The first room we stayed the air con was broken and blowing out hot air rather than cold air and the guy from the front desk was really helpful and was trying to fix it multiple times. Unfortunately the air con couldn’t be fixed and around 1am he has kindly changed our room and gave us complementary breakfast. Unfortunately the second room we stayed was next to the rail so we got waken up around 5/6am ish by the rail/ underground.

The hotel itself is stylish and nice, but it was really a shame that the fire alarm went off at 7 AM. Of course, these things happen, and I understand that false alarms are common in the UK due to strict fire alarm regulations, but I never expected it to go off in a hotel. However, the location is great, and the hotel staff's service was excellent, so it was a very comfortable stay overall. As for the fire alarm, I don't think the hotel could have done anything about it, so I guess it was just bad luck that it went off.

Very nice, modern and quiet hotel, had one of the room without window, not an issue but there was a big pillar in the middlewith little space to go around 😅, I took a video but cannot share here 😣

The hotel's location in the heart of Soho was great, making it easy to walk to nearby landmarks, and the complimentary services provided were excellent!

Great hotel! Me and my daughter stayed here for one night. We wanted somewhere close to the theatre which this was. Room was small - but I expected that . But it was clean, cosy and comfortable. The staff were great, really helpful and friendly. They also saved our luggage for us once we checked out free of charge. I was really impressed with this hotel.

Very convenient location with easy access to food, travel spots, train stations and shopping. Just the room is really small. Overall we are stratified and will come back again.

I found this place just by pure luck when there was a Tfl strike and me and my partner were looking for a temporary place to stay as he was visiting.

This hotel is in an amazing location if you want to be close to Soho and central London. It looks so small from outside but quite a big one, has an amazing restaurant.

They offered us a complimentary breakfast which was absolutely fantastic. We were both surprised to see such decent clean and fresh food for such a small hotel.

Don't hesitate if you are looking for a place to stay in this area.

Our room was rather small but does the job perfectly. Absolutely recommended

Location is fantastic as the hotel's location is pretty close to the victoria station.
However as the Victoria station is huge, it might get a bit confusing as to which exit to use.
When coming out from the platform, look for a restaurant ”Itsu” or McD. With Itsu on your left hand side, just go straight until you exited the station. Afterwards, turn left and you shall see a traffic light and in front of you is a park. Cross the road and turn left. Walk straight and you shall see Harry's Bar in front of you. Victoria hotel is located at the building behind Harry's Bar.
Staff are friendly and polite.
Any early check-in or late check-out warrants a 15 pounds. You can always leave your luggage with the concierge to save 15 pounds.

The hotel has a convenient location. I had a small room with a window, 4 hangers, a shower, and a tea set. It's fine for 1-2 nights if you just need a place to sleep.

Our 4-night stay was a mixed bag. The Good: Incredible location for exploring Chinatown/West End and very polite, helpful front desk staff.
The Bad: The room design is impractical. The bed is against a drafty window (leading to a cold) and against a wall, making it hard to get out without waking my partner. The bathroom design is unhygienic (hard-to-use soap dispensers and a flush button blocked by the lid). The tap for the hot water was very stiff for some reason. If you are a light sleeper, there was a humming sound all through the night that could be from the air conditioning unit, so be ready with your earplugs.
The Service: Housekeeping was disappointing. We returned at 4:00 PM to an uncleaned room on the second day when the room was scheduled to be cleaned. The cleaner knocked at the door around 4.20pm and we asked why she left the cleaning so late, she said that our room wasn't a ”priority.” When we asked if the cleaning could be rescheduled for the next day, she just said no. We also had a faulty TV that kept turning off. When maintenance tried to fix it, they left some dust all over the bed and the issue was not fixed. For the price and location, we expected a more seamless experience.

The hotel's location is absolutely fantastic, right in the heart of Bath city center and very close to the famous Roman Baths. There was some renovation work happening on the exterior during our stay, but it didn't affect us at all. The hotel design is excellent, with modern facilities, and the staff were incredibly polite, even proactively offering recommendations for popular attractions and itineraries, which was a huge plus! The only downside was that the room was a bit small, and a slightly larger suitcase made it feel a bit inconvenient.

Have previously stayed in this hotel several times. We paid for a late check out but ended up having housekeeping knocking on our door and attempting to enter at 10am anyway 🙄. Our tv wasn’t working which go fixed quite promptly in fairness, our bed was rock hard though that we both woke up with sore backs. Not our usual standard of stay.
