Coming to Disneyland for the weekend, and not wanting to rush with the kids early in the morning, I booked the Cloud & Night Hotel Pudong Airport store after seeing recommendations on Xiaohongshu. The overall experience was excellent!

📍The hotel's transportation is very convenient, with shuttle buses to many places. If you're going to Disneyland, there are three morning shuttles, and evening shuttles are arranged according to the fireworks schedule. You can book your time according to your itinerary, and after watching the fireworks, you don't have to worry about not getting a taxi; you can just take the shuttle back! On the way back in the evening, they even prepared drinks, brown sugar ginger tea, and snacks for everyone, which was very thoughtful.

📍On the day of check-in, seeing our child asleep, the staff kindly helped carry them to the room, which was incredibly thoughtful. They also deliver foot-soaking tubs to the room every day – the service experience is 100%! The lobby on the first floor offers free sour plum juice and iced water. They also sell ice cream and alcoholic beverages. All the staff at this hotel are exceptionally kind; they help with luggage, and even deliver takeout to your room. Laundry washed in the laundry room is also delivered upstairs. When I first arrived in Shanghai and asked the front desk about good places to eat nearby, the front desk小姐姐 (young lady) was very enthusiastic in her reply.

📍The hotel rooms are well-equipped and spacious, also providing children's toiletries, slippers, including footstools and bed rails, making it very suitable for stays with children.

Overall, highly recommended!!

We were amazed with this hotel for its amazing service cleanliness and it's variety of breakfast foods. They also provide a free midnight snack for guests between 8:30 and 10 pm which was a surprise! There's a chef that cooks noodles and wonton soup for you on the spot. We didn't realise it was included in the price and it was delightful! There was one problem with tobacco smoke coming up through one of the vents and they arranged an engineer to sort that out for us immediately. We really enjoyed the experience here and look forward to staying when we're transiting through Shanghai next time.

Booked this hotel for an early morning flight, and it was super convenient. The staff were really welcoming. After check-in, they personally escorted us to our room, helped us turn on the AC, connected the WiFi, and made sure everything was set up before leaving. They also thoughtfully provided us with the airport shuttle times.

This hotel is truly excellent in every way. The service is outstanding, with every staff member providing top-notch assistance. The facilities are also very comprehensive. There's a coffee shop downstairs and a shuttle bus service to Disneyland. The shuttle even provides water and snacks, which is a thoughtful touch. The hotel's proximity to Disneyland is also a big plus, with a travel time of just 20 minutes. The staff thoughtfully book the shuttle times during check-in, which is super convenient. Both breakfast and the late-night snacks are great. I highly recommend staying here.

I was very satisfied with my stay this time. As soon as I got out of the car, a hotel employee helped me with my luggage. The hotel was clean and tidy, the room was spotless, the facilities were in good condition, and the hot water was consistent. The breakfast had a rich variety and tasted good. There's a shuttle service to Pudong Airport and Disneyland, and you can even order late-night snacks when you return in the evening. Food deliveries are brought to your room door by a robot or hotel staff. The overall environment is cozy, and the price is reasonable. Highly recommended!

As a family of three visiting Disneyland, we compared many hotels before settling on the Yunhe Yepo Wildlife Park branch. Overall, our stay was excellent and perfect for families with children.

The hotel's shuttle service is very comprehensive, offering pick-up and drop-off at the airport, Disneyland, the zoo, and the subway station. The drivers and staff were incredibly helpful with luggage and provided thoughtful guidance on all services, making our travels stress-free and convenient.

The family-friendly details were abundant: children's toiletries and tableware were provided, the air conditioning was turned on before our arrival, and we even received a small gift upon check-out.

On the return shuttle from Disneyland, water and snacks were provided. Back at the hotel, there were late-night noodles and wontons, which were incredibly comforting and heartwarming after a tiring day.

The room hygiene was excellent, and daily housekeeping kept everything well-stocked, making our stay very reassuring. The only drawback is its distance from the city center, but the shuttle service perfectly compensated for this.

I have booked three times to accompany my child to take the exam. I booked a suite. It is worth recommending. The service is super good. It is a good hotel within three kilometers. Free parking and very quiet! I need to book again in the future

Yunhe Yebo Hotel is truly excellent, 100% recommendable to friends and family.

From the moment I arrived, almost all staff members I encountered greeted me proactively and offered assistance. When small issues arose, senior staff members reacted quickly and provided excellent solutions.

The room was clean, with wooden floors that were mopped during cleaning, which felt much cleaner than carpet! The behavior of some tourists visiting Xi'an needs improvement; despite the hotel's clear no-smoking policy, there were still rooms where people smoked, and the smell drifted over. After reporting it, the hotel quickly provided an air purifier.

Laundry service was provided, with clothes washed and disinfected separately, then neatly folded and returned to the room. The absolute best part was the policy of 'no washing of intimate wear and socks.' This was incredibly reassuring! Even if disinfected, I wouldn't want to use a machine that has washed other people's intimate wear/socks! This move by the hotel is simply brilliant!

They offer free airport shuttle service and a bus shuttle to the Terracotta Warriors Museum, which is very convenient.

It's important to emphasize that the hotel isn't just relying on the services mentioned above. The hotel itself is actually very beautiful, with grand yet comfortable decor. The furnishings in the room are very tastefully designed, with electric curtains and TV screen mirroring, among other features. Although it opened in 2021, it's very well-maintained; both the public areas and rooms feel new and are very attractive. If you're worried that the hotel's public photos might be enhanced, rest assured, it is genuinely that beautiful in reality.

For around 200 yuan a night, the overall value for money is truly excellent. Objectively, the room is a bit small, but the cleanliness is top-notch, and it doesn't affect the stay experience at all. The most pleasant surprise was the hotel's service; the staff were incredibly warm, attentive, and paid great attention to detail.

Upon check-in, we received complimentary fresh fruit and dessert soup, and the room was well-stocked with drinking water. The stay included two buffet breakfasts, which offered a rich variety of delicious food, perfect for satisfying a family's dining needs. The laundry and drying service was a huge bonus; after washing and drying our clothes, the staff even folded them neatly and delivered them right to our room door. This was a lifesaver when traveling with kids, making things so much easier.

When checking out, we were thoughtfully given two complimentary drinks, a small gesture that was very heartwarming. While the overall facilities aren't luxurious, the meticulous and thoughtful service truly stands out, showing sincerity in every aspect. To get such amenities for a price of just over 200 yuan really exceeded our expectations. It's suitable for both short trips and family travel, and we'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we're in Zhuhai. Highly recommended!
