I didn't expect the apartment to be so nice. It's spacious and clean, much better than the InterContinental Madrid. The key collection process is a bit cumbersome, and can be frustrating if the internet connection isn't good. It also doesn't accept Huawei phones, which is a quirk. It would be even better if Ctrip could handle check-in and key collection.

Hotel is in modern design and nicely clean. It has all necessities we need. 
Booked with breakfast but the restarant we went was different from the photos they advertised here and not in the same building. The breakfast we had was only tea or coffee, juice and toast or Croissant there was no other choice. The breakfast was not worth to what I've paid. 
Hotel doesn't have physical reception with staffs where you can check in as the traditional way. You can only do online check-in to be able to get your room number and access code. Use What's Up to communicate with hotel for any service.
Location is not right in the center but near metro stations with easy commute.

The location is extremely convenient, and the place is very clean. I would definitely stay here again. Our family of three travels very easily; there are plenty of restaurants and entertainment options nearby, so we hardly need to take any more transportation. It's very convenient for our family.

This is an apartment hotel located next to the British company, with subway to the train station and bus station, very convenient. Downstairs and nearby many restaurants. There is a large supermarket on the 6th floor of the British company to buy a variety of food. This hotel has no front desk, but there is a 24-hour online front desk. The only downside is that after booking, I didn't receive any email notifications about how to check in. So we went to the hotel door, rang the doorbell to connect to the hotel's online service, sent us an email, and gave the entry password. You will then need to check in online, you can use the link of the email or have a check in machine. Check in requires a photo of the booking and a selfie. You will then need to fill in the ID information of all the guests. You will receive the room number and password after checking in. After entering the room, there are snacks such as water in welcome gift, . Very intimate. You can download the hotel's app, you can use your mobile phone to unlock it, which is very convenient. highly recommended!

El apartamento es moderno y las camas eran cómodas, pero la ubicación no es muy buena, aunque no hemos tenido ningún problema. Un detalle le dejaron una camita y cuencos para el perro.

It is bigger than expected, very comfortable, very clean, and it is very convenient to check in by yourself. Everyone remember to check in in advance to activate the key. The chek in webpage has to fill in four occupants. Don't worry about the extra number of people filling in no.

I booked this 2 bedrooms apartment to ensure we get to sleep on proper beds but big mistake by me as they provided a full sofa bed and 2 full beds. This unit is good for 6 persons but only 3 of us use it. 
Unit is very new and clean with space for cooking and heating up food. Include dishwasher, clothes washing machine with dryer, coffee maker and all necessary cookware.
The location is superb as it’s close to shopping and good food. Walking distance to all sightseeing locations, we don’t have to take taxi to any attractions just walk.
Checkin and checkout is seem less as it’s done via HP.

La ubicación es excelente en el barrio de Triana. Todo super nuevo, se notaba que estaba recién inaugurado por lo que pude escuchar a otros huéspedes.
