My stay at the hotel was fantastic! They offer a free shuttle service, which is a huge plus and makes it great value for money. The shuttle runs on a fixed schedule, and you can book it a day in advance. They also provide complimentary breakfast and a late-night snack. The staff were all incredibly friendly and enthusiastic, always offering to help with luggage. The room was spotless and cleaned daily by the housekeeping team.

Came here based on the reviews, and the service was excellent! From the front desk to the staff, everyone was wonderful. The breakfast was plentiful, and the late-night snack was also a nice touch. Coming back from outside and having a bowl of wontons or noodle soup was so comforting. It was a family trip, and both the kids and the elders loved it. There were a lot of foreigners and young people. It's very close to the subway, making getting around super convenient. They even offer airport pick-up/drop-off service for Hongqiao Airport. Every staff member was very polite, and the front desk agents spoke so gently. They helped resolve any issues we had. We stayed for four consecutive nights and absolutely loved it!

Excellent! The service was top-notch, and having airport pick-up and drop-off was incredibly convenient, especially since the hotel is only about a 10-minute drive from the airport. The room was clean, comfortable, convenient, and well-equipped with all the necessary facilities. I loved it and will definitely stay here again. It's a fantastic choice for anyone flying into or out of Shanghai Pudong Airport.

I booked this hotel for a family trip to Disneyland, and overall, the environment and cleanliness were great. There's a 24-hour coffee machine in the lobby. The breakfast was rich with a Chinese and western buffet, and late-night snacks are provided as well. The staff were very welcoming, and the hotel offers a free shuttle service to and from Disneyland. It offers great value for money.

The service was excellent. The passion fruit juice at the hotel was delicious, and we even took some with us when we left. Since we didn't have time for breakfast, they even had it delivered to our room. We were also upgraded to a better room type in the evening. It's a wonderful hotel with very comfortable bedding, and I will definitely choose to stay here again next time.

I do have two small suggestions for improvement:
First, there are no amenities for babies, such as baby bathtubs, cribs, or bed guards, which is inconvenient for travelers with infants.
Second, breakfast ends a little too early at 9:30 AM. Since we got back from Disneyland quite late, it was hard to wake up early enough for breakfast the next day.
I hope these can be improved.

The great service really lives up to its reputation 😃 I stayed here for just one night after the National Day holiday to catch a flight. I arrived quite late, and they gave me a free room upgrade—so lucky ✌️

The hotel has a fantastic design aesthetic. The little courtyard out front features koi fish in the pond, and you can just sit back and enjoy the fragrance of sweet osmanthus.

Breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and all the staff members greeted us warmly and enthusiastically.

The room amenities are fully equipped with everything you might need, including children's toothbrushes and slippers.

Best of all, the hotel helped me receive and hold my courier packages—thank you so much!

There are shuttle buses available, making it very convenient whether you're heading to nearby attractions like Disneyland and the zoo, or transferring to the airport.

This is a very welcoming and friendly hotel for travelers of all kinds.

I forgot to take pictures of the room and restaurant, but the environment was excellent. Every staff member was enthusiastic and provided fantastic service. While waiting for my car downstairs, I personally saw a cleaning lady meticulously wiping the windows inside and out for a long time. The breakfast was delicious, and there was even a supper service. Truly excellent value for money! 👍 Highly recommended! 👍

I have booked three times to accompany my child to take the exam. I booked a suite. It is worth recommending. The service is super good. It is a good hotel within three kilometers. Free parking and very quiet! I need to book again in the future

The room was nice, very clean, and quiet. The large and small beds were perfect for a family trip. There were plenty of breakfast options, and I especially loved the 'Saozi' noodles. I chose the hotel's free Terracotta Warriors shuttle service, and to my surprise, the guided tour was also free. Our high-star guide was very dedicated throughout, earning a thumbs-up from me.

The hotel is located just outside Wenchang Gate, very close to the Stele Forest, about a five to six-minute walk. It's also only about a ten-minute walk to the South Gate of the city wall. The hotel service was excellent. I'd like to commend General, Watermelon, and Sago for their warm and attentive service. When we left, they even gave us a bag of souvenirs with various pastries and tissues, which was a very thoughtful gesture.

The service was excellent. They proactively asked for our arrival time and made sure to turn on the air conditioning and lights beforehand using a separate power card. The power card and the room key are two distinct cards that don't conflict with each other, so you don't have to worry about the power cutting out when you leave the room. At breakfast, there was always someone monitoring, and as soon as food was running low or napkins were scarce on the tables, they were promptly refilled.
