It was a great stay, well equipped with all kitchen Utensils, a microwave, a fridge, a small espresso machine and an electric kettle.
Overall more than satisfactory!

+ The checkin and checkout process is very automated. + Laundry service is available with additional pay.
- Mattress is too soft to cause back pain.
- Amenities were not cleaned properly.
- TV and wifi does not work with Amazon connection 

++ The location is convenient for tram, bus and S-Bahn within 100 meters. 

Do not recommend for very short stay!

Overall very pleasant experience. The room was extremely clean and spacious. Basics like hand wash, shower gel were provided. Location was excellent being beside the bus and train station - meaning easy access to Vienna City centre as well as routes to other countries. Only downside was the slight noise from outside of either bins banging and clashing and the odd train passing by, but expected when booking. Even without air con the room remained at a regulated temperature during our stay in March. The only major draw back is the check in check out service, it needs to be made slightly clearer as to how the process works. Upon arrival I was not aware I had to download the Hotelbird app to check in, so on a Saturday and Sunday when no one is available at the desk we had to wait for someone already staying in the hotel to let us in. From there it’s fairly easy you check in on the iPads and collect your room key. Finally, the smartments complex doesn’t allow you to leave your luggage with them, that’s the only draw back to the amenities provided. Now knowing how the check in service works I would definitely stay here again.

When checking in by myself, I had to pay the city tax, but there was no cash payment option. What are people supposed to do if they don't have a bank card? It was very inconvenient. Some of the customer service representatives on the phone didn't speak English, so I couldn't communicate or resolve my issues. It took me two and a half hours just to get my room key. Self check-in isn't inherently bad, but they really need to consider all the potential problems that could arise during the process.

The room was clean and tidy, with new and complete facilities, including a kitchenette. It's one stop from Frankfurt Airport and very close to exits S8 and S9, making it convenient to get to the city. When I visited, the apartment building was still under renovation, and the elevator was out of service, but security helped with my luggage. Overall, I was quite satisfied and would recommend it.

The hotel location is very close to public transportation. The room is large and clean. It's auto check-in..you must do check-in and set room key-card by yourself on the touch screen..this is yet convenience when I forgot and left my key card in my room..I can set a new one by my self promptly at the front desk. About amenity..there are a bottle of 3 in 1 shampoo hand-soap baht-gel..and I didn't notice I thought it was hand soap. There was no drinking-water in a bottle in the room but there was a coffee-maker machine in the lobby. You can make a cup of hot cappucino for free. By overview..I do appreciate this accomodation.
