The overall facilities and environment are decent, but the check-in and check-out times are completely unreasonable. You can't check in until 3 PM, yet someone was knocking on the door by 11 AM the next morning to rush us out, and they were quite rude about it, which really soured the experience. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room couldn't be adjusted, making it very inconvenient. I really hope the hotel can improve its service procedures and room amenities.

We booked a 7 people family room. There are 3 rooms inside. The living room and dining room are spacious. Floor has heating. View at the patio is great.
The master bedroom has bath tub, but if you take a stand shower inside the bath tub, the water will spill out. Other than that, everything is good.
The family room is good for a big family.

This was my first time staying at Sonopet for a vacation, and my room was on the 11th floor, so it had a great view. ♡
It was nice to be able to walk around the building without worrying about large dogs.
There were also restaurants that allowed dogs, so I didn't have to worry about what to eat. I was worried because of some poor reviews about cleanliness, but
my dog ​​came by, so I thought it was fine!!
I didn't experience any discomfort or inconvenience while using the place.
However, perhaps because it's a tourist attraction, everything was so expensive that I was a little apprehensive.
Aside from that, I was very satisfied!!
The playground was very well maintained, which was nice. If there was even the slightest noise, a staff member would come and watch and take appropriate action. The water spraying on the dogs was a bit awkward because I wasn't used to it,
but I quickly got used to it.
It was such a satisfying stay that I'd definitely come back in the winter.

This was the best Vivaldi Park accommodation I've ever stayed in. Since we were a family of three, it was nice to have a bathroom in each room. The noise-blocking was also very comfortable. I would be very grateful if you could book a room like this again. Thanks to this accommodation, our family trip was much more comfortable and enjoyable. Thank you.

I stayed for one night on January 20 and checked in to Room #327.

The female staff member who assisted me at check-in appeared quite stiff and unfriendly in both her service and facial expression.

While the exterior quality of the hotel is comparable to that of a four-star hotel in Seoul, the level of staff service still seems to need further improvement.

At check-in, I asked about the underground connection to Good & Good, as I had heard it was accessible from the hotel but wasn’t sure where the connecting stairs were. 

However, the front desk staff member looked at me as if thinking, ‘Why are you asking such an obvious question?’ and simply told me to take the elevator. Since it was my first visit and I still had more questions, I ended up searching online and finding my way on my own.

On a positive note, the staff member who handled my reservation inquiry was very kind, and the staff who provided information about in-room amenities over the phone was also friendly and helpful.

The price was reasonable, especially for a weekday stay.

As usual I am never disappointed when I stay here at Cross Paasha Seminyak. Location is central with lots of shopping and food options close by. The rooms are spacious with daily room service. I always enjoy my breakfast in the morning, with small buffet and/or a la carte options available throughout the day. Restaurant and pool on the rooftop with nice views. The service from staff, from the moment you check in, to room service and restaurant is amazing. So friendly and helpful. Value for what you pay, compared to other places i have stayed at in Bali.

as single traveler Cross Bali is super good hotel . the room with pool excellent for naked sun bathing. breakfast is wonderful staffs is very helpful and.welcoming. the pool and exercise cross fit is great. spa is definitely can try make sure ask.discount. highly recommend Balinese style hotel.

My first impression of the hotel was more than wonderful. To be honest, the previous reviews had me a bit worried, but upon arrival, it became clear that the hotel's facilities and furnishings are new and beautiful, unlike some hotels with old, wooden aesthetics.

The only issue I encountered was at the reception. When I arrived, the staff were busy with another guest. After they finished, someone else was checked in before me, even though I had been there longer. They also provided towels directly to the other guests, and I had to ask for them myself. This might have been due to how busy they were, but it wasn't a great start.

After that, I was escorted to Room #2, which was beautiful, tidy, and decorated for a honeymoon, which made me very happy. The private pool in this room was also enclosed from the outside, offering excellent privacy.
However, it later turned out that this wasn't my assigned room, so we had to wait until 3 PM to check into our actual room.

Upon entering Room #8, the main problem was that the room wasn't fully private. The pool could be seen from the outside before even entering the room, which is not suitable for those seeking privacy, especially for a honeymoon or with family. Compared to Room #2, the difference in privacy was very clear.

When I raised this with the reception, I was initially told that all rooms were similar and not private. However, after I showed them a video of Room #2, their story changed, and they apologized.
As a temporary solution, they offered appetizers with coffee and tried to cover part of the pool to appease us, but the covering wasn't sufficient.

The next morning, I went for a swim alone and noticed that a guest from Room #7 could clearly see me while entering and exiting their room, which confirmed that privacy in this room was incomplete.
They also offered other compensations like a free massage and breakfast by the pool. If we extended our stay for an additional night, they offered Room #1, which is the most private. However, frankly, these offers didn't solve the main issue of privacy.

My advice for anyone planning to book:
If you are coming with family or for a honeymoon and privacy is important to you, I recommend specifically choosing the following rooms:
1 – 2 – 3 – 7
These are the best in terms of privacy compared to the other rooms.

The hotel is very well located in the Kuta area, close to the airport. All the staff were exceptionally hospitable and greeted us warmly with smiles. I can clearly see why it is rated as a four-star property.

The amenities were excellent. The room came with a Xiaomi TV, and the LG ac unit (non-centralised) allowed us to adjust the temperature and mode to our liking. The bathroom was spacious, not cramped, and the toiletries—hand soap, body wash, and shampoo—were from Sensatia, a Bali brand with a lovely fragrance.

We also visited the in-house spa and had a wonderful massage experience. Prices were competitive too.

Breakfast was the same every day, but still delicious. They had a station for eggs, coffee, and variety of bread. 

The only downside was a sewage smell during the daytime. We couldn’t pinpoint the source, and even after closing the bathroom door, the smell lingered. Switching the air-con to purifying mode helped, and by nighttime the smell disappeared just nice for admin time.

This villa offers incredible value for money, with excellent service and delicious food. Spending the whole day at the villa was a joy—working while enjoying relaxing massages. The breakfast, lunch, and dinner were all thoughtfully arranged, and the beautifully presented floating afternoon tea was simply amazing!

I was considering the Cassia and Delfino Lotte for a family trip, and chose the Delfino because I wanted to enjoy the Ambrosia and infinity pool.
I was completely satisfied. They even upgraded my room, and even in the wind, I enjoyed swimming in the outdoor pool and the open-air bath. Even in the strong winds, the underground passageway was comfortable.
I went on this trip with my children, and I'm planning another trip with my parents soon.

The room's cleanliness was generally good, but the hotel's location is quite far from the city center, which is really inconvenient without a car. It was hard to get an Uber, but thankfully the front desk staff were great; they helped me call taxis a few times and were very patient, which I appreciate! The hotel is part of a resort. I had fried chicken downstairs, but for other meals, I took a taxi to the city, which cost nearly 100 RMB per trip. If you're staying at the hotel, you get a 10% discount at Ocean Play; remember to mention your room number when buying tickets at the front desk. It's divided into a sauna and a swimming pool. I mistakenly went to the outdoor area of the sauna, thinking it was the famous Instagrammable pool, but there are still outdoor hot tubs there.

Gosung!! Thanks to Rene Bleu, I had a wonderful trip. First, I loved the ocean right below. Second, the room was spacious and the structure was stable, which made for a great night's sleep. Third, the lobby's seating arrangements with a view were impressive.

The quiet, cleanliness, and comfort were all great, but the outside facilities are still lacking.
