms, but it wouldn't be a family room and would require an extra bed. We felt an extra bed wouldn't be comfortable, so we declined.

The manager offered a compensation of ”late check-out at 4 PM on the last day + free airport transfer,” which we felt was acceptable.

In summary: The hotel market in Ho Chi Minh City is poor, but the service industry's attitude is quite good.

The hotel has a really nice design. I arrived quite early, and the front desk staff were very helpful, allowing me to check in early at 12 PM. They were also very enthusiastic about recommending nearby attractions and things to do.

The room was new, smelled fresh, and was clean. The room rate was also reasonable for being in the city center and close to historical sites. The breakfast had a wide variety of dishes. There's also underground parking available.

A big thank you to Nguyên, Linh, Uyên, and Ngọc for their assistance; it was a very comfortable experience. Everyone should definitely give it a try! 👍

One of the best hotel experiences I had in Ho Chi Minh City was at Kin Hotel Onsen. From the moment we arrived, I was impressed by how beautiful the hotel was. The lobby was stylish, photogenic, and had such a relaxing atmosphere. I really loved the overall vibes of the place.
The staff were friendly, kind, and very helpful throughout our stay. Check-in was smooth, and they kindly assisted us with our luggage. I booked the full package with the private onsen included, which turned out to be an amazing experience and definitely one of the highlights of our stay. The only downside was that the private onsen was fully booked when we arrived, and it remained full throughout the afternoon and evening, so we had to reserve a slot for the following day. Fortunately, the booking process was easy and the staff handled everything efficiently.
The welcome drinks and snacks in the lobby were nice, although nothing particularly memorable. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and quite spacious. While the room design wasn't especially luxurious or unique, I really enjoyed the bathroom, especially the shower and bathtub, which made for a very relaxing stay.
Overall, I had a wonderful experience at Kin Hotel Onsen. The beautiful ambiance, attentive staff, and excellent private onsen made it one of my favorite places to stay in Ho Chi Minh City. I would happily return again.

This is a must-stay hotel when you visit Da Lat! The location is excellent, very close to the church, and right across from the popular spa that's trending on Xiaohongshu and gives out yogurt. The pho downstairs is also delicious. The entire hotel has a European-style decoration, including the scent, which is my favorite Camaldoli Monastery scent. Combined with Da Lat's scenery, I almost felt like I was back in Italy... Da Lat is the only city in Vietnam that I would visit a second time. It's the hottest spot in all of Vietnam, truly!
