Service was very good & efficient. The onsen was decent & unremarkable. The rooms were comparatively spacious by Japanese standards & very well appointed. The toilet was modern and well equipped with the latest Japanese toilet seats & even mood lighting in the shower cubicle. The TV was big, the lighting controls were thoughtful & they even provide an ice bucket with whiskey glasses. The bed was very comfortable with soft pillows. Overall a good experience

The hotel is ideally located, just 150 meters from the East Exit of Hakata Station. The rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The breakfast spread is excellent, with both Japanese and Western options available. There are plenty of great restaurants nearby, and shopping is very convenient. I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next trip to Fukuoka.

The hotel's location is excellent, right near Hakata Station. From JR Hakata Station, take the Chikushi Exit East, turn right onto the sidewalk and walk straight. After the first large intersection, continue straight. You'll soon cross a smaller intersection, and past that will be a Lawson convenience store. The hotel entrance is right after Lawson. If you find the right exit, it's very easy to get to, taking about 3-4 minutes. The subway entrances for the Airport Line and Nanakuma Line are even closer to the hotel.

The front desk staff was very friendly. They explained all the rules in English, even using pictures to detail the daily housekeeping services. The room size was decent, not small by Japanese standards. The overall hygiene was good. The room window could be opened slightly, though there was no view. Because of its convenience, I would consider staying here again in the future.

The hotel is very very close to the South exits of Shinjuku Station, there is train from/to the Narita airport - Narita Express (NEX).
We used the laundry room, you just need a 100 yen coins (from the reception) - 600 yen for wash+dry of 3Kg + up to 300 for extra drier time. You enter a code to lock the machine for your use only.
We took the breakfast of the hotel and it includes every thing.
We also use the hotel service to keep our extra luggage for a week (when we went to south of Japan).

This hotel is in a central location near Ginza, with easy access to the JR Yamanote, Ginza, and Hibiya lines, and right next to Hibiya Park. I was pleasantly surprised by how spacious the room was, especially for Tokyo, and loved that it had a separate wet and dry area with a bathtub – that really exceeded my expectations! The hotel lobby is also very open with great views, and the breakfast was delicious. I'd definitely want to stay here again on my next trip to Tokyo.

We were traveling with a child, and the hotels in Yomitan and American Village allowed us to check in before 2 PM. The American Village hotel even let us have the room by 1 PM. However, this hotel required us to wait until 3 PM, although an early check-in was possible for an additional 2500 yen. There was some dust on the room floor that hadn't been cleaned. Compared to the other hotels we stayed at during this trip, the breakfast quality here was not as good, and the taste was mediocre. On the plus side, the hotel's location is excellent, right in the middle of Kokusai Street, making it convenient for shopping. The small library and terrace on the 13th floor are nice spots to sit, have some coffee, and enjoy the view. I'm including a few unrelated pictures because there wasn't anything about the hotel itself worth photographing.
