I really love this hotel! Stayed in Deluxe Twin Room, the hotel is gorgeous! The room I stayed was clean, new and big. If the bed could be more plushy, it would be even better! There are shuttle service provided, walk to shopping plaza was not too far and easy too. Enjoyed the hotspring facilities too.

Compared to Prince West, The Prince is much quieter and cozier. The room comes with a kitchen and the bathroom is spacious.
Our room was on the first floor which opens directly to the outside, so when it snowed my daughter ran happily outside to make a snowman.
There was a lounge serving drinks and wines, which all guests could enjoy, what I appreciated the most is the library setting with books to read.
Service was phenomenal, the reception and all staff members were helpful.

The hotel is next to the ski area.  I lived in the cottage of the hotel and it was clean and nice.  My cottage was not close to the main hotel lobby but there was shuttle van and it arrived very fast once we called.  The breakfast was very nice, particularly at the Karuizawa Grill.  I will definitely choose this hotel again.

The overall experience is very good. Although the interior looks a bit old, it is very clean, the scenery is beautiful and comfortable, the space is bright and spacious, taking the cable car to take a hot spring bath is a good experience, and the bathroom facilities and supplies are sufficient. In the morning, you can grind a cup of coffee by yourself, which is great. Although the location is relatively remote, there are scheduled shuttle buses with many flights, which is actually quite convenient. I recommend it and would like to stay there again and experience the catering services if I have the chance.

There are three rooms in the two-story villa, one of which has four beds and the other two beds. Each room has a bathtub. The open-air hot spring in the room is very small and can only accommodate one person, but the bathroom has a large jacuzzi and a TV. The vacation is really great. The ski resort is very close, and you can play at the age of three. Aolai has a few big names that are still expensive. The sukiyaki pot and teppanyaki in the hotel are great. If you bring children, it is more suitable than Hoshino, and Hoshino Hot Spring can not go. The hot spring in the hotel is already very good. There is a big supermarket, Delice, which is 15 minutes by taxi. You can buy things and cook in the room. The cooking in the room is very convenient. The waiter can wash the dishes. It is perfect.

Windows were extremely dirty (although the hotel announced that they are starting cleaning it, they never managed to clean the ones in my room during my stay). The bathroom door is poorly positioned, making it difficult to move or stand comfortably when it’s open. The location is good, Business Bay metro station is nearby, but Dubai Mall / Burj Khalifa are not really in a walkable distance.

Upon arrival, they couldn't provide us with a transfer to the hotel, but they offered us a return transfer, and even at a price lower than the market price.
They checked us in earlier than the allotted time, citing the fact that they wanted to make us feel welcome, because ”you've been on the road” - that's cool.
The staff at the hotel is welcoming and friendly.
The hotel looks new, everything is intact and working.
There was a buffet for breakfast, and either a la carte (from the menu) or a buffet (if there were a lot of guests) for lunch and dinner. There was no variety in fruit - mostly watermelons, melons, pineapple, and in the fruit salad, at most, an apple, strawberry, dragon fruit, and grapes.
A couple of times we found hair in the scrambled eggs/omelettes - of course, they apologized very much, and the food was remade without any problems.
The food is delicious, with the exception of sometimes tough chicken or beef. The portions are large.
The beach is 3 minutes away along the sand (or they can take you there upon request). The beach is equipped with sun loungers, umbrellas, towels are provided; the beach is clean, the entry into the water is gentle, at some point seaweed begins on the bottom. In the distance, near the boundary buoys, there are sea urchins, other animals: cuttlefish, fish, crustaceans, crabs, turtles; you can also observe the symbiosis of gobies and shrimp. Special thanks to Rakim, Rol, Priyanka, Ludis, the lifeguard on the beach in a Captain America T-shirt.

The hotel is very old, mainly for the hot springs and ski resorts, so the old hotel facilities can be tolerated.
If you imagine a luxurious trip with comfortable facilities and beautiful hot springs, then don't choose this hotel.
The ski resort can be skied in and out from the hotel, which is absolutely great for skiers.
The restaurant is good. There are buffets and à la carte kaiseki cuisine.
This hotel has many ********* friends, and there is also a ski training team on the first floor of the hotel. Speak Chinese, only cash is accepted.
I didn't see the stars at night.
The hotel is almost full, so the service staff are very busy. The phone in the room is basically unreachable.
The hotel is high in the mountains, there is no pharmacy nearby, and it is not convenient to travel. So families with children need to carry daily backup medicines.
Skiing is good, hot springs are good!

We have been travelling through asia for two months, and this might have been the best hotel of the entire holiday. The location is spectecular, nezt to a river and between all the volcano plumes, the staff is friendly and are very detailed about how everything works. But the onsens are the best. First of all, they are open 24/7, so you can go there whenever you want. But there are a lot of them, with different temperstures, and its directly next to the river, so the background sound of the flowing river makes it even more relaxing. There is also a seperated onsen in another part of the hotel, which has an inside and outside part. This hotel is a truly amazing hotel.
