"Clean, hygienic, and well-equipped with all the necessary amenities. The room itself was very spacious and bright. Downstairs, there's the TV Tower Night Market, and it's super close to many attractions, making getting around very convenient. The room felt cozy, spacious, and bright, with newer facilities that weren't old or outdated. Definitely recommend! There's also a parking lot nearby (P.S. it's a paid parking lot, but very convenient). With so many people in the summer, I was worried about finding parking, and we arrived quite late, but it was great – we parked right away. I had communicated with the host in advance, and they sent the parking location directly. After parking, it was just a short walk, as shown in their video. Check-in was smooth, and I'll definitely be back next time. Highly recommend!!!"

"I previously stayed at Somerset Dalian Development Zone and had a fantastic experience. It's quite rare to find a serviced apartment hotel in a provincial capital, especially one with a two-bedroom suite over 100 square meters, near a bustling commercial area and right next to a high-speed train station. This unit boasts two bedrooms, two living rooms, two bathrooms, a laundry room, and an open-plan kitchen (fully equipped with bedding and tableware). The two bedrooms are also spaced apart, providing independent and undisturbed resting spaces for two generations, while still feeling like home. The hotel offers a private cinema, a kids' club, a gym, a billiards room, a golf simulator, a relaxation terrace, meeting rooms, a spa, and more. What's particularly thoughtful and convenient is the extended self-service breakfast hours, catering to different breakfast schedules. You can rest, work, and entertain without leaving the hotel. The location is right next to a busy commercial hub. The service, from the restaurant to the guest rooms and front desk, is impeccable – warm and attentive. This will definitely be my go-to hotel next time I visit Shenyang. Just a few minor suggestions: The navigation location isn't very accurate. The hotel entrance isn't very noticeable. The interior design of the terrace is great, but the external view is a bit contrasting and the air quality isn't the best. I hope these can be improved to make the experience even better."

"I'm back to praise the owner again! I stay here when my child has classes nearby. Last time I booked a business twin room, and this time I got a room with a separate desk and lamp, which is super practical for my child's studies. The hygiene is impeccable. The owner's service is absolutely excellent, the view from the window is great, and parking is very convenient – the underground parking is capped at 20 yuan per day. I'll definitely be back!"

"I recently stayed at Yoho Hotel Apartment from January 16 to January 18, 2026, and had a very pleasant experience. The location was absolutely perfect; just a five-minute walk from the train station, making it incredibly convenient for getting around. It’s also surrounded by a great selection of restaurants and bars, which added to the enjoyment of my stay. The room was fairly clean and maintained at a comfortable temperature throughout my visit, which made for a relaxing and restful stay. While it wasn’t luxurious, it offered everything I needed for a short trip. Overall, I was satisfied with my stay and would happily choose Yoho Hotel Apartment again for future visits!"

Make sure to call or text the host when you arrive as it is a residential building and you need a key card to enter from the lobby! It was perfect for both relaxing and temporarily storing luggage, making for a very comfortable stay overall. What really stood out was the city view from our room. During the day, opening the window offered a beautiful panorama of the city's varied architecture. In the morning, we watched the street come alive with the sunrise – every snapshot felt so vibrant and authentic, truly a fantastic visual experience. The location and convenience were absolutely unbeatable. The 'Rainbow TV Tower Night Market' is right downstairs, making evening strolls and street food adventures super easy. In the morning, it transforms into a bustling morning market, ideal for grabbing breakfast and trying local snacks. What's more, the soundproofing in the room was excellent; we weren't disturbed by any noise from the market below, ensuring a peaceful and reassuring stay. Plus, the hotel is close to the subway station, making travel to attractions and other parts of the city very smooth. All in all, the convenience, comfort, and value for money were outstanding. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family room and who values a great location!"

"Our family of three adults and one child stayed in a two-bedroom suite, which was very comfortable and perfect for families. Free parking is available in the underground garage. The service exceeded our expectations; whether by phone or at the front desk, requests were always promptly addressed. They even have robots deliver items to your room, and the quality of in-room amenities like tissues was also good. The Shenyang Museum and People's Square are within walking distance. Regarding breakfast, the variety was quite simple. If you lower your expectations, you'll find that everything you need is there, and it matches the price of just over ten yuan. Cleanliness: Overall good, but there were occasional overlooked spots behind doors that could use attention."
