I arrived by train and walked from Prague Main Station. The cobblestone streets made it a bit challenging with a suitcase, but it was only about a 5-minute walk. The hotel is very close to the Powder Tower and Smetana Hall, which was convenient for attending a concert at Smetana Hall in the evening. There's a large shopping mall with a food court right nearby, and a supermarket was also very close. The location is excellent for sightseeing.

The room had a wall-mounted hairdryer, an electric kettle, and coffee. There was a bathtub, and the shower had good water flow and pressure. I stayed in March, so it was a bit chilly, but the heating seemed to be central, and I felt a bit cold during the night. When I asked the front desk about the air conditioning switch not working, they informed me it was for cooling and couldn't be used at that time.

I also had breakfast. There was a wide variety of breads, ham, cheese, hot dishes, yogurt, and cereals – I was very satisfied.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife for five days. We arrived early due to an early flight and were warmly welcomed by Veronica at the front desk. She was exceptionally kind, helpful, and friendly! to our surprise, she let us know that our room was already ready, hours before the official check-in time. This was a huge help and really appreciated.
Throughout our stay, the staff continued to be wonderful - Oxana assisted us when we needed an extra blanket and additional toiletries, and she was just as pleasant and helpful. On our last day, Wella helped us quickly arrange a cab to the train station at a very good price. She made the process fast and easy, which took a lot of stress off our departure.
The hotel’s location is also great — close to public transportation and a nice shopping area.
Breakfast was very good as well, with a nice variety, tasty options, and a reasonable price.
The only small shortcoming was the lighting in the room - there was no ceiling light, only bedside lamps and a standing lamp. It wasn’t a big issue, but worth mentioning.
Overall, we had a great stay with wonderful staff, a convenient location, and a good breakfast. Highly recommended!

Location & Transportation: When I was planning my trip to Munich, I spent ages looking for a hotel. I initially wanted something near the train station for convenience, but then I worried about safety. Staying near the exhibition center felt a bit too far out. I stumbled upon this hotel, which was described as being in a safe residential area with a metro station right outside. Plus, I heard KK is a well-known Austrian chain.

Indeed, the metro (U-Bahn) is literally right outside the hotel entrance (check the last picture). The elevator takes you directly into the station, which is super convenient. You can't buy tickets directly in the elevator area, but the ticket validation machine is right at the elevator entrance. If you need to take the S-Bahn, it's easier to use a different entrance to avoid getting lost. Getting to major attractions like Marienplatz is quick and easy from here.

Newly renovated to a good standard, room was small with a creaky bed, management compensated for this issue satisfactorily. Car park was tight for a small car. We didnt use the breakfast or restaurant. Good central location easy walk to main city and shops.
