Amazing
GGuest UserService: The service here is incredibly warm and attentive. You can tell that all the staff, from the elderly gentleman at the front desk to the young women and the restaurant servers, genuinely love their work; their smiles are truly heartfelt. When checking in, they offer hot tea and towels and help carry your luggage to the room. Ambiance: Although it's an annex of Takinoya, located in the onsen town without any special views, it's very convenient to the station, convenience stores, and all the attractions. The entrance to Jigokudani (Hell Valley) is just a 5-minute walk away. Cleanliness: Despite being open for a while, it's exceptionally clean. Facilities: After visiting Jozankei and Lake Toya on this trip, we all agreed that the onsen water in Noboribetsu Onsen here is the best. The milky white sulfur springs are incredibly rejuvenating after a soak. Food: It's a two-meal plan (dinner and breakfast). Although the portions aren't large, they are exquisite and delicious. We loved it! This small ryokan has a very cozy and welcoming feel. Highly recommended.

MMJ!The hostel was located very well. I could park the car easily and it was a short walk to the supermarket. You can meet some people if you want. The facility has everything you need. You have to bring your own towel or you rent one. I found it a little older than in the pictures, but besides that, the bed was hard it was fine.

DDi TanThis traditional Japanese ryokan features a private onsen and is located about 8 minutes on foot from the main road with restaurants and 20 minutes from the entrance to Jigokudani (Hell Valley). The interior is beautifully maintained in classic style, with tatami flooring throughout the common areas and guest rooms, which are furnished with comfortable futon bedding. The rooms are clean, spacious, and well-equipped with amenities. Anything not already provided can be taken from the selection near the reception. Guests receive a yukata to wear around the ryokan and to the onsen. Complimentary drinks are available at reception, though they request you enjoy them in your room rather than common areas. The gender-separated onsen, while small, has everything needed for a relaxing soak. Each bathing area includes both indoor and outdoor pools, and they alternate daily between men's and women's use. During my stay, it was never crowded. One disappointment was being unable to book the in-room dinner service upon morning arrival, as it was apparently too late to arrange. Those interested should probably reserve at least a day in advance. Overall, it's a comfortable, authentic ryokan experience with superb service and good facilities.

WWingStefanieThe room was very spacious. Dinner and breakfast were already set up, though there were slightly fewer hot dishes. The hot springs were very comfortable; the whole town smelled of sulfur, and my skin felt smooth after soaking. It's about a ten-minute walk to the Bear Ranch, passing what seemed to be the central convenience store, 7-Eleven. Since it was close to a holiday, many shops were closed, making it a good spot for a relaxing hot spring retreat. For scenic views, Lake Toya is more highly recommended.

YYUEI lived in Noboribetsu and this atrium, and I still prefer this one. If I go to Noboribetsu next time, I will stay there again. On the mountain Noboribetsu, pick-up service at 2:00 and 4:00 pm (pick-up at JR station) is available after booking with the hotel. The hotel is good, just don't like their public slippers (woven straw uppers). If you don't wear socks, you will feel a little sticky, but so is the flower atrium. The open-air style of the house is very good. It is relatively large. You can take a look at the snow on the pine trees while soaking in the hot spring. It feels very natural and much stronger than the open-air style of the flower atrium. I ate breakfast and dinner at the hotel, but it was really bad. This may be my own problem. I am not used to eating. The ice cream at the kiosk downstairs is delicious, you buy it every day, and it's easy to buy water. There is a small park in front of the hotel, the snow is very thick, you can play with snow, and there is no one. It is clean and very comfortable. A 15-minute walk from the hotel is the Noboribetsu ski resort. It is very convenient to play snow and there are very few people. In short, it is quite satisfactory.
