The hotel facilities are brand new, and the whole-house smart experience is truly excellent. Even the room service is delivered by robots! It was a very comfortable stay, and I particularly loved the smart toilet (now I want one!). The toiletries were also of great quality and showed attention to detail, like the soft, fine-bristled toothbrush – finally, no more bleeding gums! It's rare to find a hotel that pays such close attention to these small things. Safety is also a plus; you need to swipe your card to access the elevators, so there's no random foot traffic, which made me feel very secure staying alone. As for transportation, it's just a 7-minute walk from Nanjing South Railway Station, making it super convenient for getting around. Plus, there are plenty of delicious takeout options nearby, like ”Xiaochuniang Huaiyang Cuisine,” which was fantastic, and you can even order late-night snacks. Overall, it offers excellent value for money.

The young man at the front desk who handled my check-in on the 29th was very enthusiastic and helpful. The hotel breakfast also featured Nanjing specialties. It's a 5-minute walk to the subway station, and Deji Plaza is right next door, making it super convenient to get around.

I went to Nanjing to play with the object. I lived in their home on the first day. I remember that there were a lot of people who checked in and checked out at that time. At that time, there were a lot of people who checked in and checked out. I waited for a while. Maybe the carpet in the corridor was very stinky and smelly. The room seemed to be a corner room at that time. I really hate the corner room and the elevator room because the room layout is not good. The elevator room is generally very noisy. We went down and asked the front desk to help us change the room. The lady was also very patient to coordinate with us and changed the room for us. I wanted to continue to live. As a result, they increased the price the next day 😂 We went to another house without too much budget, but the overall stay experience was still very good.

Cleanliness was terrible. We checked in too late on the first day and didn't check the sheets. We left early the next morning and didn't notice anything either. When we checked out, we found bloodstains on the bed and around the pillows! (We weren't injured and weren't menstruating.) The key thing is, the housekeeper came to clean the room, but she didn't notice anything! We told the front desk about the bloodstains when we checked out, and they just said, ”We'll be more careful next time!” What kind of service is that? The room also smelled musty and even smelt cigarettes at night! The electric curtain button wouldn't open or close, and I have no idea what it does. On the bright side, the two breakfasts we ordered with Ctrip were included, and we shared them with all three of us, which was nice. Thank you. The rest was pretty average!
