We recently stayed at this hotel for 6 nights, and the experience exceeded our expectations in every way.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were welcoming, professional, and genuinely attentive. The room was spotless, spacious, and very comfortable, with excellent housekeeping throughout our stay. The atmosphere of the hotel felt calm, well-maintained, and perfect for a relaxing getaway.

The buffet deserves a special mention — absolutely fantastic. There was an impressive variety of fresh, high-quality food each day, catering to different tastes and dietary needs. Everything was beautifully presented, constantly replenished, and consistently delicious. The service in the buffet area was just as wonderful — friendly, efficient, and always happy to help.

Overall, this was a memorable and enjoyable stay. The combination of comfort, outstanding service made our stay a special one. We would happily return and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a high-quality and relaxing stay.

What a delightful property. Absolutely loved it. Staff are very warm and friendly. Service is excellent. The property has multiple pools, a very well appointed Spa (though a bit pricey) with a range of treatments we have not seen in some of the most renowned Spa's including sound healing, therapeutic treatments, injury, relaxing or stress relief treatments, Balinese, Ayurvedic and other holistic treatments. Amazing! The restaurant onsite has a nice variety of multi cuisine food and the preparations are excellent so kudos to the Chef! We did not plan to but ended up eating most of our dinners at the property restaurant instead of dining out. The only downside would be the slightly off the beat location that required our car service to go over some very rough road patches on the way. But all in all we would highly recommend staying here and would probably come back for another visit.
Oh, and almost forgot....the Mimosa as a part of the breakfast buffet was a delightful touch!

Nice amenities and hotel is generally clean. 

The hotel utilizes its own application for all concerns and requests. While the app is convenient, the hotel should significantly improve its timeliness in monitoring and resolving logged requests to ensure a satisfactory guest experience.

Overall, our stay with Cross Paasha was great and memorable.

We have stayed about four times over the last few years and it has been getting progressively worse and run down. The breakfast is boring, seldom changes. The room often has no towels as they are waiting for them from the  laundry, and also they forget hand towels or bath mats. We had no water at all one day, and when it did come back on it was cold for a few hours. No warning and as we had been at the beach for the day we were looking forward to a shower before dinner! The bathrooms are very old and extremely filthy with a build  up of grime around the sink and tap ware. Our bed was 2 singles pushed together but it was so big the sheets didn’t fit properly so you could see the grimy mattress beneath and there was an unavoidable gap in the middle. Also the bed was pushed against the window so one person had to crawl down the bed to get out of bed. The staff are extremely friendly and the location is great and pools are very good. But we won’t be back again … it’s  old now and there are better nearby for same price or even less!

🌴 Hotel and overall impression

A perfect hotel for a romantic getaway! My boyfriend and I went to Bali, and the hotel immediately made a great impression. Even before check-in, we requested a quiet, secluded room with a beautiful view – and our request was handled with great care. What's more, our room was decorated for our arrival: towel swans, roses, welcome fruits, and a delicious cupcake as a congratulatory treat. It was really sweet.

🏡 Villa (No. 7)

We stayed in Villa No. 7, which I consider to be the best villa. It’s incredibly private, set away from the main paths, and offers views of the distant jungle rather than common areas. You can also see a small part of the main pool from above. The villa itself is spacious, with a large, comfortable bed, soft pillows, and a comfortable (for me personally) non-wooden mattress.

What delighted us daily:
they replace toiletries: toothbrushes, toothpaste, razor, comb, sewing kit, cotton swabs, and pads. There's also soap, body lotion, shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Body, hand, and face towels, plus paper towels. They also provide water in a glass bottle for brushing teeth and separate drinking water (in the room).

The only drawback:
the water is poured into a shared glass bottle, and it's unclear if it's properly washed after previous guests. We found lipstick marks on the neck of our bottle, meaning it wasn't washed, just refilled with fresh water. Luckily, there are free water coolers in the common areas, which helped a lot.

Regarding cleaning and linens:
the quality of the towels and bed linen, of course, doesn't compare to Turkish service (where everything is new and perfectly ironed). Here, you can tell the towels are a bit 'worn out'. But for us, this was a minor detail.

🍽 Food

Breakfasts – simply amazing.
It's à la carte. You go to the restaurant on the 2nd floor and choose: traditional (all with eggs), vegetarian, Indian cuisine, Balinese breakfast, and more.

Definitely try: burrito with omelet (very filling and delicious), Dutch eggs on toast, pancakes, waffles, French toast, smoothie bowl.

Coffee: Balinese coffee, cappuccino, Americano, latte, and other options. Very decent, good coffee. Moscow coffee shops are now a distant second.

In addition, there's a general buffet: Indonesian/Balinese cuisine (rice, soups, chicken, spices), salads, cereals with milk, waffles/pancakes, smoothies/oatmeal, fruits (watermelon, melon, papaya, and others). Dishes change every other day. You can serve yourself drinks: juices (not freshly squeezed – a common issue across Bali), lime/strawberry/cucumber infused water.

Lunch and dinner:
We mostly ate at restaurants outside the hotel, but we had dinner at the hotel a couple of times and ordered room service. The food was 5+++, everything was high quality, delicious, and portions were generous. The seafood pizza was superb. The drinks were tasty. The only thing is the prices are higher than elsewhere, but it's worth it.

🏊 Common areas

Pool: sun loungers were always available, we never encountered anyone, the area was almost empty. When we went, there was nobody there at all.

Gym: treadmill, exercise bike, dumbbells, water cooler, air conditioning, speaker – you can connect your phone and listen to your own music.

Air conditioning: worked perfectly both in the room and in common areas.

🚌 Service and staff

The staff were very friendly and responsive. We hadn't even arrived yet, and all our requests had already been answered. They asked if everything was good, if breakfast was tasty – all without being intrusive. Sunny people.

The hotel offers a free shuttle to the center, and there are paid activities. There are umbrellas in the room – in case it rains (the weather in May was great, we were lucky).

📌 Conclusion

This hotel is ideal for a romantic trip if you value privacy, excellent breakfasts, and a warm atmosphere. Don't expect Turkish luxury (the worn towels and water in the bottle are minor negatives), but the overall ambiance and food quality outweigh these small issues. I would definitely return here again. The hotel's design is very inviting.

We booked a two-bedroom villa with a beautiful environment and a swimming pool on the same day. However, for my family who are used to city life, the numerous geckos, mosquitoes, caterpillars, and spiders, along with dead frogs in the pool, made it hard for them to enjoy sitting outdoors in the evening. This isn't really the hotel's fault, as it's just nature.  The inconsistency in service at Bali villas has always been an issue. None of the towels were clean; they were all grey. The front desk service on our first day was excellent; they provided us with a lot of information about shopping and restaurants. The front desk service on the second day was terrible, completely inflexible, and wouldn't allow a late check-out, not even for 30 minutes. Do you really think you're a five-star hotel and suspect guests would steal two mini-bar drinks? They checked our room for half an hour during check-out, making us wait endlessly. Breakfast was also a disaster; they claimed it was freshly squeezed juice, but it was clearly watered-down, bottled supermarket juice – who knows what kind.  A rather unique experience overall.

The overall facilities and environment are decent, but the check-in and check-out times are completely unreasonable. You can't check in until 3 PM, yet someone was knocking on the door by 11 AM the next morning to rush us out, and they were quite rude about it, which really soured the experience. On top of that, the air conditioning in the room couldn't be adjusted, making it very inconvenient. I really hope the hotel can improve its service procedures and room amenities.

We booked a 7 people family room. There are 3 rooms inside. The living room and dining room are spacious. Floor has heating. View at the patio is great.
The master bedroom has bath tub, but if you take a stand shower inside the bath tub, the water will spill out. Other than that, everything is good.
The family room is good for a big family.

This was my first time staying at Sonopet for a vacation, and my room was on the 11th floor, so it had a great view. ♡
It was nice to be able to walk around the building without worrying about large dogs.
There were also restaurants that allowed dogs, so I didn't have to worry about what to eat. I was worried because of some poor reviews about cleanliness, but
my dog ​​came by, so I thought it was fine!!
I didn't experience any discomfort or inconvenience while using the place.
However, perhaps because it's a tourist attraction, everything was so expensive that I was a little apprehensive.
Aside from that, I was very satisfied!!
The playground was very well maintained, which was nice. If there was even the slightest noise, a staff member would come and watch and take appropriate action. The water spraying on the dogs was a bit awkward because I wasn't used to it,
but I quickly got used to it.
It was such a satisfying stay that I'd definitely come back in the winter.

The Sono Belle Vivaldi Park in Hongcheon County is South Korea's largest integrated resort. It's our top choice for skiing in 2026, boasting 12 slopes. What's more, it's essentially an underground city with a massive shopping arcade on the first basement floor. This means you don't even need to go outside when it's cold! Dining is incredibly convenient with chain restaurants, a food court, cafes (like Starbucks), and fried chicken joints. There's also a large supermarket where you can buy ingredients to cook in rooms equipped with kitchens. For entertainment, there's a bowling alley, billiard room, karaoke, and even an indoor mini amusement park with a carousel and bumper cars. It's perfect for both vacations and skiing.

A very great place for family to visit and spend vocation there. With a lots funs and beautiful views. We went there for ski. Will come again when we have vocation again. The Hotel is very nice clean. But doesn't including the breakfast. We paid separate for our breakfast. Buffet breakfast was so many kinds of foods. If you come you should pay addition for their breakfast. It's won't disappoint you.

Okay, this was a super pleasant surprise. Somehow, we did not expect the view to be so beautiful. The room was amazing. The view was amazing. The staff were so helpful despite the language barrier, I am so grateful! There were not many foreigners, but the experience was lovely. Koreans are amazing people. Everything you need is in the hotel, from food, to snacks to beer. It was a much needed break! DEFINITELY COMING BACK!

From the moment we entered, we could feel the luxurious and tranquil atmosphere, making it the perfect place to spend a special day. The room was spacious and clean, and the natural scenery outside the window was truly healing in itself. It was great for relaxing with our family, and the facilities were well-maintained, so we were satisfied overall.🤍 It was an even more memorable trip because my parents were also satisfied and said they rested comfortably.

Gosung!! Thanks to Rene Bleu, I had a wonderful trip. First, I loved the ocean right below. Second, the room was spacious and the structure was stable, which made for a great night's sleep. Third, the lobby's seating arrangements with a view were impressive.

The quiet, cleanliness, and comfort were all great, but the outside facilities are still lacking.
