"After my flight landed, the hotel I originally booked was really subpar, so late at night, I urgently booked the Conrad, which was the most convenient to reach on foot, and it lived up to expectations. It was clean and hygienic, and the bedding was comfortable. Although it's on a high floor in a sealed environment, the air quality was still fresh. For breakfast, some of the service staff were perfunctory and impatient, which was a big drawback! Also, having to switch elevators multiple times is not friendly for older people. Overall, it's still very good and worth recommending."

"The room was pretty standard and met expectations, but what really exceeded them was: 1. The hotel has a **delivery locker** outside, making it incredibly convenient to order takeout. You can also have the front desk send it up with a smart delivery robot. 2. The hotel's location is excellent. It's directly across from MixC shopping mall and next to Youth Park, so you're just a step away from walks, shopping, and dining. It's also not far from various attractions. 3. If you love tennis, book this hotel! There's a tennis court on the fourth floor where you can book 1-on-1 private lessons. I stayed here for three days and played tennis every single day, without wasting any time on travel."

"Let me start with the positives. The hotel environment is excellent, very close to the subway station, and the room view is great. The swimming pool and fitness area are fantastic. The front desk staff and service personnel were all very good and responsive. The robot room service was also very convenient. Now for the downsides. For a hotel at this price point, the bathroom amenities are really subpar, significantly worse than comparable hotels. Secondly, during both nights of our stay, we encountered wedding rooms on our floor. The front desk did not inform us upon check-in if we minded being on the same floor as wedding parties. In the morning, relatives of the wedding party staying in a nearby room kept opening and closing their door, creating a lot of noise. When I reported this to customer service, the hotel manager who responded actually questioned my feedback, telling me the wedding room was 'a certain distance' from mine. He used the most polite tone to say the most disrespectful things, which made me very uncomfortable. After learning there would be another wedding party on the second night, they offered to move us to a different floor. Ultimately, they resolved the issue of noise on the second night by moving the wedding party to a different floor. However, regarding the disturbance to our rest on the first night, all I got was a 'sorry.' Moreover, the security guards downstairs did nothing about the wedding car convoy; they occupied two lanes for a long time, preventing our pre-booked vehicle from entering. We had to walk to the intersection ourselves. In summary, for the same price point, I would not highly recommend this hotel, because at this price, hotels are all about the details and service."

It's just a few minutes' walk to the City Library Station on Metro Line 2, which offers easy access to Shenyang Station, Shenyang North Station, and popular attractions like Middle Street and the Shenyang Imperial Palace. Major shopping malls like MixC and Kerry Center are also right next door, making dining, shopping, and entertainment a breeze. Whether you're here for leisure or business, the location is truly hassle-free. The hotel lobby is grand and airy, with a modern, high-end design that creates a fantastic ambiance. My room was spacious and bright, and the cleanliness was impeccable, with every corner spotless. The bedding was soft and comfortable, ensuring a great night's sleep, and the soundproofing was excellent, allowing for peaceful rest. The bathroom facilities were complete, with consistent hot water and quality amenities. Plus, from my high-floor room, I could enjoy stunning night views of Shenyang – a truly satisfying stay. I want to give a special shout-out to Diana. She assisted me with check-in, and her attitude was warm, friendly, and incredibly polite. The check-in process was efficient and smooth, with no long waits. She meticulously explained the hotel's facilities, breakfast times, and offered helpful suggestions for getting around. Any questions I had were answered patiently and in detail. Her service was professional and thoughtful, and I could feel the genuine care in every detail, making me feel truly at home. From the excellent location and hardware facilities to the outstanding staff service, my entire stay was incredibly comfortable. I highly recommend this hotel whether you're visiting Shenyang for tourism or business. I'll definitely choose the Hilton Shenyang again on my next visit!"

He reached out before arrival to understand our needs and always stayed one step ahead, handling our questions and last-minute requests with calm professionalism and genuine care. If service is an art, Eric is a true artist — he writes the most touching verses during a guest's stay, and as an architect of beautiful memories, he turns ordinary service into an art form, making every encounter unforgettable. The central location, high-floor lake view, and quiet comfortable rooms were all wonderful, but it was this feeling of being truly cared for that made the trip special. We will definitely return and ask for Eric again. Highly recommended."

"The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute taxi ride (about 2 kilometers) from Middle Street, the Forbidden City, and Marshal Zhang's Mansion. The front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were all incredibly enthusiastic. We even received Hilton's homemade cookies as a welcome gift upon check-in. The front desk lady, knowing we were a family traveling together with mixed luggage, thoughtfully upgraded us to an executive floor connecting room free of charge. This allowed us to move between rooms to get our belongings without having to go out into the hallway, which was incredibly considerate and convenient! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Shenyang!"

The front desk ladies are all very proactive and enthusiastic, greeting me and directing me to the elevator as soon as they see me. The bed in the room is very soft and comfortable for sleeping. The breakfast is also good, very abundant and perfectly suits my taste."
