I've stayed here multiple times now, and the hotel service is consistently excellent. The rooms are well-equipped, and housekeeping does a thorough job. The staff are always proactive in helping with luggage and are very welcoming. It's really convenient that you can store your luggage at the hotel after checking out. The breakfast offers a wide variety of options, and there's even free late-night supper. You can also have packages delivered to the front desk. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and I highly recommend staying here if you're visiting the Wild Animal Park or Disneyland.

Facilities: Well-equipped and very clean.
Hygiene: Spotless, perfect for someone like me who's a bit of a clean freak.
Environment: Very comfortable and cozy, excellent value for money.
Service: The front desk service was excellent. I forgot my room card, and the staff personally took me to unlock my room. The cleaning staff were also very friendly and helpful. Overall, I think this hotel offers the best value for money in Shanghai. It's also very close to the airport and provides a free shuttle service.

The hotel offers one pick-up and one drop-off service each for Hongqiao Airport and Hongqiao Railway Station, which is very convenient. It takes about 40 minutes to get to the high-speed rail station from the hotel. Check-in was very efficient, and they even offered us tea and plum juice, which was delicious. The environment is also great, and it's super convenient to the subway station, about a 5-minute walk. We were traveling as a family and overall, we were very satisfied with our stay. Highly recommend!

Our stay was absolutely delightful. The facilities were excellent, and the cleanliness was top-notch. Its location is also super convenient. We stayed with family, and everyone loved the room; it was impeccably clean. The staff were all very polite and welcoming. They even offer a shuttle service for Line 18 and a Disney shuttle, which was incredibly helpful. They gave my child some cute nail stickers and my mother a sun-protective mask – such thoughtful touches!

The hotel's service and facilities are excellent. They offer Pudong Airport pick-up service, and the driver was very friendly. He waited for me for a while because of baggage claim and gave professional guidance. Upon arrival at the hotel, the doorman and front desk staff were very welcoming. A staff member even insisted on helping me with my luggage to the room and explained how to use the lights, air conditioning, and provided information for the next day's itinerary – truly wonderful. They also provide round-trip transfers to Disneyland, and what's particularly worth mentioning is that on a very hot day, after everyone came out of Disneyland, the driver and staff had prepared many snacks, drinks, and even sour plum juice – totally unexpected! You can really feel the enthusiasm of the hotel and its staff, and their dedication to service. Almost forgot, the hotel breakfast is also very rich, and because we were leaving for Disneyland early, the staff even proactively offered to pack us breakfast to go, which is quite rare! 🤙

The hotel staff were incredibly attentive and thoughtful. I was so touched by the foot bath service offered when we returned from Disney. After a long day of exploring, a foot soak with disposable liners and wormwood packets was incredibly relaxing – they've really thought of everything! The room change process was also very professional. I highly recommend this place. The Disney shuttle service is excellent, running both ways. Absolutely a five-star rating! There are plenty of dining options around the hotel, including a Hema (grocery store), supermarkets, convenience stores, stir-fry places, and hot pot restaurants. The hotel also provides free breakfast and free late-night snacks. While the late-night snacks aren't extensive, it's nice to have something simple to eat when you get back. The shuttle service is very convenient; they even offer transfers to and from Pudong Airport, which saves a lot of hassle. The hotel has a lovely new Chinese-style decor, but what truly stands out is their exceptional attention to detail and personalized service. I'll definitely be recommending this to my friends.

I have booked three times to accompany my child to take the exam. I booked a suite. It is worth recommending. The service is super good. It is a good hotel within three kilometers. Free parking and very quiet! I need to book again in the future

It was a wonderful trip! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, every staff member I met was incredibly warm and friendly. They proactively helped with my luggage, escorted me to the elevator and then to my room, and even introduced all the room amenities and the hotel's complimentary services. Ximi and Yezi at the front desk provided excellent service, and the gentleman there was also great, though I forgot to ask for his name. Bottled water in the room is unlimited, and you can ask housekeeping for more if needed. They even offer free laundry service until 8 PM. From 6:30 PM, complimentary hot and cold drinks are available in the lobby, with different selections daily, including hot milk, white fungus soup, sour plum soup, raspberry drinks, lemon cucumber water, and black tea. The room was clean and tidy, with daily housekeeping and replenishment of bottled water. The hotel's location is excellent, less than a ten-minute walk from Yongningmen Metro Station (Line 2). You can also cut through SKP, which is nice and cool, and it's not far from the South Gate city wall, making it very convenient for getting to many tourist attractions.

I was here for a business trip, and this highly-rated hotel lives up to its reputation. The location is decent, very close to the high-speed rail station, and there's a shopping mall right across the street, which was convenient for grabbing a Luckin Coffee.

Upon entering, I was offered hot tea, and they even brought my luggage to the room – the service was incredibly warm. The room itself was spacious and well-equipped, plus they offer complimentary laundry service. The breakfast noodle soup was delicious, and they had coffee, along with both Chinese and Western options. While the variety wasn't huge, it was certainly sufficient.

Overall, it's excellent value for money, and the service is outstanding. The high ratings are definitely well-deserved.
