Booked this Clock Tower Shuyu Hotel for a girls' trip, and it didn't disappoint. Dan Dan and Xiao Teng were very friendly and efficient during check-in, making the process quick. The room was spotless, which made for a very comfortable stay. Its proximity to various attractions, like the Bell Tower and night market, made sightseeing incredibly convenient. Overall, a great experience.

The hotel is right in the Xiying business district, with plenty of food stalls downstairs and super close to the subway station!

It's just a few minutes' walk to the shopping mall, where you can find everything from shopping to delicious food – a true paradise for foodies!

- **Clean and Tidy**: The room is spotless, and the cleaning staff comes daily. You can even smell the detergent, which shows great attention to detail! The soundproofing is also excellent; it's completely quiet at night, a blessing for light sleepers.

I booked this hotel for two nights during the Dragon Boat Festival and was incredibly impressed! Upon arrival, I was upgraded to a suite, which was fantastic. It even had a bathtub, and they thoughtfully provided a disposable liner so I could soak worry-free. They also offered a foot spa tub with herbal sachets. The suite was huge, and to my surprise, the bathroom offered panoramic views of the Big Wild Goose Pagoda – absolutely stunning. It wasn't until the second day that I discovered the bed was an electric adjustable bed, allowing me to find the perfect position to watch TV. All in all, it was a truly delightful experience. For this price, enjoying such a suite was amazing. I've stayed in places over 1000 yuan in other major cities, and none compared to this. It rained during my two-day stay, and the hotel even provided an umbrella, which was a very considerate touch. I had planned to switch hotels for the next two days, but seeing how great this one was, I promptly extended my stay for another two nights. Thumbs up, thumbs up, thumbs up! I'll definitely book here again on my next trip to Xi'an.

**Location Convenience**: The hotel boasts an excellent location, super close to the subway station, making getting around incredibly easy. You can see the Big Wild Goose Pagoda right from the window, and the Grand Tang Dynasty Everbright City is just a short walk away. It's also very near Xi'an Film Studio. There's even a bus stop for tours to the Terracotta Army Museum. Next door to the hotel, there's a convenience store, Wei Jia Liang Pi (cold noodles) is open 24 hours, and Old Li's Biangbiang Noodles and Old Ma's Paomo (bread in mutton soup) are all nearby – super convenient!

**Room Facilities and Cleanliness**: The room facilities are modern and well-equipped, including smart voice control and a separate wet/dry bathroom area. The overall decor is modern and minimalist, with attention paid to every detail.

**High Value for Money**: The customer service is excellent, and it offers exceptional value for money. Especially during peak tourist season, the hotel maintains high service standards and reasonable prices, making it a top-notch choice.

I checked into room 516 around 12:50 PM on December 22nd. I have to say something about the female receptionist on duty that day. Having stayed in countless hotels, both domestic and international, she's the most ”unique” one I've ever encountered. She had an icy expression the entire time. Her coldness was one thing, but her inflexibility and rigidity in handling matters were even worse than my old cell phone. I booked a standard double room, which included two free breakfasts and an upgrade to a late check-out. First of all, you don't need to worry about how many people are staying; the two breakfast vouchers are part of the package, so you should give them to me. As for the extra person, we should register them. It's normal not to have your ID card with you when you go out, but as a hotel receptionist, you didn't even mention that you can use an electronic ID. We've been told we could go home to get our ID cards in the afternoon and bring them. You should give us the breakfast vouchers; whether we eat them or not is our business. You rigidly and rudely told me one ID card, one voucher. My package only includes two breakfasts, so just give them to me. Why are you making such a fuss? Then I asked for a quieter room, and she said the room type I booked was the first one on each floor. I said, ”Isn't there a room upgrade option?” I didn't mention the upgrade, but you didn't, as if you were saving the room for yourself, afraid I'd take it from you. Then you fiddled with the computer for ages, turning a simple check-in into an imperial examination. If your boss knew this was how you run a business, they'd cry in the elevator. If you owned the hotel, you probably wouldn't treat customers like this, right? Because you don't own the hotel! You're content with your salary and don't care about the boss's well-being. Staying in a hotel is for convenience, not to pay to be treated badly by your icy face. If you're in a bad mood, just take a day off and go for a walk. Why come to work?
