This is the most satisfying hotel I've ever stayed in. I highly recommend it for anyone visiting Disneyland. It's just a 20-minute drive from Disneyland, and the hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service. The breakfast is incredibly diverse, catering to everyone's tastes. What's more, they provide not only breakfast and dinner but also a late-night snack, all of which were excellent. They also have a shuttle service to the airport and subway station, always on time. When checking in, the staff proactively helped with our luggage, and every little detail made us feel so welcome. The room was very clean, the bedding soft and comfortable, and housekeeping was top-notch. Breakfast offered a wide variety of choices, and the fruit was fresh. You can also store your luggage at the hotel after checking out and still enjoy the dining, transportation, and luggage storage services. On the first floor, you can even make handmade fans for free. I'm extremely satisfied with the hotel's fantastic butler-style service. Although visiting Disneyland was quite tiring, staying at this hotel made me feel so warm and right at home.

Facilities: The facilities are very complete, and you can even ask the front desk for a foot bath tub. There's also an airport shuttle service.
Cleanliness: Very clean.
Environment: The room is spacious with a floor-to-ceiling window.
Service: The service attitude is excellent; you can contact them anytime.
Late-night snack: The food tasted great, definitely worth trying.
Breakfast offers a wide variety of options.

Facilities: Well-equipped and very clean.
Hygiene: Spotless, perfect for someone like me who's a bit of a clean freak.
Environment: Very comfortable and cozy, excellent value for money.
Service: The front desk service was excellent. I forgot my room card, and the staff personally took me to unlock my room. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I think this hotel offers the best value for money in Shanghai. It's also very close to the airport and provides a free shuttle service.

I chose this hotel after days of searching for a family-friendly option for our Disney trip, and it exceeded my expectations! On arrival, I was parched, and the staff immediately brought me a refreshing plum juice – it was a lifesaver. After check-in, they helped us with our luggage to the room, explaining all the services along the way. The free shuttle bus to both Disney and the airport is a huge plus. We came back late from Disney both nights, and instead of trying to find a taxi, we just took the last shuttle back. The drop-off point is super close to the exit, and they even offered biscuits and cold drinks before boarding – so thoughtful! Breakfast was fantastic too! Plus, the room I booked was clean, spacious, and themed with cartoons, which my child absolutely adored. They said choosing this hotel was a great value! I'll definitely recommend Yunhe Yepo to my friends next time they visit!

Choosing to stay at the Yunhe Yepo Hotel International Tourism Resort branch was the best decision for my Shanghai trip. The hotel environment is clean and elegant, and the service is warm and attentive, anticipating every guest's needs. There's a shuttle service to and from the metro station every hour starting from 8:00 AM – no reservations needed, just show up in the lobby a few minutes early. They also offer a shuttle to Disney with three morning departures at 6:15 AM, 7:20 AM, and 9:00 AM, and a unified pick-up at 10:20 PM. There's even a shuttle WeChat group where they post the pick-up location in the evening. A dedicated concierge will also add you on WeChat and thoughtfully prepare raincoats for guests going to Disney. Upon returning in the evening, a foot bath is ready in your room to ease the day's fatigue. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and if you order takeout, a robot delivers it right to your room, so you don't have to go down yourself, which is super convenient.

The service is excellent. On the first day of check-in, they offer refreshing plum juice and lemon black tea. Every evening, there's a generous complimentary supper with noodles and wontons, which taste pretty good. Since I was going to Disney the next day, the hotel even arranged special morning and evening shuttle times for guests. Overall, the service is very thoughtful, especially the front desk staff – they are enthusiastic and meticulous. Every detail really shows they care about the guests! When I visit Shanghai again, Yunhe Yepo Hotel will definitely be my top choice! I'll be back if I get the chance.

I have booked three times to accompany my child to take the exam. I booked a suite. It is worth recommending. The service is super good. It is a good hotel within three kilometers. Free parking and very quiet! I need to book again in the future

The room layout is well-designed, and the overall cleanliness is excellent. The staff are enthusiastic and the complimentary airport shuttle and free daily laundry service for up to 8 items are fantastic added-value services. The plum juice and lemonade in the lobby are delicious, and there's free dessert soup available in the evenings. The delivery robot can even bring food upstairs. The hotel breakfast deserves a special mention – it's truly superb. All in all, it offers great value for money.

The only minor issue was the replenishment of toiletries. The toothpaste in the toothbrush and toothpaste set is tiny. We didn't change toothbrushes and used them for a few days to be more environmentally friendly, but the toothpaste was too small and there was no separate toothpaste provided. We were told we could only use the toothpaste from a new set. On the first day, we didn't notice they hadn't replenished it after we used some, and on the second day, they only provided one new set. The toothpaste really isn't enough!🤣

This hotel offers great value for money, especially considering its proximity to Lanzhou West Railway Station. It's only a few hundred meters walk from the high-speed rail station and even provides a shuttle service. The area around the hotel is very convenient for dining and shopping. The rooms are spacious, bright, well-laid out, and fully equipped, not to mention clean and tidy. I choose this hotel every time I visit Lanzhou.
