I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment. The receptionist was friendly, welcoming, and helpful throughout my stay. The room was spacious, comfortable, and had plenty of natural light, which made it feel very pleasant. The Wi-Fi was also good and reliable, so I was able to relax and watch Netflix without any issues.
The location is amazing, with a great matcha café right nearby and plenty of other cafés and restaurants within walking distance. Overall, it was a very comfortable and enjoyable stay, and I would definitely recommend it.

Best place for stay for several days. Clean apartment, spacious place, functioning washer and heater.

On a problem, on a booked apartment for two people and assumed in the app to pay 80dh taxes on site. When we complained he told us that c good amount is already debited and that we could not reimburse you.

Pros: Great location. Walking distance to attractions. Spacious apartment. Washing machine! Choice of pillows, softer or firmer. Luggage can be left for free. Cooking and dining utensils are provided. The refrigerator is huge. Light-blocking blinds are available. Water is available in a water dispenser on the ground floor. The air conditioners worked fine. There's even a clothes dryer.
Cons: The front desk is unscheduled. We waited an hour to drop off our suitcases.

Check-in is at 3:00 PM, check-out is at 11:00 AM. Check-out is at 2:00 PM in all hotels, and 12:00 PM is typical. I'd like to see them review this. There's no table cloth or dish sponge. The shower head leaks. The dishes need to be updated. One glass. One teaspoon. Any chips need to be removed. The stains on the sofa need to be cleaned, and other people's hair should be removed. A cotton rug should be placed on the floor. There are so many stains on the floor, even though we walked on them and my socks were clean. And the synthetic bedding is absolutely no good; if I'd known, I wouldn't have ordered it. I scratched myself all night. This is the most expensive room.

Wij hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad in Stayhere Rabat – Hay Riad – Sophisticated Residence.
Het appartement was modern, schoon en stijlvol ingericht, precies zoals op de foto’s. Alles voelde nieuw en goed onderhouden aan, wat meteen een prettig en comfortabel gevoel gaf.
De ligging in Hay Riad is perfect: rustig, veilig en toch dichtbij winkels, restaurants en belangrijke wegen. Ideaal als je Rabat wilt verkennen maar ook graag in een nette, rustige buurt verblijft.
De communicatie met Stayhere verliep vlot en professioneel. Inchecken ging soepel en we voelden ons vanaf het begin goed verzorgd. Het appartement was ruim, comfortabel en zeer geschikt voor zowel korte als langere verblijven.
Wij zouden hier zonder twijfel opnieuw boeken en raden deze accommodatie zeker aan aan iedereen die Rabat bezoekt en op zoek is naar kwaliteit, comfort en rust.

Staying at Riad Old City Palace was pure magic – a hidden oasis in Fez’s bustling medina that felt like stepping into a warm Moroccan dream. The atmosphere is enchanting: intricate zellige tiles, cozy lounges with plush cushions, and a serene riad courtyard that whispers tranquility amid the city’s chaos. It’s the kind of place where every corner invites you to relax and soak in the authentic charm.
The staff? Outstanding! From the moment we arrived, they were like family – incredibly friendly, always available with smiles and genuine care. Whenever we had doubts about anything (taxis, markets, hidden spots), they were there, patiently answering questions, always picking up the phone promptly, and even guiding us with precise directions to local gems. They made our trip seamless and stress-free.
Food highlights were next-level. The late-night teas were a lifesaver after long days exploring – aromatic mint tea served with warmth and perfect sweetness under the stars. Dinners were flavorful feasts of tagines, couscous, and fresh salads that burst with local spices. Breakfast? A lavish spread of fluffy pancakes, fresh fruits, cheeses, and endless Moroccan pastries – we never wanted to leave the table!
This riad is simply a nice place run by the best team. Thank you from the bottom of our hearts – we strongly recommend it to everyone visiting Fez. We’ll be back!

Place wasn't like photos and they run a tax scam of overcharging - research the Casablanca tourist tax rate( I raised a chargeback against them) charged me for 4 people for 1 person booking.
They refused to provide an invoice as well after saying they would(reinforces above point)
They email address they provide is fake and doesn't work
Location is good for public transport and is near the tram and supermarket nearby
Internet is great for video calls, streaming etc...
Bed and sofa are decent
Kitchen is decently equipped but has no sponge.
Washing machine of course is useful
