GGuest UserPros: Clean, amenities, free breakfast was good Cons: -We put up the Do Not Disturb sign (and tripled checked it) because we had done laundry, and the room was disorganized and had personal items hang drying. They came and cleaned our room and removed the sign. -We had a packaged delivered to the hotel and showed them the tracking info on the Chinese receipt. They brought us the wrong package and then tried to tell us ours was delivered to the wrong hotel. Another guest helped translate and then they called the number on the tracking receipt. The receipt had the name of the employee at their hotel that signed for the package, which we tried to point out. After the phone call. They went and brought out my package. It had the tracking number clearly displayed so I'm really not sure why they couldn't originally find it. -we checked out and were waiting in the lobby until we could go to the airport. My partner asked if there was a bathroom she could use. They told us they dont have a public bathroom and wouldn't let her go up to the floor with the bathrooms...after we just spent a lot of money at their hotel. It was pretty shocking after staying at many hotels much more friendly. -the location wasn't terrible but there were no sidewalks and lots of barriers up so it was hard to get our luggage to the hotel. Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

GGuest UserThe room was incredibly spacious and comfortable, easily accommodating our family of five without any issues. Complimentary drinks were replenished daily by housekeeping, and there was coffee and ample water available. We could also request a humidifier from the front desk if needed. The electric heating kept the room very warm and cozy. There's an executive lounge in the lobby offering coffee and other beverages, which the kids loved. Upon check-in, children received their own toiletries and toys. The 24th floor has a laundry room and a gym. Most importantly, the hotel's location is excellent, right on Youth Street, close to the subway and within easy reach of Zhongjie, Xita, and the Weidawutai. We had a very satisfying stay and will definitely choose this hotel again when we visit in the future. The hotel's service was particularly thoughtful and attentive, which was a nice touch.

There's also parking available. The room I booked didn't include breakfast, so I can't comment on that. **Service:** The service was really good. The front desk had bags, and I grabbed two on my way out to put my laundry in. There are charging stations in the parking lot, which is very convenient.

YyuanaitThis hotel doesn't live up to its reputation as the 'best in the Northeast.' First, the doorman didn't help with our luggage. The trash cans by the elevators were overflowing with garbage (including Pop Mart packaging) and hadn't been emptied for a long time. The lobby being on a higher floor is actually quite inconvenient. The elevator shaft was incredibly noisy due to wind. Secondly, there were no welcome fruits. After asking, it still took a long time for them to be delivered. When we checked in, our room wasn't ready, so we left our luggage at the lobby's baggage storage. We came back to the hotel after dinner, around 5 PM, and our luggage still hadn't been sent to the room! When we asked the duty manager, the explanation was that they were short-staffed due to the holiday and couldn't manage it. Thirdly, the hotel management is chaotic. There were influencers taking selfies everywhere in the entrance area, and no one stopped them (see video). I asked a hotel staff member on that floor, and they said they couldn't do anything about it. Pros: The room size is decent, and breakfast was good.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend anyone who go to Shenyang to experience this fine hotel, its wonderful hospitality and nearby conveniences. SSumi BeenThe front desk staff were really nice — very friendly and polite. The room was very big and spacious. Not only was there a washing machine, but also a large refrigerator. Both of us were very satisfied with our stay. As for breakfast, it was quite varied, with both Western and Chinese options, and we were able to eat very well. Most importantly, since we arrived early, they allowed us to check in early, which was really great.

__WeChat15449****Our stay at the Swissotel Shenyang was truly excellent. Its location right next to Qingnian Park on Line 2 made it super convenient for getting around with our child. The hotel is across from the park, so we didn't have to go far to enjoy the snow. The front desk staff were all very warm and even helped us carry our luggage up to the room. A special thanks to Eric from concierge for his outstanding service! Eric was incredibly knowledgeable about all the hotel's activities and promotions, explaining everything clearly. The check-in process at the front desk was efficient and quick. Eric genuinely cares about the guest experience; he even made sure to ask about our stay when we checked out and carefully noted our suggestions. His attentive service and humble attitude are truly commendable. With employees like him, the hotel is bound to thrive!

EEthan05211The Manji Zhongjie Hotel is perfect for young people! Great location, very photogenic, new facilities, and excellent service. You can literally walk right out to the Zhongjie Night Market, which is super convenient for grabbing food and exploring at night. The rooms have smart voice control and robot delivery service, giving it a very high-tech feel. The bedding is comfortable, the soundproofing is good, and it offers great privacy, making it perfect for couples. The bathroom has a separate wet and dry area, the toiletries are high-end, and there's even an air purifier – a thoughtful touch. The free laundry room with dryers is a huge plus for travelers. The front desk staff are warm and welcoming; their recommendations for food and attractions were spot on. They even gave us free Zhongjie popsicles, showing great attention to detail. Overall, my stay was fantastic, and I'll definitely be back!

DDengwochiwanShenyang Trip | The Top Hotel Next to Hunnan Bund Market! I didn't even want to check out after staying here! It's just a 5-minute walk to Olympic Sports Center Subway Station, making it super convenient to get to Zhongjie Street, the Imperial Palace, Xiaoheyan Morning Market, and the TV Tower. The Hunnan Bund Market is right next to the hotel, and strolling through it after dinner in the evening is simply delightful. The room was spacious and bright. Lying on the bed, you can enjoy the city views during the day and the illuminated nightscape in the evening. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a clear and expansive view, perfect for taking photos! The hotel also has a 24-hour free gym and a self-service laundry room. From 7 AM to 11 AM, there's a buffet breakfast, perfect for late risers, with a rich variety of options that immediately impressed me upon entering. After dropping off our belongings at the hotel, we headed straight to the TV Tower Night Market! There were so many dazzling snacks, and the chicken skewers made me fall in love with Shenyang forever!

AAnonymous UserLocated at 68 Zhonghua Road in Heping District, Hotel Jen🏨 is a Shangri-La property. It's close to Shenyang Station, Taiyuan Street, Xita, and Beishichang… and only about five to six kilometers from Zhongjie and the Imperial Palace. The hotel staff are very welcoming; Bessie👩💼 recommended attractions for me and helped carry my luggage🧳 to the room. The room was clean and tidy🛁. The breakfast restaurant offers a buffet breakfast, and there's a 24-hour gym. Jenny checked me in, and Maco served me coffee☕️. It was a great stay😌.
