The hotel is in a great location, very close to the subway station. There are Xidi Port and Darongcheng business district around. It is very convenient for everything. The hotel service is also very good, I will stay here next time 😉

The hotel room is very good, the facilities and equipment in the newly renovated are particularly complete, the cleaning aunt is also very careful to clean the room, and it is very polite, the front desk ladies are very cost-effective, it is worth everyone to come out to play, you can come to this hotel on business trips, Recommended

Hotel environment is good, the lobby is spacious and bright, the front desk service is very good, the location is convenient, just at the subway entrance, the facilities are complete, there is a small smart bathroom, the wet and dry separation is very convenient

I stayed here previously and had a good experience, which is why I chose to return for a few more nights.

The night-shift receptionist was quite good—professional and attentive. However, the tall lady on the morning shift had a poor service attitude. She was watching videos loudly and laughing, which felt unprofessional. The information provided was also inaccurate, so I had to figure things out on my own.

Unfortunately, I also found a cockroach near the bedside, which was very unpleasant and disappointing.

Xiao Liu's service was excellent; I was very happy with the room she arranged for me. The hotel offers a self-service laundry room with dryers, and there's even an hour of free billiards. Plus, the front desk gives out free ice cream! There are so many great amenities. The hotel is located inside a mall, which makes dining and getting around super convenient. All the front desk staff are very polite. I'll definitely be back!
