"This hotel's family room was such a pleasant surprise for our trip! The room was incredibly spacious, easily accommodating four people without feeling cramped. It was perfect for both relaxing and temporarily storing luggage, making for a very comfortable stay overall. What really stood out was the city view from our room. During the day, opening the window offered a beautiful panorama of the city's varied architecture. In the morning, we watched the street come alive with the sunrise – every snapshot felt so vibrant and authentic, truly a fantastic visual experience. The location and convenience were absolutely unbeatable. The 'Rainbow TV Tower Night Market' is right downstairs, making evening strolls and street food adventures super easy. In the morning, it transforms into a bustling morning market, ideal for grabbing breakfast and trying local snacks. What's more, the soundproofing in the room was excellent; we weren't disturbed by any noise from the market below, ensuring a peaceful and reassuring stay. Plus, the hotel is close to the subway station, making travel to attractions and other parts of the city very smooth. All in all, the convenience, comfort, and value for money were outstanding. I genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a family room and who values a great location!"

"Every year when I come back to Shenyang, I always book this hotel without a doubt. Each time, I choose a three-bedroom apartment, which is convenient for my husband and me, and our son and daughter to have their own space. Most of the time, I book through the official website and with Ms. Liu from sales, though occasionally I've booked on Ctrip. Regardless of the platform, I always receive excellent service. This time, I arrived at the hotel close to 11 PM. It was comforting to see the familiar smiling face of the front desk staff. After recognizing my member status, she even upgraded my room to an executive suite. There have been several times I considered booking hotels on Youth Street, but while they may seem luxurious, they're not as practical for a family like ours staying for a few days, especially with all the laundry. At Ascott Shenyang, I can wash and dry clothes every day, and the kitchen is very convenient with a refrigerator to store groceries. When I've stayed for longer periods, I've even ordered delivery from Sam's Club and cooked my own meals. I've even spent Chinese New Year here and cooked our reunion dinner myself. If I had to point out a drawback, I'd say some of the facilities could use an upgrade. For example, the speakers next to the TV are still from the DVD era; they could easily be replaced with modern, affordable, and functional Bluetooth speakers. The hotel kitchen is fully equipped with tableware and cookware, and there's a Xin Tiandi supermarket nearby to buy seasonings, plus a convenient Lawson downstairs. The only sad thing is the decline of Taiyuan Street; it was so bustling when I first came to Shenyang over 20 years ago, but now many shops have closed. While the breakfast selection isn't huge, it's sufficient, offering both Chinese and Western options. The staff in the breakfast area are all very warm and polite. Parking downstairs costs 40 yuan per day. What's more convenient now is that after registering your license plate when checking in, you don't need parking vouchers every time you leave. You just settle the total parking fee when you check out. I'm always grateful for an incident during Christmas two years ago. I fell ill when I was alone in the room, and struggled to order medicine for delivery. It was the gentleman downstairs who brought it up to me, and I started to feel better after taking it. By the time my husband and child returned, I was already much improved. I've seen him still working near the front desk during my current stay. I'll be back this summer for another long stay. "The location is great, making it super convenient to get around. The owners are incredibly friendly and really know how to make guests feel welcome. The room was spotlessly clean; I honestly think it's the cleanest hotel I've stayed in. The main reason I'd recommend it is because the owners are so responsive – any issue I had was immediately addressed without delay. With such great hygiene and service, there's no reason not to stay here. I truly hope that anyone reading this review books a stay and experiences it for themselves!"

It introduced me local eateries I wouldn't have known about. The room was clean and tidy; facilities were as advertised, and housekeeping is confirmed each day via WeChat. "We couldn’t find the hotel we went too a different building then I called the hotel number, the guy was very friendly and directed us to the right building! The room is very nice and quiet! The location too is nice everywhere we went a Didi was cheap ! A small note is the cleaning can do better! Overall We enjoyed our staying !"

"A very satisfying stay. First, let me be clear: I'm not a shill. I'm just a slightly mysophobic auntie from Beijing's Xicheng District traveling with a child. The room was exceptionally clean, surpassing many star-rated hotels. The service was friendly and always responsive to any questions I had. The cloud-shaped sofa was incredibly comfortable. Be careful choosing the 29th floor if you're afraid of heights, but the view (at night) is truly breathtaking. It's very close to the West Tower, and I recommend this place just for the food. The main entrance to the building is a bathhouse, and you enter through the side door (which was a bit disappointing upon entering; it felt average). Take the elevator to the 29th floor, where you'll find the standard hotel reception. Open the door, and you'll be amazed. A large, comfortable bed, a spacious sofa, a soft cloud-shaped sofa, and a huge TV. And the price is fantastic! This quality is unmatched, hahaha. I hope the hotel maintains this quality. I'm looking forward to visiting again and again."

The location is particularly convenient, very close to the subway, extending in all directions. Downstairs is a street in the night market~ Zhen·Downstairs! The most important thing is that the service is super intimate and responds almost in seconds. Since I arranged my schedule to Shenyang very early, I woke the boss from my dream at six o'clock. Make sure to call or text the host when you arrive as it is a residential building and you need a key card to enter from the lobby! The host was super kind and helped me throughout my stay with any issues I had or anything I was curious about! 10/10 recommend if you’re visiting this amazing city ^^"
