GGuest UserI don't usually write reviews for actual stays, but I feel that kindred spirits deserve my praise, Sister Li. I brought six elders from my family, and they all said Sister Li was incredibly kind and they had a wonderful afternoon. They later secretly told me that on the way there they were worried the environment wouldn't be fun, but they were extremely satisfied afterward, especially the mahjong machine in the room, which was a real treat for them, haha. Sister Li did her best to meet all our needs. If we wanted to play in the snow, we wore the floral-patterned jackets provided by the hotel, and the snow boots were so thick that the snow was knee-deep after just a few steps. Snowball fights, snowball fights, snow tubing, and snow slides made for amazing photos! It will definitely satisfy any traveler from the south's desire to play in the snow. It's also convenient to return to the hotel when we got cold or tired, which I think is excellent. Sister Li immediately arranged for us to soak in the hot springs in the evening. The contrast between the visual and temperature sensation was quite unique, and it wasn't cold at all! There was also a tea ceremony at the hot springs, and Sister Li helped bring the tea to the hot springs. Enjoying tea while soaking in the hot springs was very pleasant. I recommend bringing some fruit for an even better experience. The room facilities and cleanliness were more than satisfactory for a guesthouse. Even before I arrived, Sister Li sent me a video showing me the environment, so it couldn't be bad! The first and second floors are rooms, and the basement is a restaurant where you can try Sister Li's cooking. If you want to explore other areas, there are staff members who will guide you, so you don't have to worry about getting lost. Thumbs up!! You can only truly appreciate the details by visiting. I highly recommend everyone to come and stay. I wish Sister Li's business great success!!

GGuest UserFortunately, I chose to stay at Ruixue B&B for two nights this time, seizing the tail end of winter and appreciating the culture and scenery of the Snow Valley. First of all, I could feel the enthusiasm and friendliness of the boss lady from the phone call before check-in. She helped me book the bus ticket from Harbin to Xuegu in advance, and arranged the itinerary for Xuegu the next day and the ticket to Yanji on the check-out day. I am dazzled by reading Xiaohongshu, but I don’t have to worry about joining a ”bad” group and ruining my fun, nor do I have to spend extra time buying tickets myself. I can rest assured and let the B&B owner arrange the itinerary. Secondly, when we arrived on the same day, the young lady and her family were also very warm and hospitable. Not only did they give me a warm welcome, they also served me hot tea, which made me feel as if I was home instead of away from home. I could rest comfortably in the homestay, chat with them about everything under the sun, and learn more stories about life in Snow Valley (or just chat about daily life). Although it was our first meeting, I felt like I was happily getting along with friends I had known for years. The homestay room is warmly decorated and matches the photos. In addition to the warm beds, hot water is provided and there is a Dyson hair dryer. There is really nothing to say about the attentiveness of every detail! You don't have to worry about finding food, as it only takes about 5-10 minutes to walk to the main street. You can also choose to order food directly from the B&B. In addition to Northeastern specialties, there are many dishes that are not usually easy to see. The basil roe deer and sauerkraut shreds I tried this time are not only reasonably priced, but also very delicious and large in portion. It is a good choice without having to go out and get cold! As for the arranged Snow Valley entertainment itinerary, there are three projects in total, including soaking in the open-air hot springs in the snow at night (experience the stimulation of alternating hot and cold), Wusong Ridge (watching the beautiful rime and snow scenery on the top of the mountain, playing in the snow, riding a snowmobile, snow rafting, dragon boat, ice skating, etc.), and Yangcao Mountain (following the route crossed by the brave, taking a horse-drawn sleigh and snowmobile from the Snow Valley to the top of Yangcao Mountain). It can fully meet the expectations of southerners coming to the north for ice and snow, and there is no congestion in the snow town. I really thank the boss lady for her hard work again. From my personal experience of frequent travel, her meticulous and considerate service is definitely five-star. Although the drive from big cities (such as Harbin) to the Snow Valley is not short, the beauty of the Snow Valley in winter and the goodness of the Ruixue B&B are definitely worth experiencing in person, and I will definitely visit again if I have the chance!

PS: There are also some delightful surprises like horse sledding, water splashing into ice, iron flower performances, traditional Northeast floral padded coats, and even playing with 'silly deer' (roe deer).

JJiamoufurenThe owner pre-booked a bus for us from Harbin to Xuegu, which dropped us off directly at the guesthouse entrance. They also provided shuttle services to and from the ski resort. Frozen pears and frozen persimmons were aplenty, and in the evening, they even taught us how to make candied hawthorn skewers – the emotional value was off the charts! The guesthouse is centrally located in DongSheng Forest Farm in Xuegu, just a short walk from various iron pot stews and small BBQ joints, which was incredibly satisfying! I even got to experience sleeping on a traditional heated brick bed, and I honestly didn't get enough sleep, haha… I hope to have the chance to visit Xuegu again and stay at Jiayi Guesthouse!

DDaochuliudadaIf the full score is not limited, I would like to give 10,000 points 😂 A good B&B that is one in a million 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻 The boss is a superman. He has multiple jobs including driver, tour guide, photographer, babysitter, help with booking a car, customizing an itinerary, etc. I knew there was no TV in the room before booking, but I was afraid I would be bored. As a result, the whole night's activities were arranged in a variety of ways, haha. You can have fun and fall asleep. The boss's family is warm and sincere. It really feels like home. The sliding ring in their own yard makes the children have a lot of fun. There are even more fun trips to Yangcao Mountain Crossing and Wusongling. The boss also took us to explore the snow in depth, and the experience was full 💯 There was also a small episode. On the way to the B&B, I left my ID card in the service area halfway. The boss helped to contact and find it. When we came back from the trip, he gave us a big surprise. I was touched❤️ The first sentence of the child after moving to Harbin was Let's go back to Xuegu to play 😂😂😂 Highly recommended for families with children, super cost-effective You can just go to the snow town to check in. If you have enough time, it is recommended to stay here for a few more days. This is the most satisfactory place for this trip to Harbin. I will come again next time! ! ! 🥰

They even came out to meet us and gave us excellent tips on where to eat, drink, and have fun, helping us avoid any tourist traps – absolutely fantastic! GGuest UserThe accommodation is a small, simple family-style house. The bathroom is clean, with a flush toilet and good hot water. There was a little sediment from the faucet. The bed was quite hard, so I had to ask for an extra blanket or I might get back pain. There were no bathroom amenities, so I recommend bringing your own. But overall, it was okay. The food is quite pricey. I was alone, so I ordered some dumplings. They were delicious. I couldn't finish them all, so I saved some for another meal. The owner is lovely, friendly, and easy to talk to. However, you have to ask for details, such as which activities to do and how much they cost. I went for the 200 yen activity at the village square, which I enjoyed. The next day, we took a horse-drawn sleigh up Leymus Mountain. You have to agree on whether you want to take the sleigh to Leymus Mountain, or you'll be pulled by a horse in the village instead. Unfortunately, there are no activities on New Year's Day. I expected there to be activities like hot water pouring, dumpling making, and so on, so it was quite quiet. Overall, it wasn't great, but it wasn't bad either. It was average for the price, as it's so cheap. ☺️✨

MMalahuoguojiaodachanglaoThis time, we took the kids and stayed in a heated kang room. It was my children's first time experiencing a traditional東北 (Dongbei) heated kang, and they found it very warm, quite different from sleeping on a regular bed. It's firmer than a bed but exceptionally warm, and the room itself was very toasty. The owner was really hospitable. The location is also good, close to the road, making it convenient for those traveling by car.
