The afternoon tea and late-night noodle/congee service were such a thoughtful touch! I also really appreciated that they actively helped me switch rooms to one with more light when I mentioned the window in my original room was small. Getting around was super convenient, which was a huge plus. The sour plum juice was delicious too! It's right across the street from MixC mall and not far from SEG Plaza. I even biked to the Grand Tang Everbright City, it was incredibly convenient!

Service attitude: The front desk service attitude is kind, every employee is smiling, courteous, courteous, smooth communication, and quick response. During the stay, whether you ask questions or need assistance, you can deal with them in time, making people feel intimate and professional.

Accommodation: The room is spacious and clean, the bed is soft and comfortable, the bathroom is clean and the hot water is stable, and you can see the city wall lamp view outside the window at night, the view is first-class.

Location: The hotel is very close to the Xiaonanmen Morning Market. It takes about 5 to 10 minutes to walk. There is also a night market at night. It is also very close to the Yongning Gate of Xi'an City Wall. It is also very close to other sightseeing spots. It is within walking distance to the Bell Tower and Huimin Street. Attractions, convenient transportation. There are convenience stores, restaurants, pharmacies, convenience markets and other local shops near the hotel, which is very convenient.

The hotel experience is awesome! Convenient location and convenient travel. The lobby is elegant and warm, the room is clean and bright, the bedding is soft and comfortable, and the bathroom is clean and odorless. The facilities are complete and the WiFi is smooth. The front desk service is warm and thoughtful and the response is timely. The breakfast is rich and delicious and the price is very high. The overall exceeded expectations, lived very comfortably, will choose here next time, highly recommended!

A stay at the Meilihao Hotel was a delightful surprise! The location is excellent, with convenient transportation; the shopping district is right outside, making taxis and other transportation easy to access. The rooms are spacious and bright, impeccably clean down to the smallest detail, with soft, skin-friendly bedding and user-friendly smart devices. The staff are warm and attentive, proactively upgrading our room and providing excellent service throughout. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, a satisfying mix of Chinese and Western dishes. There's also a free laundry room and gym. Excellent value for money, a top choice for business or leisure travel!

The hotel rooms were clean and tidy, with soft, skin-friendly, and odor-free bedding. The bright, airy rooms were incredibly comfortable. The breakfast selection was extensive and varied, with a balanced nutritional profile. The hot dishes and pastries were all fresh and delicious, with excellent taste. Overall, the stay was excellent, offering exceptional value for money, and highly recommended! The rooms were clean and elegant, with complete and well-maintained facilities; the attention to detail made the stay very pleasant. The breakfast offered a wide variety of fresh ingredients and authentic flavors, satisfying different tastes. I was extremely satisfied with this stay; both the rooms and the breakfast were impeccable, and I would definitely stay again!

When I went to Xi'an for a business trip, my only requirement for the room was quiet. After a brief discussion with the front desk staff, they arranged a room on a higher floor for me. Upon entering the room, my first impression was that it was spacious, and the desk there perfectly met my work needs. I told the front desk I didn't want to be disturbed during my stay, and throughout the entire stay, they always messaged me first to ask for my permission before coming to my room. They also thoughtfully provided plenty of coffee packets and tea in my room, which were quite delicious. Furthermore, when I ordered takeout, the front desk staff delivered it to my door and messaged me about it – this attention to detail really touched me. They even recommended some good restaurants. If I have the opportunity again, I will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The room was spacious and came with breakfast. It's about a 10-15 yuan taxi ride to Chimelong, and it's also very convenient to get back from Sihai City after dinner, just a three to four-minute taxi ride. The front desk staff were all very helpful and promptly resolved any issues. I extended my stay for a few nights, and it offered great value for money.

The hotel was excellent, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming throughout our stay. Our queen room was very spacious, and the bedding was changed daily, which made everything feel fresh and comfortable. Whenever we needed assistance, the staff were always quick to help and extremely accommodating.

They were especially helpful when we needed directions or transportation, always making sure taxis were arranged for us and that we knew exactly where we were going. The level of service was truly outstanding, and I honestly cannot recommend this hotel enough. I can’t wait to come back again.

A special thank you to Mai and May, who kindly helped my mum and me order takeaway when we couldn’t understand the Chinese app. Your hospitality meant so much to us. Thank you as well to the bellman who helped carry our shopping upstairs and to the gentleman who kindly opened our taxi door — every member of the team was so lovely and attentive.

My mum and I were visiting during a stressful trip while buying things for my wedding, but your kindness and support made the experience much easier and far more enjoyable.

The room was spotless and well-maintained, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff was incredibly welcoming and even upgraded our room for free, which was a pleasant surprise! They also offered complimentary snacks, sunscreen, and other small essentials at the front desk, which was a thoughtful touch.

Facilities: Well-equipped, even has a mini-fridge. The bed was a bit soft though. 
Hygiene: Cleaned daily, the environment was hygienic.
Environment: About a 5-10 minute walk from the subway station, which was quite convenient. There were also some restaurants nearby.
Service: They provide snacks and drinks, and the front desk even has essentials like glasses wipes, hair ties, and hair gel.

Considering the price, the location is pretty good. It's near a subway entrance, and right across the street is Uni Park, a fairly large shopping mall. You can also bike to Vanke Mall, which has a good selection of food. It's a direct 5-stop subway ride to Zumiao Temple, and just one stop to Qiandeng Lake, though you'll need to transfer to another mode of transport there. The breakfast selection is quite limited and not very tasty, just passable. The room itself is very large, spacious, and clean. The front desk staff were also very friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a direct bus service to Hong Kong, which is very convenient. The breakfast provided is of excellent quality; although the variety isn't huge, it's well-balanced and nutritious. The staff are all very polite, and the overall stay was quite comfortable. Great value for money! [Strong]
