I recently stayed at the Yuantuo Hotel in Beijing's Lize Financial Business District, and the experience was absolutely perfect. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I could feel the strong sense of luxury. The decor is simple and elegant yet warm, with quality evident in every detail. The hotel's location is superb, right in the heart of the Lize Financial Business District, making transportation incredibly convenient. Facilities like the gym and restaurant are also well-equipped. The breakfast spread is rich, offering both Western and Chinese options, and tastes fantastic. The front desk attendant provided excellent service and was also very pretty.

This hotel left a deep impression on me. First of all, the room is very spacious, simple and elegant, which makes people feel comfortable. The sanitary conditions are impeccable, both the room and the public area are kept very clean and tidy. The breakfast is rich in variety, combining Chinese and Western styles, with fresh ingredients and good taste. You can eat well. Most importantly, the price is very reasonable for such quality and experience, and the cost performance is very high. Whether it is a business trip or a tourist vacation, this is a very good choice. In addition, it is very safe to live here, the parking lot is large, and many police cars of various types surround the hotel. The security level is very high. Highly recommended!

I changed my plan to stay in Beijing and checked into the hotel in the early morning. The girl at the front desk was very considerate and answered all my questions. She also lent me a power bank plug so that I didn't have to go to the convenience store to buy one. So far, everything has been very good. The reason why I didn't rate the service zero points is because of this girl.
Until I found out in the morning that the hair dryer didn't work, I called the front desk to change it. You can't let me go out with wet hair. The girl on the phone said, ”Okay, okay, I'll send it right away.” This sentence of ”I'll send it right away” made me wait for a full half an hour. I was very frustrated! ! If you can't send it, just tell me directly. I'll find a way to solve it myself and use the air conditioner to dry it! I urged three times in a row but the hair dryer still didn't come. Are you playing tricks on me? Is this how the hotel trains its staff? When I called, the hotel was not the busiest when it was welcoming and sending off guests. Do you treat the needs of guests as a joke? !

Facilities: The facilities are excellent and fully smart. The electric kettle is simple and clean. The voice assistant is Xiao Tuo, which is very user-friendly and deserves praise.
Hygiene: Spotlessly clean, not a speck of dust. They check very thoroughly; I learned that after cleaning, rooms are inspected again before guests can check in. Thumbs up!
Environment: It's not far from the subway station and various attractions. Both taxis and the subway are very convenient.
Service: The front desk lady provided excellent service and even upgraded our room. The room was very spacious, completely exceeding expectations. Getting such a good hotel for a low price is really great. Even more surprising was that the front desk lady saw us returning and offered a late check-out. Thumbs up!

Traveling with my sister and two kids, the hotel's underground parking was incredibly convenient since we drove ourselves. We had a lot of luggage, and the security guard was a huge help, carrying it to the front desk. Later that night, when the robot delivery service was overwhelmed, he even brought our food to the room – truly grateful for his help! We were exhausted after driving in from Binhai New Area, and the spacious bathtub, hidden behind the curtain with a view of the night cityscape, was perfect for a relaxing soak. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the Italian Style Street, making it easy to find a unique restaurant, enjoy the evening breeze along the Hai River on the way back, and even take the kids to the nearby Ferris wheel. The breakfast selection was extensive. We'll definitely stay here again next time we're in Tianjin.

The room exceeded my expectations! The price was great, and the location was fantastic, right at Exit D of Zhonglou Station on Metro Line 2, with Line 6 also nearby. Having two subway lines made getting to various attractions super convenient. The service was thoughtful; they even gave us a free kids' meal and a small welcome gift. The room we booked was very spacious, and the bathroom layout was especially well-designed – I really appreciated the double sinks. There was also a rapid-boil kettle, which I found quite novel. The next day, there was a sudden heavy snowfall, so we ended up spending most of the day at the hotel. Luckily, the room was so big that we didn't feel like going out at all. Overall, it was a very satisfying stay.
