ZZhoulantongThis is our second time staying in a children's themed room this year, and we chose the Little Yellow Duck theme room at Hilton Shenyang. We were very pleased with the room's decor. Although the hotel has been open for a while, the facilities are still quite new overall. The staff's service was enthusiastic, living up to Hilton's quality standards. The hotel is also conveniently located within walking distance of K11. My suggestions would be to upgrade the TV and add a phone holder next to the bathtub. It would also be great if the breakfast selection could be more diverse, as it currently feels quite similar to a Hampton Inn.

AandreaysI have two minor complaints about my multi-day stay. 1. The hotel had an eco-friendly linen card stating that if you stayed for three consecutive nights without requesting a change of bedding, you'd receive a 'beautiful gift' from Wanda Hotels. Turns out, this 'beautiful gift' was just a plain paper bookmark. It wasn't anything related to local intangible cultural heritage, nor did it have any hotel commemorative value. So, three days of eco-friendliness equaled one cheap bookmark 🔖 in comparison. 2. Around 1 AM on the night of check-in, the hotel suddenly experienced a complete power outage! The hotel explained that it might have been an external issue, like a large cable being damaged, and repairs were underway. However, the elevators were working fine, yet the emergency lights in the room couldn't be turned off at all. It was impossible to sleep, and if we didn't sleep, there was still no power! Just before we checked out, the hotel called and offered a 'gift' as an apology. The staff member brought it up, and to our surprise, it was just an Artemisia argyi (mugwort) hammer, worth less than 10 RMB. After a sleepless night, this felt like such a half-hearted apology, without any real sincerity... just an Artemisia argyi hammer to brush us off. Considering these two points, I feel the hotel's so-called sincerity and thoughtfulness were overly perfunctory! It would have been better if they hadn't offered anything at all! Before leaving, I explicitly told the staff not to bother, as we had many of these items at home. Yet, they still put it in our car! 😞

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Haiyun Jinjiang Hotel. I found it on Ctrip, and the reviews looked pretty good, so I decided to give it a try. To my surprise, the service was exceptional. On my second day, as I was heading from my room to the restaurant for breakfast, I felt a bit chilly and casually wondered aloud if I should go back for a jacket. Li Si overheard me and promptly led me to a semi-enclosed booth where the air conditioning wasn't as strong. Soon after, Alice Liu Dan, the restaurant manager, offered me a hot drink. Her service was both professional and incredibly thoughtful. She was constantly busy in the restaurant, attending to every guest with great dedication. She even gave me a small gift when I left! [Gift] The breakfast selection was also excellent, with a good balance of meat and vegetables, and very nutritious.

GGuest UserThe Le Méridien Shenyang is indeed excellent. Starting with the ambiance, you're greeted with an artistic vibe right from the entrance. While the lobby isn't a massive, high-ceilinged space, it exudes a sense of luxury and art everywhere you look. As a member, I received a complimentary suite upgrade, which was a very kind gesture. The room was clean, tidy, and very spacious, and all other member benefits were perfectly delivered. Thumbs up! The breakfast selection wasn't as extensive as I'd imagined, possibly because I went a bit late, but several dishes were genuinely delicious. In terms of value for money, it's also the best among the Marriott properties in Shenyang. Finally, I must extend a huge thank you to the attendant who cleaned room 1102 that day. They meticulously found my necklace that had fallen on the floor. Additionally, the front desk and concierge staff helped me mail it back incredibly quickly. This truly demonstrates the excellent service attitude of your hotel staff towards guests and the effective training the hotel provides its employees. Absolutely fantastic!

GGuest UserFacilities: Marriott's facilities are always top-notch, no complaints there. Cleanliness: Same as above. Ambiance: The room layout is noticeably more rational. Funnily enough, the first time I stayed at a Hyatt, I couldn't even find the restroom! Renaissance hotels, it seems, don't go for those hidden bathroom designs anywhere in the country. Service: Manager Yang at the front desk arranged my room in advance, which was very thoughtful. They even prepared a welcome gift for my friends who traveled a long way, and we got to try the Shenyang specialty, Bulaolin candy. Really great, thumbs up! As someone who lives abroad, whenever I return to Shenyang in the Northeast, it's always the Renaissance. I've stayed there for so many years that I'm genuinely too lazy to try anywhere else. The next time I come to Shenyang, or with friends, I'll definitely choose the Renaissance again!

FFreeyaThe hotel is next to Beiling Park and is located in a garden with good greenery. The rooms are not big and the layout is compact. I would like to talk about the service in detail: First of all, the service at the hotel front desk is very good. The front desk manager also sent us to the room. Thank you very much! The room service is not satisfactory! We stayed for two consecutive days, and the cleaning lady threw away the food I bought the day before as garbage! The cleaning lady threw away the guests' food and was embarrassed to ask the aunt to compensate. It was quite disgusting! Secondly, the slippers for the second night were not put for us. I called the room service to ask for slippers. The lady in the room service didn't believe it and asked me to look for it in the room. The cleaning lady didn't put the slippers. I called after looking for it! I asked the room service to bring two bottles of water when she sent the slippers. The lady also told me that there were only two bottles of water in one room, and then she said as a charity that she would make an exception and give me two more bottles... Isn't this a five-star hotel? Hotels above four stars can add water for free! Even if you stay in a three-star hotel like Home Inn, you can ask for more water if it's not enough. Do you think that guests in high-end hotels have to drive out to the supermarket to buy water if they don't have enough water? There was a young girl serving the room very well, but the older one had a sullen face and an unpleasant attitude!

GGuest UserFirst, let's talk about transportation. You can take a taxi or drive there. It's about a 40-minute taxi ride from the city center. If you drive, hotel guests get free parking, which you can arrange at the front desk. Next, the environment. The environment is lovely. The entire resort is well laid out, with lush greenery, and I even saw many white doves. From the main lobby, if you're heading to the Breeze Restaurant (where the breakfast buffet is served), there's a complimentary shuttle cart available (takes about 3-5 minutes). Of course, taking a stroll through the villa area is also a great option. Now, about the service. The service was excellent. The taxi drop-off point is at the main entrance of the hot spring area, and you'll need to walk (about 3 minutes) to the main lobby to check in. The check-in process was very fast; I checked in around 2 PM and could go straight to my room. Upon check-in, you're assigned a butler who will add you on WeChat and send useful information about the resort, such as Wi-Fi details, hot spring hours, and breakfast buffet times. The butler also helps escort you to your room and carries your luggage, and even gave me a voucher for a fish spa treatment at the hot springs (one voucher is good for two people, usually costing 30 per person). Finally, some other points. 1. The hotel has two accommodation areas. One is on the 5th floor of the hot spring building. The advantage here is that it's very close to the hot springs, and you don't need to go outside. If your window faces the villa area, you get a panoramic view of the villas, with great greenery and views, and the price is more affordable. The other area is the villa section, which is closer to the breakfast buffet and offers rooms with private hot spring pools. 2. The breakfast buffet at Breeze Restaurant is from 7 AM to 10:30 AM (no food replenished after 10 AM). The breakfast selection is very rich, with a variety of Chinese, Cantonese, and Western options, and the taste is also good. 3. Guests staying at the hotel receive two hot spring tickets per room, for two separate visits. The first visit can be used on the day of check-in until 12 AM. The second visit is if you check out before 10 AM the next day, you can use the tickets until 6 PM. The tickets are linked to the ID cards used for check-in, so anyone planning to go to the hot springs needs to register their ID at check-in. A 500 deposit is required at check-in. Any consumption in the hot spring area can be charged to this deposit, or paid separately. The deposit refund upon checkout was very quick. 4. I booked a room on the 5th floor of the hot spring building. The room provides plastic slippers for the hot spring (anti-slip); there are no other disposable slippers. The wet and dry areas are separate, and disposable toilet seat covers and toiletries are provided. Although it's in the hot spring building, I didn't find it noisy at all.

This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.
