Affordable hotel in the heart of Jakarta (Setiabudi Area). The staff is so polite and helpful, the location is close with malls, restaurants and convenience store. I am doing a remote working and the desk is very large to fill with laptop and stuff that i need. Thank you.

Central location which makes moving around easy. However the facilities are not well maintained and is pretty run-down. Towel has been overused till it's somewhat torn. The end corner of the room lacks wifi and telco coverage making it challenging to get connected.

the location is perfect for us.
unfortunately the condition of the mattress is very uncomfortable, even after moving rooms the mattress is still uncomfortable, and the AC in the last room is off for a while.
Not to be repeated staying there

Minusnya kamarnya mohon dibersihkan lagi ya. 

Saya mengerti ini murah, tapi setidaknya kebersihannya mohon dijaga.

I really like the location; it's easy to find food. For sleeping, the main things are a comfy bed, clean bathroom and toilet, good water pressure, and cold AC. LeGreen provided all of this, and while it's not premium quality, it was perfectly adequate. Thank you very much, LeGreen, for the price offered.

The +:
- location
- shared kitchenette for cooking

The -:
- non-English speaking staff. Tired in the morning. The receptionist was sleeping on a table. It took him 10 min. to be ”really” awake.
- the bathroom is dirty. It needs a good renovation.

Ps: the windows of the majority of the rooms on the ground floor (in fact a 1st floor above a parking lot) overlook the corridors. Not necessarily annoying but special.

Conclusion: hotel for passing through, no more than one night in there.

Check in and check out are fast and the staff are nice, the room is spacious, there is a smoking room, the towels are a bit musty, toothbrushes, soap, etc. are available. Other than that, the sofa is very good.

smells really cigarette,the room smells everywhere,the shower does not spread water,as if it is turned on a part.
Aqua turned out to be paid, I think it's like a hotel usually free 2 bottles.
If it's close to anywhere, there are a lot of food selling too
The room can be on the 3rd floor, there is no elevator yet, so it is a bit awkward for those who carry suitcases

The place was nice, but somehow the toilet needs to be check sometimes it takes too long to flushed
