"This hotel in Shenyang's Middle Street was a truly delightful surprise! Its location is absolutely superb, right on Dongshuncheng Street, adjacent to Exit A of Zhongjie Station on Metro Line 1, making travel incredibly convenient. Step out and you're directly on Zhongjie Pedestrian Street, with all sorts of food and shops readily available. You can even walk directly to the Imperial Palace and Zhangshi Ancestral Temple. The hotel's interior is elegant and tidy, and the rooms are spacious and airy. The cleanliness was impeccable, the bedding soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was excellent. The front desk staff were warm and attentive, and check-in was super efficient. Overall, the stay was a perfect 10 – a must-choose for anyone visiting Shenyang!"

"The decor in the room felt a bit different from other Atours I've stayed at before; I almost felt like it might have been another hotel previously. The location is great, right next to the subway entrance, and it's in a prime spot in Zhongjie, which also means it's super busy and getting a taxi can be tough. I wasn't offered the complimentary late-night congee or the other two discount perks by the front desk. Breakfast was good. Looking through my photos, I realized I didn't even take any pictures of the room because there was nothing appealing to photograph."

"I came to Shenyang this time just to relax with my child for a short trip. I didn't want a hotel that felt too much like a student hostel, nor did I plan on staying in a super luxurious one. I just hoped for something clean, comfortable, and cozy. After comparing several hotels, I chose this one. I initially approached it with a 'just get by' mindset, but I never expected the experience today to be so amazing, completely satisfying both me and my child. I genuinely want to write a thorough review to share with friends traveling to Shenyang. We traveled on a weekend, and with a second-grader, my biggest concerns are a noisy environment, poor hygiene, and subpar service. Travel with kids often involves many little things, and any unfamiliarity can quickly ruin your mood. However, the moment we stepped into the New World Shenyang Hotel, all those worries vanished. It’s not an overly extravagant or luxurious style; instead, it's incredibly clean, grand, and has a warm, homey feel. The lobby is spacious and bright, with floors and corners meticulously clean. There's no unpleasant smell in the air, just a faint, pleasant fragrance that makes you feel very relaxed. The staff at check-in were super gentle and spoke softly. Knowing we had a child, they thoughtfully arranged a quiet, non-connecting room for us – such a considerate detail! After entering the room, I immediately started checking the hygiene, and honestly, I couldn't find a single flaw. The bed linens and duvet covers were brand new, flat, and clean, feeling soft to the touch without any stiffness. The floors, windowsills, bedside tables, and even the nooks and crannies were wiped clean. The bathroom's vanity, mirror, and washing area were all impeccably sparkling, and the wet/dry separation was excellent. What's even more thoughtful is the hotel's 24-hour service. We went out with the kids to watch a movie and returned to the hotel quite late. I assumed there wouldn't be anyone at the reception desk late at night, but to my surprise, someone was still there, providing excellent 24-hour service! Plus, there's free underground parking downstairs, which makes it very good value for money."

"A very young and friendly front office reception staff to greet you on arrival and ready to assist your daily needs or queries. Hotel is new and in a very good location, walking distance to the Imperial Palace,Marshall Zhang Mansion and Zhongjie pedestrian street and Mall.Laundry facilities are good and breakfast is excellent with a noodle and scrambled egg station. Selections of pastry,hot dishes, porridge and other assorted selections.Coffee machine with aromatic coffee beans.Supper is also available with porridge and condiments after 9.30pm. Room has good layout with a comfortable mattress and pillows.The only drawback is that the sink has a foul odour where the drainage pipes has not been given a good clearance and wash with chlorine or other strong detergent for some time. I would strongly recommend this hotel if you are visiting Shenyang as a traveller or tourist."

"After a long afternoon exploring the Forbidden City, snapping tons of photos of the red walls and yellow roofs, my legs were pretty much dead. I didn't want to travel too far from the Forbidden City, so I searched for a nearby hotel and found the Northeast Asia Hotel. It was just a 10-minute taxi ride away. The room was clean, and the bathroom had great water pressure, so a shower felt amazing. The blackout curtains worked perfectly, and I slept soundly until morning. When I checked out the next day, the front desk even asked, ”Did you get enough photos at the Forbidden City?” I replied, ”Yes, I did! Next time I'm in Shenyang, I'll visit the Grand Marshal's Mansion.” This hotel is conveniently located and a comfortable place to stay after sightseeing. I'll definitely be back."

"I booked a double room, but it reeked of smoke. They graciously upgraded me to a double suite for free, which was fantastic and made for a great experience. Housekeeping cleaned daily and it was very clean. The only minor issue was that the windows, possibly for safety on the higher floors, couldn't be opened without a cleaner's assistance. The breakfast was excellent, especially for a four-star hotel. The front desk staff were also very helpful. I requested a change of pillows because the one for my child was too soft, and they promptly brought a buckwheat pillow. The room was spacious and soundproofing was decent. The hotel is conveniently located near Taiyuan Street, with plenty of great food options and shopping. Despite the crowds during the May Day holiday, I highly recommend staying here."

"This hotel truly exceeded my expectations on my business trip to Shenyang! There's a Luckin Coffee right next door for your caffeine fix, and it's just a 5-minute walk to both Hua Fu Shopping Center and Huigong Night Market. It's incredibly convenient for evening strolls, dining, or shopping, and offers excellent value for money – highly recommended! The room was clean and tidy, and the workspace was spacious and well-lit. Power outlets and network ports were thoughtfully placed, making it perfect for getting work done. As for facilities, the hotel is right by Metro Lines 2 and 4, providing super-fast access to all of Shenyang's business districts. Having Luckin Coffee downstairs means you can easily grab a pick-me-up. Plus, being close to Hua Fu Shopping Center and Huigong Night Market means I could unwind at the night market after work, perfectly balancing business and leisure. Definitely a five-star review!"

"This is my second stay, and as always, it's excellent! As a Ctrip Diamond member, I've stayed in many hotels, and the Shenyang Hauser Serenity Hotel is definitely one of my favorites! First off, the hotel's decor is incredibly grand and stylish. The fragrance, color scheme, and every detail feel very high-end. The rooms are exceptionally spacious, and the bed is huge, making it perfect for family trips. My friends told me the family rooms are even more beautiful, with lots of children's toys that kids absolutely love. My child is older now, so we don't need those, but she loved the big TV and casting to it was super fun! Another highlight is the breakfast. Honestly, the variety and taste of the breakfast are on par with major five-star hotels. It's the kind of breakfast that makes you want to set an alarm and get up for it, rather than sleeping in. You could eat something different every day and still not try everything. The clam and kidney bean noodles, especially with a bit of meat sauce, are absolutely amazing! Now that the holiday is over, it's time to head home, and I really didn't want to leave. I'll definitely choose this place again on my next trip to Shenyang!"

"Shangri-La is my top choice for a vacation, a world away from business hotels and the daily grind. It truly feels like a getaway. The location is excellent, with direct access to MixC Mall from B2, and the metro station isn't far either. The service is superb; the staff are warm and friendly, always ready to guide you to the elevators or restaurant. The Horizon Club inclusion of afternoon tea and a light dinner in the evening was a pleasant surprise, and the view of Youth Park from the 30th floor is quite nice. Breakfast is also very rich, offering a great selection of local specialties, Western, and Chinese dishes."
