This hotel offers a very convenient shuttle service to and from Pudong Airport, Disney Metro Station, and the Zoo. If you're driving, there's free parking available. The breakfast spread is extensive, with a great variety of fresh fruits. After a day at Disneyland, they even provide foot bath buckets delivered to your room, and in the evenings, there are complimentary noodles and wontons. The staff are all incredibly friendly and responsive to any issues. They helped with luggage during check-in, escorted me to the room, and explained all the facilities. It was a fantastic experience, and I'll definitely recommend it to friends next time.

The hotel is great for anyone who loves planespotting and does not mind the noise as you can easily view the plane landing at runway 35L or takeoff via runway 17L. There are free bus services provided for anyone that needs to travel to the airport at anytime of the day. Do take note that ******* can only deliver to the front desk. The room is quite dark but reasonably bright enough.

This is definitely one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at in China, after visiting several cities and experiencing multiple hotels. The service is exceptional, and the hotel is clean, well-maintained, and professionally managed by a team of friendly staff who always make you feel warmly welcomed the moment you step into the hotel.

The breakfast offers a wide variety of choices, and even the auntie staff at the breakfast area are very warm and friendly. Overall, it provides an excellent experience whether you are travelling with family or on a solo trip.

We had a great stay at this cozy and friendly hotel. The staff were very warm and welcoming, and our room was nice and clean — they even left us some fruit as a welcome gesture. The breakfast was good, and there was also a coffee machine in the lobby, which was excellent. I highly recommend this hotel.

The service was excellent. The shuttle bus to Disneyland was a huge convenience. Check-in at the front desk was quick, and we even got a free room upgrade and complimentary breakfast, which was fantastic. The late-night snacks were also delicious. The drinks and coffee in the lobby were great too, and available for free anytime. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The hotel environment is great, the service is superb, and the staff are incredibly attentive. We booked the jungle animal themed room. My family, who traveled with me, kept telling me how wonderful the hotel was and that it offered excellent value for money.

Here are the specifics:
1. The hotel is very clean and hygienic.
2. We booked late and couldn't get the same room for all nights. Seeing that I was traveling with a child, the hotel upgraded our different rooms for several nights to a single room free of charge, saving us the hassle of switching rooms with a kid.
3. The hotel provides shuttle services to and from Disneyland, the wildlife park, and the airport. After a night at Disneyland, the hotel shuttle even had water and snacks ready, which was a huge relief and very thoughtful for traveling with a child.
4. The breakfast area has a great ambiance, and the variety of food is extensive. Both adults and children enjoyed it immensely.
5. My child absolutely loved the kids' ocean bubble ball pit. Every evening after dinner, my child would go there to play for a while.
6. From the front desk staff to the housekeeping team and drivers, everyone's service attitude was thoughtful and thorough. They would proactively greet us with a smile, offer to help with luggage, and were very enthusiastic with children.
7. Our animal-themed room was very playful and had a suitable amount of space. My child was thrilled upon entering, constantly playing with the small sofa and dolls, and loved the cute little kids' slippers.

I hope the hotel continues its excellent work. I'll definitely choose to stay here again next time I visit. Highly recommended! 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

I have to say, the service was incredibly thoughtful. As soon as my taxi pulled up, someone came out to help with my luggage. At least one person accompanied me throughout the check-in process, showed me to my room, explained everything, and detailed the hotel's services.

The hotel also offers a free shuttle to and from Disneyland, the Safari Park, the airport, and the nearest metro station. You just need to inform the front desk beforehand, and they'll even ask you at check-in if you need it. On the bus, they do promote a Disneyland concierge service, but there's no pressure to buy it – it's completely up to your personal needs.

My favorite parts were definitely the buffet breakfast and the free late-night snack. The breakfast had a great variety, and a few dishes changed daily. If you're short on time, you can even pack some to go!

The late-night snack offers small wontons or noodles – you can choose between dry or soup noodles, whatever you prefer. It's available until 11 PM, so even if you catch the last shuttle back after watching the Disneyland fireworks, you can still enjoy a hot, freshly cooked meal. It was truly a lifesaver after an exhausting day.

Oh, and there's free laundry service! My clothes came back sparkling clean! Every single staff member, from the housekeeping aunties to the shuttle drivers, provided exceptional service. They all deserve a bonus! 🍗

I have booked three times to accompany my child to take the exam. I booked a suite. It is worth recommending. The service is super good. It is a good hotel within three kilometers. Free parking and very quiet! I need to book again in the future

This was my first trip to Xi'an, and after looking at many hotels, I finally settled on Yunhe Yebo Hotel. Traveling with my mother, I was concerned about inconvenient airport transfers and a noisy hotel affecting our sleep. This hotel completely put those worries to rest. I called the front desk a day in advance to arrange an airport pick-up, informing them of our number and flight details. The driver sent a text beforehand with instructions on how to find the car upon arrival at the airport. (While we were waiting for our luggage, the driver even called again, concerned we might not find the car, and patiently guided us.)

When our car arrived at the hotel from the airport, the staff was already waiting at the entrance to help us out and carry our luggage. Check-in was very quick. We booked a family room that included two breakfasts, but the front desk saw there were three of us and kindly offered an extra breakfast free of charge (and the breakfast spread was fantastic!). One day, we had an early morning tour, and after asking the front desk, they were happy to pack breakfast for us to take away.

Our room was arranged near a residential building, which was very quiet, thanks to the front desk's help. We stayed for three nights, and the housekeeping auntie cleaned our room daily. Since there were several of us, asking the front desk for extra bottles of water was never a problem! During our stay, all the hotel staff greeted us proactively, and if we ordered takeout, a robot would deliver it right to our room door. For airport drop-off, we just needed to register at the front desk a day in advance, and the car departed exactly at the scheduled time – no delays whatsoever! They even gave us a fridge magnet when we checked out. I loved it!

Whether it was the transfer drivers, security, or front desk staff, everyone at the hotel had excellent service attitudes and warm smiles. If I ever visit Xi'an again or recommend a hotel to friends, this will be my top choice!!

This was our second stay at the hotel & the service and facilities are excellent! We visited to see the pandas and to celebrate our wedding anniversary. The rooms are incredibly comfortable and the staff are kind and attentive. 

The bathroom was great, lovely shower and bathtub, comfy beds and seating area. The air con is great during the day but I couldn't make it cold enough at night. 

My only let down is the smokers at breakfast, such a shame people still smoke in the eating area in such a nice hotel. 

I will stay again, and recommend it to anyone visiting Yueyang & the pandas!
