The location is superb. It's just a short walk from Central Station, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, so you'll never be stuck. Major attractions like Circular Quay and QVB are also easily accessible by light rail or bus.

Housekeeping cleans daily. However, the sink is quite narrow, so the floor gets splashed when you wash your face (lol). There are no slippers, but a full range of amenities is provided. Overall, it was a good hotel.

Great location, was pretty central to everything in Darling Harvour - located on a quiet street with parking onsite. The Buffet Breakfast was delicious with great options. Staff were very welcoming & friendly. The rooms were very spacious & private bathrooms were adequate.

The staff were very friendly. Everything was great, except for in the room, the curtains were torn and the door to the balcony was very difficult to open. Other than that I was really impressed. Will most certainly use again.

The location is exceptionally good, right in the city centre and close to all attraction; only a short walk. The apartment is good for a family;  there is no parking but you can get parking in nearby place.

Get cute and spacious lift apartment with plenty of room for 2-4 people. Lots of light, good view and clean kitchen.

I had originally booked and paid for four family rooms with three beds each, approximately 40 square meters in size. However, upon arrival, I was told there were no family rooms available. Instead, I was given rooms that were only about 20 square meters with one double bed and one single bed. Isn't the point of booking in advance to reserve a specific room type? Why was the room I booked unavailable when I got there? I paid more for the family rooms but was given cheaper, standard rooms. This made our group of 12 people very unhappy. I demand an explanation 😠

The front desk staff were excellent. I think they might have had a vacant room, because even though I was traveling solo, they gave me a really spacious room. The view from the room was perfect, and it had a bathtub which was a great bonus. It was a wonderful experience! ♥️
