A very satisfying stay! The hotel's location is easy to find and very convenient for transport. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in/check-out was very efficient. The room was spacious and bright, the bedding was comfortable, and the cleanliness was excellent, making for a truly peaceful stay. The soundproofing was good too, so I slept really well at night. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I'm in the area and will recommend it to friends!

The location is excellent, just a few hundred meters' walk to a delicious hotpot restaurant. The area is also quite peaceful, situated within a residential neighborhood, making it very convenient. The suite is comfortable, cost-effective, and ideal for family trips. Booking through Trip was more affordable compared to other platforms, which added to the satisfaction. 
The breakfast and self-service laundry made this trip particularly enjoyable.

Let's start with the positives. The hotel is conveniently located – close to both the city center (the metro station is right next to the hotel) and Daxing Airport (about 35-40 minutes by taxi). The hotel has a modern design, and the rooms are spacious. A delivery robot delivers food orders directly to your room.
Now for the negatives. The staff doesn't speak English, and check-in took about 30 minutes, despite us presenting our trip.com reservation in Chinese! There's smoking in the hotel, and the smell is everywhere. The rooms have ventilation issues; even with the window open, it was hot, and the air conditioning didn't work. Cockroaches were also spotted! The breakfasts are geared toward Chinese, and there aren't enough European dishes.

My stay at the Onetop Hotel in Beijing's Lize Business District was absolutely fantastic! I have to specially commend the front desk service – it was truly exceptional. The moment I walked into the lobby, a lovely lady at the front desk greeted me with a warm smile. She was incredibly welcoming and friendly, instantly melting away my travel fatigue. Check-in was super fast; I didn't have to stand around waiting at all. She swiftly completed everything and proactively shared the room's WiFi password, breakfast times, and hotel facilities, showing great attention to detail. When I checked out, I was in a hurry, and the front desk staff quickly processed everything. She also thoughtfully reminded me to take all my belongings and wished me a safe journey with a smile, making me feel like I was talking to a friend. Besides the excellent front desk, the hotel itself is also great. The room was spacious and clean with good natural light, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. It's also close to the subway station, making getting around super convenient. The buffet breakfast had a good variety, and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

Just a ten-minute walk from the Italian Style Street and easily accessible by subway from the train station.

Hygiene: The room layout is well-designed with a separate wet and dry area. Although the room isn't huge, it doesn't feel cramped.

Service: The young women working here are all incredibly enthusiastic and proactive in helping with any issues. They even called to remind me that I'd left a bottle of facial cleanser and put it in my stored luggage.

Facilities: There's a laundry room, a gym, a creative corner, and lots of free stamps to collect.

I traveled with my parents and drove ourselves, and this location was quite good. There's parking available, although spaces can be a bit tight. The decor has a trendy 'Guochao' (national tide) style.

**Facilities:** There are two sets of washers and dryers in the laundry room, with a lounge area and a small meeting space next to it. The front desk has a Haihe popsicle station, and you can grab one every time you pass by – the two-tone and coffee flavors are delicious! 😋

**Cleanliness:** The room was cleaned daily and was very tidy. There's a mini-fridge in the room and a semi-open bathtub. The shower water pressure was stable, with both a rainfall showerhead and a handheld option. The bedding was very comfortable, and the duvet was warm. The air conditioning was powerful.

**Environment:** Facing the street, the soundproofing was pretty good when the windows were closed. It wasn't noisy around the hotel either. The location is excellent, within walking distance to Xikai Church and the Wudadao area. It's a half-hour drive to Nankai District and less than 20 minutes to Jinwan Plaza (where you can take a boat tour).

**Service:** The staff were very enthusiastic and attentive. They tried their best to fulfill any requests. However, the breakfast service was relatively less refined compared to other services, perhaps because we woke up too early.

Breakfast options and taste were basic; you might prefer to find food outside.

**Recommendation:** There's an amazing shaved ice place nearby called Tie Zhen Paobing; both the shaved ice and sour plum soup are delicious.

After comparing several hotels around the Bell Tower, YuanTuo Hotel's hardware stands out with exceptional value for money. Even the basic room type comes fully equipped with smart voice control systems, Dyson hairdryers, and rapid-heating water dispensers, among other high-standard amenities. The bathroom fixtures are of excellent quality, with smooth and consistent water flow. The elevator operates smoothly, with almost no vibration during stops and efficient waiting times. Public areas like the lobby and corridors have well-maintained lighting and recreational facilities, and the entire hotel's hardware looks very new.
