This hotel boasts excellent hardware and facilities, fully meeting five-star standards, and the overall environment has a great feel. However, there are quite a few service details that need improvement during the stay. Here's an objective sharing of my experience:

1. Food deliveries and packages are uniformly placed at the entrance on the first floor, requiring guests to go downstairs to pick them up. There's no robot delivery service, making everyday retrieval a bit inconvenient.

2. The hotel has many floors, and staff share guest elevators. During peak hours, elevator wait times are long, which affects travel efficiency.

3. Room cleaning details were not meticulous enough. There were residual oil stains on the dining table and counter from before, which were not wiped clean, and a small amount of hair and debris on the bed. Later, the room manager sincerely apologized in person and offered fruits and small gifts, showing a very genuine attitude. However, even after the rectification, there were still oversights: the bathrobe and large bath towels were taken by the cleaning staff but not promptly replaced with new ones, indicating untimely replenishment of amenities.

4. There was a minor error in the gender notation on the check-in information displayed on the in-room TV system. Such a small oversight inevitably makes one feel that attention to detail is lacking.

5. The Bluetooth speaker rented via the mini-program had glue marks on its body, low battery, and no accompanying instructions. The daily inspection and maintenance of amenities need to be strengthened.

Overall, the hotel has a great foundation in terms of hardware, and the manager's apology and corrective attitude were very sincere. However, there is still significant room for improvement in the service standards and attention to detail of the frontline cleaning staff. I hope that employee training will be enhanced in the future to ensure service details are properly implemented, which I believe will greatly improve the experience.

When you're traveling, it's truly comforting to find a hotel with such thoughtful service. As soon as I arrived, a staff member named Xia Tian proactively helped me with my large luggage and showed me all the way to the elevator. Check-in was very efficient, and they carefully confirmed my check-out time. Returning at night, I ran into a cleaning lady in the hallway who politely greeted me. I temporarily needed small items like tape and scissors, and after calling the front desk, they were delivered to my door very quickly. When I encountered issues and communicated them, the staff showed empathy, actively helped coordinate solutions, and never shirked responsibility or gave perfunctory responses. The attention to detail truly showed their dedication, and the staff's professionalism was excellent. Overall, my stay was wonderful.

My best friend and I had been planning our Guangzhou trip for ages, and we chose the Artyzen Hotel Ersha Island. The photos we took there completely blew up on social media! The hotel is right by the Pearl River, and the floor-to-ceiling windows of our Yunshang River View Room directly overlooked the Pearl River and the city skyline. River views during the day, city lights at night – every shot was a masterpiece. The room also had a huge bar and a scenic bathtub. My friend and I sat at the bar with a drink each, chatting and admiring the river view – it was incredibly relaxing. In the afternoon, we went to the Ya Yue Xuan restaurant on the 8th floor for an afternoon tea buffet. The environment was elegant, with expansive, first-row river views, and the scenery at sunset was especially enchanting. The hotel is conveniently located near Beijing Road Pedestrian Street and Dongshankou, making it super easy to explore and find delicious food, with old-brand eateries everywhere. When we returned to the hotel at night, the butler thoughtfully delivered warm milk for a good night's sleep. The next morning, we continued to enjoy breakfast at the river view restaurant, with a wide selection including Cantonese steamed dim sum, freshly made noodles, and Western pastries. The entire stay, from the photo opportunities to the food and service, was absolutely impeccable.

This hotel is fantastic! Five stars, highly recommended! ✨ The tabby cat butler service was incredibly attentive and thoughtful, making us feel very welcome. The children's play area in the lobby on the first floor is a lifesaver for parents, freeing up their hands. The Hubei restaurant on the third floor offers authentic and delicious cuisine, and the conference hall on the fifth floor is spacious and impressive, perfect for both business and leisure. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a perfect experience. We'll definitely be back!

My stay in the deluxe king room exceeded expectations. The hotel's location is excellent, very close to the airport—just a 10-15 minute taxi ride. They also offer a free shuttle service to and from the airport, plus complimentary parking, making it incredibly convenient for early morning flights. The hotel environment is quiet and peaceful, with no noise whatsoever. The buffet breakfast offers a huge variety, including Chinese noodles, Western pastries, hot dishes, drinks, and fresh fruit, all of which were delicious. The room itself was spacious and felt luxurious, very clean, with a soft and comfortable mattress and excellent soundproofing. The service was warm and professional. This hotel is fantastic value for money, especially for layovers or transit, and I highly recommend it!

Facilities: The hotel and rooms are well-equipped. There's a bookstore, coffee shop, restaurant, swimming pool, gym, executive lounge... you could easily spend two days here without even leaving the hotel.

Food: The hotel restaurant offers fresh options and good value for money. Breakfast also has a wide selection.

Cleanliness: Generally clean. If you're using the private hot spring at night, remember to close the curtains or light mosquito coils, otherwise, insects might fly in.

Service: There's a butler available online at all times, so no need to worry much about service.

Environment: Baishui Village has a great environment, but it's quite humid this season, making it more suitable for indoor activities.

The room experience was exceptional! It's very close to Helong Stadium, making it a must-stay hotel if you're attending a concert. The service was also excellent, and the complimentary local gifts were a nice touch. The breakfast restaurant is on the 28th floor and offers a wide variety of options. The location is incredibly convenient, with a bus stop right outside and free parking available. There's a free laundry room on the 12th floor and a gym on the 27th. The hygiene was outstanding.

The room decor was warm and elegant, but the river view family room, which I paid extra for, had a rather mediocre view – I felt like I wasted money. The air conditioning was quite noisy, and the bathroom wasn't fully sealed, so I could hear the flushing from the next room. While the breakfast selection wasn't huge, it was quite abundant, offering fish, shrimp, vegetables, fruits, noodles, rice, and more. It definitely emphasized quality over quantity. The hotel's unique design and decor looked high-end yet warm and elegant. Considering the price, it offered great value for money. My only suggestion for improvement would be the soundproofing.

Facilities: The hotel is fully equipped as a full-service hotel. The gym has a lot of equipment, including free weights and machines for arm strength, which was a huge blessing for us fitness enthusiasts. The second great blessing, for us lazy folks, is the self-service laundry room, which is free and open 24 hours. Housekeeping staff even collect and wash clothes, making it incredibly convenient. They also dry them, ensuring we always have clean clothes for our daily commute.

Environment: The hotel's vibe is very modern and vibrant. Its location near two subway stations is super convenient, making it easy to get anywhere, especially since it's very close to Wuyi Square. The interior is also clean, and the lobby's fragrance is delightful.

Service: The front desk service was perfect, with warm and thoughtful staff. They offered tea, and after check-in, even escorted us to the elevator, explaining the hotel's services and facilities – very considerate!

Hygiene: The room was cleaned daily, very thoroughly and tidily. Every time we returned, our laundered clothes were neatly folded at the foot of the bed, which felt incredibly thoughtful!

My friends and I booked this hotel to see what Xian has to offer, and to see the Terra Cotta Army! Our flight back home was suddenly canceled due to weather, but extending our stay was super easy! Staff here are exceptionally helpful and friendly, and very welcoming to foreigners! Nina was available 24/7 if we needed anything, which I was very grateful for! The bar makes a stout drink if that's what you're after, and the view of nightlife is beautiful from the rooftop bar! The rooms are clean and very luxurious, there's a nearby pedestrian street with plenty of bars and restaurants to try, and the location is basically in the heart of downtown Xian, just inside the south gate! I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking to visit Xian!

This hotel is really great! I booked a non-smoking floor, and the air was excellent – absolutely no lingering smell of smoke. The room was spotlessly clean, the environment quiet, and it was very relaxing to stay there. Overall, it was a good experience, and I'd be happy to choose this place again for my next trip.
