I stayed at the Wyndham hotel from March 19-21, and this experience truly exceeded my expectations; it was incredibly heartwarming. The front desk staff were exceptionally kind, gentle, and patient throughout the check-in process, which was very efficient. They answered all my questions meticulously, making me feel at ease as soon as I arrived. The hotel's overall ambiance is elegant and clean, and the rooms are spacious and quiet with soft, comfortable bedding. The soundproofing is also quite good, making for a very relaxing stay. The location is also very convenient, close to Joy City, which makes dining and shopping effortless. What surprised me most was the hotel's thoughtful arrangement of a free shuttle service to and from the concert venue, ensuring a safe and hassle-free trip. After the show, I didn't have to worry about the struggle of getting a taxi, which was incredibly considerate for us concert-goers. Overall, the value for money is excellent, and I'm very satisfied with both the service and the environment. I will definitely choose this hotel again next time I visit Wuhan. Highly recommended!

The Wyndham Garden Wuhan is an excellent choice for business travelers and short getaways in Hankou. The lobby's pink decor and cherry blossom arrangements create a wonderfully atmospheric and photo-worthy setting. Guest rooms feature a chic and simple houndstooth design, with comfortable bedding, ample natural light, and clean, well-appointed bathrooms with thoughtful touches. The service is attentive, with convenient robot deliveries, and the complimentary water and snacks show a real attention to detail. With top-notch facilities and impeccable hygiene, this hotel offers outstanding value for money, making it a high-quality accommodation option that truly delivers on both style and warmth.

I have to give this hotel a perfect five-star rating! The lobby design is absolutely stunning, very chic and grand, and the lounge area is so comfortable. It made an amazing first impression.

I especially want to highlight the laundry room – it's fully equipped with washers and dryers, and there's even an ironing area. No matter how many clothes I bring for a business trip, I can always keep them neat and tidy. It's incredibly thoughtful!

The rooms are clean, the service is warm and friendly, and the location is super convenient. It's my top choice for business travel, and I'll definitely stay here again next time!

Very close to the stadium, the hotel is the first choice for concerts. The service is very considerate, but the breakfast variety is not very large! 
A small suggestion: because my coat was soaked by the rain, I wanted to dry it, but the hotel did not have a dryer. I feel that a dryer is a necessary facility!

A very satisfying stay! The room was well-equipped, the bed was comfortable, and the space was large and bright with plenty of natural light. The breakfast was also fantastic. They even have a delivery robot that brings food directly to your room.

The front desk service was incredibly warm and attentive to detail. They proactively upgraded my room, and the day before, they even called to ask about my preferences and my expected check-in time. When I left, they also asked if I had driven.

Plus, the hotel's location is excellent. It's super convenient, which is a big bonus. The hotel is only a two-minute walk from the subway station, making it easy to get to Wuyi Square or Orange Isle. It's perfect for anyone visiting Changsha or attending a concert.

This was my first stay at Wyndham Garden, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The latex pillows provided made for a great night's sleep.

**Amenities**: The room was equipped with smart home appliances. A single 'XiaoDu' (smart assistant) controlled the electronics, alarm clock, and sound system, which was incredibly convenient. The toilet was also a smart toilet.

**Cleanliness**: The room was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find bath balls and bath salts provided for the bathtub.

**Environment**: There's some construction nearby, so earplugs were thoughtfully provided. However, perhaps because it was the weekend, I didn't experience any noise. The room's soundproofing was excellent.

**Service**: I want to give special thanks to the front desk lady. I left in such a hurry that I didn't get her name, but she was incredibly polite during both check-in and check-out and went out of her way to meet my needs. The cleaning lady on the 19th floor was also very polite and always greeted me.

My trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to try the afternoon tea, but the mini-bar had a great selection. I'll definitely come back to stay again if I get the chance!

The hotel is very close to Yuelu Mountain, which made getting around super convenient. Shirley at the front desk was incredibly quick with the check-in process. The room layout was great, and I loved that the bathroom had a separate shower and toilet, plus the water pressure was excellent. The bedding was clean and hygienic, and there's a lovely lake nearby called Houhu, which really adds to the nice environment!

The floor is very high and the view is great. After making the reservation, a waiter called us to ask about check-in requirements in advance. He also asked us if we needed a late check-out. During the check-in meeting, we asked if breakfast needed to be delivered to the room. The free parking coupons were also sent directly to our WeChat account. The service was very considerate and we thought of everything before the guests. It’s a very nice hotel.

Facilities: Quite complete, with complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. Hygiene: Very clean, comfortable, and no strange odors. Environment: Construction work outside the entrance, but it didn't significantly affect getting around. Underground parking is on B3, a bit convoluted to navigate. The surrounding area offers convenient dining and exercise options. Service: Check-in was quick, and the service was delivered with a smile.

Happy with the stay and services offered by the hotel, breakfast choices fair enough, the thing that I liked the most is their front desk services, their kind attitude and heartfelt hospitality. This is extra proven when I requested to change the room to a non-smoking room, they never hesitate to help and offer the solution. The room was spacious enough, only item to improve is the pillow quality, not fluffy and comfy enough, I need to replace the pillow with sofa pillow instead. One more item that attracted me to consider for future visit is the merchandise they prepared for concert fans, what a bonus!
