Wanxi might be a brand under Qianna. When we took a taxi there, the navigation directly showed the parking lot, but the hotel and the parking lot weren't even in the same place. My family and I had to walk quite a distance with dozens of pounds of luggage... We redeemed breakfast with points, and it was a bit pricey, similar to their other branches in different provinces and cities. On our last morning, the restaurant was crowded, and there weren't enough staff, so they seemed overwhelmed... The room itself, probably because it's an old building that was renovated, had wallpaper peeling in places and the window was a bit small. Otherwise, everything else was acceptable.

The location is really great 👍 The hotel is next to the Starlight World, it is very convenient to eat and shop; at night, there is a night market nearby. It is not far from Qingming Shanghe Garden, and it is easy to travel and commute. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, the front desk service was warm, and the check-in was fast. The overall experience is very good, it is very suitable to choose here when you come to Kaifeng to play, recommended!

Would you like a short version?

We stayed in a themed triple room. The service was excellent, and there's a self-service kitchen on the first floor where you can store food, which is great for road trips. The hotel is also close to the scenic area. The picture shows the view from our balcony.

[”The room was clean and tidy, with complete facilities, and the bedding was comfortable, allowing for a very peaceful sleep. The front desk service was warm and thoughtful, and the location was also convenient for getting around. Overall, it was a great experience and excellent value for money.”,”The location is excellent, making it convenient for dining and transportation. The room has good natural light, is very clean, and the soundproofing is also good. The service is attentive, and the stay was very pleasant. I will choose this hotel again next time.”,”The overall environment exceeded my expectations, with meticulous cleanliness and all necessary amenities provided. The staff were friendly, and the price was affordable, ensuring a comfortable stay. It's a great choice for accommodation when traveling.”,”The hotel environment is elegant, the room space is ample, and the toiletries are of good quality. Transportation is convenient, and the service is excellent. Overall, it offers good value for money and is highly recommended.”]

Everything was fine overall, but first-time check-in can be a little confusing. The hotel is located inside a shared building with local residents, and although there is a sign with the hotel’s name, it doesn’t clearly indicate which elevator to take. I initially thought all six elevators were for the hotel. It would really help if the Trip.com listing clearly mentioned which elevator to use and that the admin/reception area is on Level 3—especially for foreign guests or in cases where data or Wi-Fi access isn’t working.

The following is an experience of staying here, excluding eating and fitness:

The hotel I stayed in this time was really good😄! The room was clean and tidy, and the bedding was soft and comfortable, so I didn't want to get up once I lay down. The facilities were also complete, and there was a free laundry room, which was very convenient for people like me who don't want to bring too many clothes when traveling. The hotel is in a good location, with convenient transportation around, and it's easy to go anywhere. The service staff were also very enthusiastic, and they could help solve any problems in time, which made me feel very warm. The overall stay experience was great!

During the trip to Dengzhou, staying at Wanxi Hotel was an unexpected joy of this trip. The hotel inherits the new Chinese aesthetic, simple and elegant, quiet in the middle of noisy, the public area and the rooms are clean and transparent, and the details are full of care. The intelligent control system of the whole house is convenient and intimate, the bedding is soft and skin-friendly, and the sleep experience is excellent. The bathroom is separated from wet and dry, the spare parts are exquisite, the aroma is elegant, and the stay is comfortable. The front desk service is professional and decent, and can be flexible for early check-in and late check-out. Self-service laundry, fitness, free parking and other supporting facilities are perfect, and the intimateness is full. Breakfast is both local flavor and quality, warm and comfortable. The quality of the company is online, quiet and elegant, and the service is good. It is the best choice for business travel and cultural tourism. Dengzhou accommodation benchmark, you must choose again next time.
