XuedingedegoutuiziThe hotel's location is super convenient, just a few minutes' walk to many local spots. Jiutian and the night market are also only about a 10-minute walk away – really great location! The hotel rooms are clean and tidy, and the bathroom is spotless, which shows how much attention to detail they put in. Downstairs, there's a beautiful mineral display and delicious local specialties. The service is excellent, and the breakfast is fantastic too, served from 7 AM to 11 AM. Highly recommend!

The only good thing about this hotel is its proximity to the Shenyang US Consulate, about 200 meters away. The elevators are very slow for such a tall building. Also, the pillows are definitely not Atour's; they're incredibly hard with no bounce. Most importantly, the room was colder than the hallway! The window was drafty! It was really, really cold in the room!!!

Guest UserThe room was excellent, no complaints there. The only downside was the construction site outside the window. The hotel's location is fantastic, though. It's just a stone's throw from Shenyang North Station, making train travel incredibly convenient. For my afternoon train, the hotel even offered a buffet lunch (pretty similar to breakfast, but filling and clean). I'll definitely stay here again next time I'm in Shenyang.

Atour is always my first choice for business trips! The location is superb, right by the subway, making getting around incredibly convenient. The front desk staff were efficient and welcoming during check-in, offering meticulous and polite service. The room was spotless, with a simple yet elegant design. The bedding was soft and skin-friendly, the mattress had just the right firmness, and the soundproofing was excellent, so I could fall asleep soundly after a busy day. The bathroom had a separate wet and dry area, and the toiletries were high quality. Complimentary tea bags and mineral water were also provided. The Bamboo House library in the lobby had a wonderful, peaceful, and healing atmosphere, giving the whole place a rich cultural vibe. The value for money is outstanding, it's perfect for business travelers. I'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Anonymous UserOverall, the experience was just okay and not great value for money.
The hotel lobby is on the 88th floor, which acts as a transfer level. Whether you're going to your room or leaving the hotel, you have to go to the 88th floor to switch elevators, which is very inconvenient. Also, the staff guidance wasn't very timely, and there were no signs on the ground floor. I spent a long time looking for the elevator after I arrived, and no one guided me. After checking in on the 88th floor, no staff member told me I needed to switch elevators to get to my room.
However, the high-altitude views are indeed beautiful. Although the breakfast quality wasn't exceptional, the stunning views from the breakfast area made up for it, and the breakfast restaurant service was quite good.
The room design was nice, and the bed was large and comfortable. The only issue was the bathroom, which had no trash can, which was inconvenient. Also, it's my habit to wipe down the room's tables and light switches with disinfectant wipes, and when I did, there was a lot of dust flying around.

The hotel's location is convenient; there's a Lao Siji restaurant not far away. William, the front desk staff, was very attentive and nice.
The biggest flaw: the dry cleaning service! I specifically told the staff that only two spots were dirty, but when it came back, it was exactly the same as when I sent it in.

Bianselong9196I'd like to commend Yolanda at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, even when I arrived very late, and patiently guided me through nearby attractions.
The hotel is ideally located: only a 5-minute walk to the Caitang Night Market, and MixC Mall is within walking distance. Being in the city center, it's super convenient whether you're driving, taking the subway, or catching a taxi.
The accommodation itself is outstanding. Formerly a Kempinski, Accor took over and renovated it, so the environment and facilities are all new and very comfortable. The TV allows screen casting, the bathroom has excellent water pressure, and the bedding is very cozy.
Breakfast offers a fantastic variety, including many Northeastern specialties. They even have a version of 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) made with ketchup, which is worth trying.
Conclusion: Excellent value for money!

Guest UserI previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience.
It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang.
Just a few minor suggestions:
The navigation location isn't very accurate.
The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable.
The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best.
I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better.

The room was very spacious and comfortable, and the front desk staff were incredibly welcoming. The delivery robot service was great; it took only five minutes to get food from the delivery person to my room. The soundproofing in the room was good, and it was very thoughtful that I could check in as early as 6 AM since there were available rooms. However, there were a few minor downsides regarding the facilities: 1. There was only a showerhead, no handheld shower sprayer. 2. The room was extremely dry, and the wooden furniture generated a lot of static electricity – it even zapped my keyboard light out! It only improved after I asked the front desk for a humidifier. 3. When the lights were first turned on, they would flicker for about ten minutes before stabilizing.

hyacinthydzhThe hotel is in a great location on Shenyang Middle Street, offering a view of the Imperial Palace, though the windows were a bit dirty. The 1.8m and 1.2m beds can be combined, which is perfect for a family of four. The parking lot is in the building and quite a distance from the hotel entrance; you can't access the hotel directly from the underground parking. The hotel breakfast was decent, and they offer freshly ground coffee.
