MM58911****Clean and hygienic. There's a delicious Ma Bai Kai Lai restaurant next door. The salted barbecue is a must. The hotel breakfast is really good. For a four-star hotel, there are three kinds of stir-fried green vegetables, which is very good. A good breakfast can provide nutrition for the whole day. Fruit is provided every day. Other five-star hotels only give it once for consecutive stays. The soundproofing is good. I stayed for several days during the National Day holiday and could hardly hear any noise from the neighbors.

GGuest UserThe room was spacious and very clean, but breakfast was quite average. Being a tourist city, it's always busy with visitors, so they really ought to add another washing machine. We went to do laundry around 6 PM and ended up waiting for four hours! On top of that, there were no laundry baskets available. Other chains, like All Seasons, really pay more attention to these minor details.

It looked like it was doing good business from the outside. After eating there, I realized it was a BBQ restaurant run by Ulala. The food tasted very good. The hotel service is also very good, and the breakfast is OK.

No matter the hygiene, environment, service, attitude, facilities, they are all top-notch. I like it so much. The ladies at the front desk of the hotel are also very nice. I like them very much. The cleaning auntie is also very enthusiastic, so I can't find any problems. At four or five in the morning, they said that the TV projection screen was broken, and they came up to check it without complaint. Finally, they changed our room. In short, I stayed very, very happily and comfortably! Besides, direct sunlight is very comfortable 😌

First, I have to give a huge shout-out to the front desk service. From check-in to check-out, the staff were incredibly welcoming and attentive, answering every question and being incredibly thoughtful. It made me feel like I was at home, a real plus!
Then, let me highlight the breakfast, which was a true delight! The variety was incredibly varied, encompassing both Chinese and Western cuisine. The ingredients were fresh and the flavors were incredible. Eating this breakfast every morning set me up for the day, and it's definitely one of the best breakfasts I've ever had at a hotel of this type.
The room was also incredibly spacious, with no feeling of being cramped at all. I especially want to praise the bedding. The mattress and pillows were incredibly comfortable, with just the right amount of firmness and a wonderfully cuddling feel. Even after a tiring trip, I could easily fall asleep and wake up feeling relaxed. The room's lighting was also thoughtfully designed, with perfectly adjusted brightness levels, so it wasn't glaring at night. The smart guest control system is also very convenient and easy to use, allowing you to control the lights and curtains from your bed. It's both technologically advanced and practical, and every feature makes you feel comfortable.
The location is also impeccable. It's very close to the Liuxing Street scenic area, within walking distance, and not far from Kazanchi. For tourists visiting Yining, staying here is extremely convenient and saves a lot of travel time.
In short, this hotel is impeccable in terms of service, breakfast, rooms, and location. It's definitely a top choice for travelers to Yining. I've already recommended it to friends who are going there, and I'll stay here again next time!

The entire experience was a 'godsend for germaphobes'! Bedding is sterilized with medical-grade high-temperature steam, and even the pillowcases had 'sterilized' seals attached to their seams. Every tile grout line was meticulously cleaned, with fluorescent detection agents used to ensure absolute cleanliness. Walking barefoot, there was absolutely no dust or sticky feeling.
**Beyond-expectation Service 💫**
The Uyghur girl at the front desk offered 'trilingual service' (Mandarin/Uyghur/Sign Language), which was truly impressive! Noticing our fatigue from driving, she proactively upgraded us to a scenic view room and extended our check-out to 4 PM. The complimentary late-night nourishing dessert (local specialty chickpea yogurt drink) soothed both our stomachs and hearts.

Under century-old diversiform-leaved poplars, an active canal flows, fed by pristine waters from the Tianshan Mountains. Lavender scents wafted through white-gauze pavilions. The rooftop starlight bar offers panoramic views of Liuxingjie and the city lights – every photo taken here is a masterpiece, no filters needed.

The front desk service is polite and efficient. As a four-diamond hotel, the outsourced restaurant service is a bit behind. There is no fruit, Western food, juice, coffee, etc., and there is a limit of one egg and milk tea. , beef noodles, etc., you have to pay extra. The most important thing is that the restaurant service staff keep shouting not to waste, waste will be fined, we are all adults, why bother? The breakfast was so boring that it really lowered the hotel's quality.
