I had a very satisfying stay here! The location is convenient, very close to Nanjing South Railway Station. The room was clean and tidy, the bedding was comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I had a great night's sleep. The front desk service was warm and welcoming, and check-in was efficient. Overall, it offers great value for money. I will definitely choose this place again next time and recommend it to my friends.

The hotel room was difficult to find. There were two hotels with the same name nearby, and I went to the wrong one first. The front desk staff there was incredibly rude. Also, to get to the hotel, you have to transfer elevators on the 4th floor, which is very inconvenient for first-time guests. The hotel environment is just average, but the location is pretty good, right across from Deji Plaza.

The location is excellent, there is a big shopping mall nearby, not far from Deji Square. The traffic is convenient, just on the side of the road, it is very convenient to take a taxi and the subway. The facilities are slightly old, but the health is good, the front desk is very warm and thoughtful, the breakfast window is a little chaotic order, it is recommended to issue a meal card, so who is first and who is later, the order is ~ or the noodles are very clear.

Cleanliness was terrible. We checked in too late on the first day and didn't check the sheets. We left early the next morning and didn't notice anything either. When we checked out, we found bloodstains on the bed and around the pillows! (We weren't injured and weren't menstruating.) The key thing is, the housekeeper came to clean the room, but she didn't notice anything! We told the front desk about the bloodstains when we checked out, and they just said, ”We'll be more careful next time!” What kind of service is that? The room also smelled musty and even smelt cigarettes at night! The electric curtain button wouldn't open or close, and I have no idea what it does. On the bright side, the two breakfasts we ordered with Ctrip were included, and we shared them with all three of us, which was nice. Thank you. The rest was pretty average!

🙋 Service: I hope that the hotel will add a room phone, and it is a bit difficult to call through the platform every time, but the front desk service is very good, responsive, and luggage storage is allowed, overall it is still very good.
