"Perfect stay, clean huge room, comfy huge king bed, friendly frontdesk ladies for check in and out, toiletries from crabtree & evelyn smell really good, towels, full length mirror, safety box, coffee machine etc all in. Free cookies on check in and it’s so yummy and timely. Responsive reply to email, held the room for us for super late check-in. Free parking, within 15 min drive to Calgary airport. Offers shuttle at $5 as well. Second time staying and will always be our go-to when we fly! Trip.com offered the best price after coins off, great!"

"The room facilities are a bit old, but the hygiene is good, the price is cheap, and parking is convenient. However, the front desk service was really subpar. I couldn't understand why, while the front desk was processing my check-in, a supervisor came over and started chatting with them about irrelevant things, leaving me standing there waiting for them to finish. The first room card didn't work, so I had to go back downstairs, queue up again to exchange it, and they kept asking me if I was using it correctly. Am I stupid? Do I not know how to open a door? Terrible service."

The hotel's location in the city center was extremely convenient; all the city hotspots I wanted to visit were within walking distance. All in all, it was excellent. When I choose a hotel next time, I'll definitely pick this chain again. I'll upload photos later, I accidentally deleted them."

"Location strategic as there are fewer homeless people around compared with the 7th Avenue or core shopping area, and I didn't feel unsafe during my stay. It's near Chinatown too. I however do not particularly like this hotel as there's no kettle inside the room, air conditioning is rather strong and couldn't be adjusted except the temperature. Nothing to eat nearby and the restaurant on 2/F requires booking. The hotel doesn't have a character itself. Most ridiculous is that they require a security deposit by really debiting my credit card upon my checkin (usually hotels won't present the card for similar deposit as security)."

"Excellent hotel. The airport pickup was prompt and communication was smooth. The hygiene was superb, and the staff were warm and friendly. Breakfast was good, purely Western, but all edible and with a decent variety, including fruit. The hotel's surroundings only have a cafe, no other dining options. It's not far from the outlet mall."
