Amazing service from front desk! Was greeted warmly everyday by front desk. Complimentary porridge breakfast provided daily from 7am-9.30am. The room was small but cozy, had all we need. Best tip was that it was just a few mins walk away from Omiya subway station AND many bus stations. Water pressure was perfect. Had an DIY onsen-like bath on the last day. Definitely recommended!

Absolutely loved this hotel. Booked it in a rush and couldn’t be more satisfied. I was more pleased that this was a my 4 night stay in Kyoto during my Japan trip this year. The style of the room is a modern traditional Japanese room, with tatami inspired floor for the bed area, separating the entrance and wash areas. The main bed is raised so there’s plenty of room underneath to store multiple luggages. I loved that there is a small wooden folding table that has its own wall hanger when not used. The toilet is also separated from the shower/tub room, and wash area with a sink and large mirror. Each area had its own sliding door. Extra toiletries available in the main lobby included bath salts, which was perfect for relaxing in the tub after hiking Mount Inari to the top. I was solo travelling but booked a 2 person room as that was the only one available at the time, and the price was just right.

Overall experience was very good, there was a bus stop very near to the hotel, and a subway station just a bit further away. Staff was very friendly and helpful, and luggage storage services are also available after check out. There was also a Family Mart nearby where you can see it while walking from the subway station. There are also quite a few food options around the hotel too, very suitable to explore a bit. Nijo castle is also right next to the station. The room was very comfortable, where the reception will ask you if you need a toothbrush, or you may request it from them. It was a great stay!

Overall, a good stay. The room was clean, the bedding was comfortable, and the shower had good water pressure. The front desk staff were friendly and check-in was efficient. The location is convenient, with several restaurants nearby. It offers great value for money and I recommend it for business trips or short stays.

I stayed here for two nights for work. The location was excellent, being very close to Higobashi Station and about a 10-minute walk from Yodoyabashi Station, with plenty of restaurants around. The double room bed was high enough to store suitcases underneath, and it was very comfortable. The toilet was separate, and although the sink and bathroom were in the same space, it was spacious and comfortable. There were power outlets where I needed them, including by the bed, which was convenient. Amenities are available in the front lobby, and you take what you need. I would definitely like to stay here again!

It's clean and tidy, the size is moderate, the facilities are maintained like new, the location is convenient, the front desk staff is friendly and professional, I will stay here again next time.
