GGuest UserStayed at 'Xuegu Yu Wo Tongxing' for 4 days and 3 nights. Basically, I contacted the owner's wife via WeChat, which I got from Xiaohongshu. She helped us arrange the entire itinerary, and then we booked the accommodation on Ctrip. First day (Dec 30, 25): We took a large bus from Central Street to Xuegu at 8 AM. We arrived at 'Xuegu Yu Wo Tongxing' around 2 PM. After checking in, we started playing in the snow behind their guesthouse. At 6:30 PM, the owner's mother taught us how to make candied hawthorns. The tickets were 140 RMB for adults and 70 RMB for children. Then we started a 5-kilometer hike to Xuexiang. The thick snow and beautiful scenery along the way made my daughter forget about rushing. It was so cold on the mountain that my glasses frosted over, but thankfully I had applied warming patches to my hands, feet, back, and abdomen. We reached Xuexiang around 2 PM, rested at the Xuexiang Tourist Center, and then found a restaurant for lunch. Xuexiang is very commercialized; the food was expensive and not good. Between 3 and 4 PM, it got dark, so we went up the Fairy Tale World Plank Road to photograph the beautiful scenery of Xuexiang. The evening view was absolutely stunning. Then, at 6 PM, we took the bus arranged by the owner's wife back to the Xuegu guesthouse. We arrived back around 8 PM, and the owner's mother had prepared dinner. Their food was delicious. Third day (Jan 1, 26): At 9 AM, the owner took me by bus to visit Wusongling (Rime Island). We bought tickets at the foot of the mountain, 400 RMB for both adults and children. After the bus dropped us off, we had to take a snowmobile up a very steep mountain. Then we started trying out different activities, including snow banana boating, snow tubing, skiing, self-driving snowmobiles, a slide for children, and camel riding (at an additional cost). Afterward, the owner led us on a hike up a steep slope to take many beautiful photos. He even used a drone and a 360 camera to capture high-quality videos for us. I left around 3 PM; it was too cold on the mountain. Fourth day (Jan 2, 26): After breakfast at the guesthouse, we took a bus back to Harbin at 9 AM. For all three evenings, the owner would pop Wuchang rice for us to eat in the hall, and we'd chat while cracking sunflower seeds. Overall, I highly recommend the guesthouse's cleanliness and the restaurant's food. The owner, his wife, his mother, and the guesthouse staff are all simple, honest, and truly go out of their way to satisfy all guests. Thank you to all the staff at 'Xuegu Yu Wo Tongxing' for their dedication, which made our experience wonderful. We will definitely return to Wusongling if we get the chance.

CCeritalahWe stayed at Kuolanting Inn for two nights and had a truly memorable experience. From the moment we arrived, we were warmly welcomed by three friendly women. Although language was sometimes a barrier, we always felt well taken care of. The hosts patiently used a translator whenever we needed anything, which made communication smooth and reassuring. Mr. Gang was exceptional. Even before our arrival, he provided us with all the information we needed. He managed all our transportation—from Harbin to Snow Village and back to Harbin—and even arranged our transfers between Snow Village and Snow Town seamlessly. During our stay, he joined us in activities and recorded our moments using his 360° camera, which was such a thoughtful and special touch. The lady who cooked for us was lovely, and every meal she prepared was absolutely delicious. We felt full, comfortable, and genuinely cared for throughout our stay. Would I recommend this place? Certainly,yes!

__WeChat37292****Every day since leaving Xinfu, I've been missing the sledding hill behind the lodge (it was free and unlimited!). The owner even helps guests take photoshoots like 'splashing water into ice' (he took three amazing shots for me 😎) and 'glowing with colors.' He's an incredibly skilled photographer, and those pictures instantly elevated my social media game. They also organized a session where we all made candied hawthorns together. As an extrovert, being able to chat with everyone like that was just so enjoyable! The owner also led the trip to Wusong Ridge, keeping us entertained, taking photos, and even teaching us how to ski along the way. As someone from the south, I truly got to experience the thrill of playing wildly in the snow! And of course, the accommodation itself was very unique, with a traditional heated *kang* bed, ensuring a deep sleep until morning. Waking up to hot porridge in the morning was just heavenly!

GGuest UserThis time I came to Xuegu and traveled through the snow village. I rode horse-drawn climbing and snowmobiles. I played snow drifting. I also played in the Bear Ridge. The boss and the boss lady were very nice. I stayed in this homestay for three consecutive nights. The last night was New Year's Eve. The boss lady arranged for the people staying here to make dumplings together and treated us to dumplings. The boss also bought fireworks for us to set off fireworks together. This year, I spent a different New Year with people from different places. The most important thing is that the boss lady's cooking is delicious. You can't go wrong if you come to Xuegu.

MM557831****The best decision I made on this trip to Northeast China was choosing Shengshi Jiayuan Homestay – it truly elevated my travel experience! The moment I stepped inside, the wonderfully warm *kang* (traditional heated bed) immediately won me over. With temperatures outside dropping to minus 20 degrees Celsius, the *kang* kept me toasty from my toes to the back of my head. Sleeping on it at night was incredibly comfortable and peaceful, a hundred times better than an electric blanket – truly a 'rejuvenation magic weapon.' The floral bedding, the strings of corn hanging in the room, and the delicious Northeast farmhouse cuisine all contributed to an immersive, authentic Northeastern atmosphere. The vibe at the guesthouse was fantastic, filled with laughter from beginning to end. The biggest surprise was that a local auntie accompanied us throughout our snow activities at Wusong Ridge. We tried snowmobiling and tubing, and not only did she patiently teach us how to play, but she also helped us take amazing, atmospheric photos – she was more attentive than a friend! Her personality was cheerful and warm; she chatted with us about daily life and shared local stories, which was incredibly engaging. Any loneliness I felt from traveling solo completely vanished – she truly delivered on emotional value! During my stay here, the warm *kang* kept me cozy, and the auntie's warmth touched my heart. The authentic Northeastern flavors and the cheerful atmosphere made it hard to leave. Whether you want to experience Northeastern folk customs or have a blast in the snow, choosing this place is absolutely the right decision. I've already recommended it to all my friends planning a trip to the Northeast!
