I went to Optics Valley for a concert, and this hotel offers round-trip shuttle service, which was super convenient. The room itself was large, clean, and spacious, and the smart toilet was a nice bonus!

They have a gym and a laundry room, which is great. It's also close to Optics Valley Joy City, so there are tons of food delivery options. Plus, it's near the Optics Valley elevated rail and there are shared bikes everywhere – I could get to Joy City in about 5 minutes on a bike.

The service was very friendly and good. It’s perfect for a quick trip, and I even managed to see some cherry blossoms while I was there!

The front desk staff were friendly and patient, proactively offering a room upgrade. The room itself was meticulously cleaned, with excellent hygiene and well-maintained facilities. The hotel's location is superb, with convenient transport links, making it hassle-free for both commuting and sightseeing. Overall, the service experience was excellent and highly recommended.

This hotel deserves a perfect five-star rating! The room view was absolutely stunning, with huge floor-to-ceiling windows overlooking the city, and fantastic natural light. The bedding was incredibly soft and skin-friendly, and the mattress offered just the right amount of support – after a long day, lying down felt instantly relaxing, and I slept soundly until morning. The room decor was minimalist yet luxurious, with new and clean facilities and thoughtful touches everywhere, making for a truly comfortable stay.

I especially have to commend the gym! It's fully equipped with treadmills, multi-functional trainers, and more. The environment is clean and bright. Being able to fit in a run or a workout between business meetings instantly relieved my travel fatigue – it's incredibly convenient for business travelers.

The service was warm and attentive, and the location is super convenient for transportation. Whether for a business trip or a vacation, this hotel is absolutely perfect. I'll definitely stay here again on my next visit. Highly, highly recommend!

The 21st floor of the stay, the room is very new and very good, welcome fruit is delivered
Due to the flight delay, I applied for a late check-out with the front desk and arranged it smoothly. Thank you very much!
Look at the room set for the concert. There is also a welcome sign in the lobby. It is so hearty.
The overall stay experience is very good

This hotel deserves a full five stars! A special shout-out to the front desk staff – they were incredibly kind and patient, making check-in quick and efficient. They also proactively offered helpful travel tips, which was a lovely touch. The room itself was spotless and spacious, with excellent attention to hygiene details. The mattress was comfortable and the soundproofing was great. The breakfast selection was also rich and varied. Every staff member we encountered was polite and professional, making us feel completely at ease and comfortable throughout our stay. It was an absolutely fantastic experience, and I highly recommend this place. I'll definitely be returning here for my next stay!

I've stayed at this hotel multiple times, and each experience continues to be excellent. They arranged my preferred room in advance after I communicated my request, making check-in very smooth. The room offers a 270-degree view, providing an expansive and fantastic sightseeing experience. Linda's service was meticulous and attentive, and the room was clean and tidy. It's perfect for both relaxation and short trips, offering a fully satisfying experience. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit.

Overall, a perfect stay. Vivian at the front desk was incredibly professional, actively helping to resolve issues, and was very friendly and polite. The biggest surprise was the hotel's online reservation system for the laundry facilities; you can book a slot online without having to go there and wait in line. The room was clean and tidy, well-equipped, and the soundproofing was also good.

The old five-star standard, the service is very good, that is, from the entrance to the hotel door to the room, there is always a musty smell, the pillow also has a sweat smell, but the parking is convenient, the travel is also very convenient, next to the pedestrian street. The room is relatively large, and the marble on the bathroom wall is a small surprise.

The room was spacious and comfortably laid out, with great natural light. The view outside the window was refreshing, with lush green trees. The balcony offered a lovely view of the lake, and the room itself was quiet, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. There are also many great food options nearby! The ladies at the front desk were incredibly friendly and accommodating, offering breakfast for my child and even a gift upon checkout, which made my child very happy!

The hotel is quite new, having opened less than a year ago, and all the facilities are very well-maintained. You can tell the owners put a lot of thought into the details and the decor. The front desk service was excellent; Chris and Mandy specifically arranged our two rooms on the same floor, which was great for our family. The rooms were spacious with expansive views. At checkout, they even asked about our stay experience, which was a nice touch. These are all big pluses. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next trip!
