Guest UserI've been to Shenyang many times, and this stay at the Hilton Shenyang Shimao was excellent in all aspects. The hotel's hardware meets Hilton brand standards, the public areas are elegant, and the rooms are quiet, making it perfect for business travelers to rest and work. A special thank you to Grace at the front desk. Even though I arrived late in the evening, close to her shift change, Grace remained professional, efficiently handled my check-in, and thoroughly explained the executive lounge benefits and check-out procedures. Midway through my stay, I had a sudden change in plans and needed to adjust some of my arrangements. Grace proactively coordinated and accommodated my reasonable requests as much as possible, with smooth communication and flexible handling throughout. When I had questions, Grace was professional and confident, never compromising service quality even when busy. Good service can truly alleviate the fatigue of traveling, and Grace's actions perfectly demonstrated the high standard of service at a premium hotel, adding significant value. It's my top choice for business trips, and I look forward to staying again.

The hotel's location is convenient; there's a Lao Siji restaurant not far away. William, the front desk staff, was very attentive and nice.
The biggest flaw: the dry cleaning service! I specifically told the staff that only two spots were dirty, but when it came back, it was exactly the same as when I sent it in.

Bianselong9196I'd like to commend Yolanda at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, even when I arrived very late, and patiently guided me through nearby attractions.
The hotel is ideally located: only a 5-minute walk to the Caitang Night Market, and MixC Mall is within walking distance. Being in the city center, it's super convenient whether you're driving, taking the subway, or catching a taxi.
The accommodation itself is outstanding. Formerly a Kempinski, Accor took over and renovated it, so the environment and facilities are all new and very comfortable. The TV allows screen casting, the bathroom has excellent water pressure, and the bedding is very cozy.
Breakfast offers a fantastic variety, including many Northeastern specialties. They even have a version of 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) made with ketchup, which is worth trying.
Conclusion: Excellent value for money!

Guest UserLet's start with the positives: I always stay here when I come for concerts. It's very close to the stadium, which is super convenient. Wanda Plaza is right downstairs, and there's a snack street at night. Parking is relatively easy, and the service is great; they even upgraded my floor!
Now for the less satisfactory points: I rarely leave negative reviews, but I really have to speak up about Wanda. Compared to other hotels of the same price and caliber, I can overlook it being a bit old, given it's a 2013 hotel. But you can't have things broken! That Grohe showerhead is completely damaged and hasn't been fixed. Don't they do regular checks? Is it acceptable if only one of the two heads works?? There were no welcome fruits, and the Coke in the mini-fridge was charged... Even budget hotels costing over 300 RMB offer free Coke in the fridge... To the manager who decided to charge for it, aren't you embarrassed? Also, Ctrip, you should really check out what perks people get when booking this hotel through other platforms like 'Xianyu' (free breakfast for two, 4 PM late checkout, executive lounge access, welcome fruits) for the same price. If you don't negotiate some upgraded member benefits, everyone will just book elsewhere... It's really bad!

Anonymous UserStayed here for one night as a stopover on a longer trip. It seemed like there were a lot of business travelers. My friend recommended this place because of heavy rain; it's right off the highway and less prone to flooding compared to other areas.
The staff were all very professional and courteous, quick to address any requests. The doorman in the lobby was very friendly and greeted me proactively. My 12-year-old child received a complimentary breakfast upon check-in.
The breakfast was quite plentiful, and the wontons and 'jianbing guozi' (savory crepes) were delicious. The service staff were also very prompt in clearing tables.
Some parts of the parking lot were under renovation, but there was still plenty of space. I didn't get my license plate scanned upon entry, but the security guard proactively lifted the barrier when I checked out. The hotel's facilities are a bit dated, and the room was still quite damp, so it probably needs a few more days to air out. The slippers provided were a bit uncomfortable.
There are many dining options around the hotel, with a wide variety to choose from, all within walking distance. Overall, it's a good hotel.

Anonymous UserThe location is great, within walking distance of Shenyang North Station, and not far from Xita, Zhongjie, Shenyang Imperial Palace, September 18th Historical Museum, and Beiling Park, making it suitable for tourists. The breakfast is rich and distinctive, and the hotel staff are very enthusiastic, actively asking about guests' needs. Breakfast is served on a high floor with a nice view. The only downside is that it can get crowded during peak dining hours, so I recommend going during off-peak times.

Guest UserHuge thanks to Serena at the front desk for upgrading my room! She was so kind and thoughtful, even arranging a welcome gift for me. It included disposable mouthwash, disinfecting wipes, and a steam eye mask, which was a real lifesaver and helped me get some good sleep on the plane! The hotel room was large and spacious, and the cleanliness was excellent. While the decor might be a bit 'old-school executive,' it's incredibly practical and well-equipped – definitely a Sheraton. In the afternoon, I also visited the gym and pool. Though compact, they had everything I needed: a wide range of gym equipment and a large pool where I enjoyed a few refreshing laps. My favorite part was the lobby; the high ceilings and dome design were truly grand and created a very open and airy feel. A stroll in the garden was also lovely; the meticulously maintained lawn instantly lifted my spirits. Overall, I had a very comfortable stay. The staff were warm and welcoming, and the value for money was excellent. I'll definitely choose this hotel again next time I have an early morning flight.

Guest UserThe Westin Shenyang boasts an absolutely unbeatable location! Situated along the 'Golden Corridor' of Youth Street, it's north of the old city and south of the new. Getting to attractions like the Shenyang Imperial Palace or Zhongjie shopping street only takes about twenty minutes by taxi and costs just over ten yuan. There's a subway station right downstairs, making it incredibly convenient to reach Taiyuan Street and Xita. Plus, there's a Lawson convenience store on the first floor, perfect for grabbing snacks and drinks. Every corner of the hotel is picture-perfect, and the soundproofing in the rooms is excellent – you can't hear any outside noise. It's truly ideal for both business trips and leisure vacations!

Guest UserThe bedding at Longemont Hotel is incredibly comfortable. The front desk staff were very efficient and welcoming during check-in. They mentioned there's an upgraded room with even comfier bedding than what I booked, which I'll definitely try next time! Longemont truly lives up to its reputation as a national brand. The surrounding area has a fantastic ecosystem with endless dining options and attractions. I'll definitely be back!

Guest UserWonderful hotel in Shenyang which is located next to the highway near the BMW plant, perfect for those who prefer driving or traveling by car. This hotel is also next to an interesting ant-themed amusement park, a China-Germany street, a BMX bike & skate park, as well as a huge ecological park with a winding river & islands which makes for a breathtakingly beautiful view from the room. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated with excellent facilities including a large indoor pool, gym & a delicious breakfast buffet in the mornings. We also saw a lovely wedding event & photoshoot being held here! Special thanks to Marie & Cici for making our stay so memorable, we were very pleased with everything & would definitely recommend this hotel.
