I went to Optics Valley for a concert, and this hotel offers round-trip shuttle service, which was super convenient. The room itself was large, clean, and spacious, and the smart toilet was a nice bonus! 

They have a gym and a laundry room, which is great. It's also close to Optics Valley Joy City, so there are tons of food delivery options. Plus, it's near the Optics Valley elevated rail and there are shared bikes everywhere – I could get to Joy City in about 5 minutes on a bike. 

The service was very friendly and good. It’s perfect for a quick trip, and I even managed to see some cherry blossoms while I was there!

Excellent location, and the soft bedding made for a comfortable night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was very quick. The location is convenient for getting around, with plenty of food and drink options nearby. The bathroom had ample hot water, and it's great value for money. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next stay.

The overall environment is simple and warm, and it feels particularly relaxed as soon as you enter the room. The sanitary corners are very clean, there is no smell, and the bedding is very comfortable to sleep. The sound insulation effect is good and the night is very quiet. The boss service is warm and thoughtful, and all questions are answered patiently, and the details are particularly well done. The location is easy to find, the travel is convenient, the price is very close to the people, the feeling of staying is full, it has been collected, and I will choose this one next time! The room was large and clean, and the service was very friendly. The weather was cold, and the staff moved the takeaway table indoors, which was very considerate. The hotel is very close to the stadium and very convenient. There is also a self-service laundry room, which is very convenient for washing and drying clothes.

I absolutely loved the location of this hotel! It's less than 100 meters from Metro Line 2, making transportation super convenient whether you're heading to the South Railway Station or Huanghua Airport. It's also really close to popular attractions like Yuelu Mountain, Orange Isle, and Wuyi Square, so getting back after sightseeing is a breeze. The surrounding area has bustling commercial districts and a Fisherman's Wharf, yet it manages to be peaceful despite being in a busy spot. It's a great choice whether you're visiting Changsha for tourism or a business trip, highly recommend! 👍

This was my first stay at Wyndham Garden, and the room was very spacious and comfortable. The latex pillows provided made for a great night's sleep.

**Amenities**: The room was equipped with smart home appliances. A single 'XiaoDu' (smart assistant) controlled the electronics, alarm clock, and sound system, which was incredibly convenient. The toilet was also a smart toilet.

**Cleanliness**: The room was very clean, and I was pleasantly surprised to find bath balls and bath salts provided for the bathtub.

**Environment**: There's some construction nearby, so earplugs were thoughtfully provided. However, perhaps because it was the weekend, I didn't experience any noise. The room's soundproofing was excellent.

**Service**: I want to give special thanks to the front desk lady. I left in such a hurry that I didn't get her name, but she was incredibly polite during both check-in and check-out and went out of her way to meet my needs. The cleaning lady on the 19th floor was also very polite and always greeted me.

My trip was a bit rushed this time, so I didn't get to try the afternoon tea, but the mini-bar had a great selection. I'll definitely come back to stay again if I get the chance!

The room in this hotel was quite spacious, and Coco upgraded it for me. The bedding was clean and wrinkle-free. There's also a free washing machine and dryer on the B1 level, which is super convenient for business travelers. Plus, there's a snack street just a few minutes' walk away, so you can even grab some late-night food. It's really, really great!

The floor is very high and the view is great. After making the reservation, a waiter called us to ask about check-in requirements in advance. He also asked us if we needed a late check-out. During the check-in meeting, we asked if breakfast needed to be delivered to the room. The free parking coupons were also sent directly to our WeChat account. The service was very considerate and we thought of everything before the guests. It’s a very nice hotel.

Facilities: Quite complete, with complimentary drinks in the mini-fridge. Hygiene: Very clean, comfortable, and no strange odors. Environment: Construction work outside the entrance, but it didn't significantly affect getting around. Underground parking is on B3, a bit convoluted to navigate. The surrounding area offers convenient dining and exercise options. Service: Check-in was quick, and the service was delivered with a smile.

From booking to check-in to check-out, the entire experience was very satisfying. The lobby is grand and stylish, with beautiful floral arrangements, a tea area, and a selection of Foshan cultural and creative products for sale. Before checking in, I requested a non-smoking floor, and they accommodated my request. The room cleanliness and service were both excellent, making for a great overall experience. The only minor point is that the location isn't right in the city center, but if you're here for business nearby, or don't mind taking a taxi or driving for sightseeing, then this place offers fantastic value for money!
