"The hotel is about a 35-minute taxi ride from Taoxian Airport, which is quite fast. It's next to Hang Lung Plaza on Youth Street, and People's Square Metro Line 2 is nearby. Xita Food Street and the Palace Museum are both within 5 kilometers by taxi. The doormen provide excellent service, actively helping with luggage and escorting us to our rooms. They even open the car doors for us every time we take a taxi – thumbs up! The elevators to the 88th-floor lobby are very fast. After reading reviews, I requested a non-smoking room, and the hotel patiently helped me check each room for smoke odor, which was a very good service – thumbs up to the front desk staff! We requested a twin room, and both beds were large and soft, which the kids loved. Noticing we drank a lot of water, the housekeeping auntie proactively provided extra bottled water and tea bags the next day without us even asking. Very thoughtful. I must praise the hotel's breakfast buffet! The beef noodles were so delicious; I ate them all three days of my stay. The Hongcheng pies were also super tasty 😋. Just writing this review brings back the delicious memories. Special thanks again to Elena and Clara for their service. Because of their and other hotel staff's service, we want to stay at Conrad again! A wonderful memory, and I hope the hotel continues to thrive!"

"The guy who checked me in was really unprofessional! Not friendly at all and didn't bother to explain any of the executive lounge benefits, which meant we missed out. The check-in staff are so important, they really set the tone for the whole hotel experience. On top of that, they even forgot to send the fruit platter. First, they said the room had 'do not disturb' activated, but even after I called to remind them, they still forgot. When I called a second time, they brought just one apple, one pear, and one peach – it felt incredibly perfunctory. You choose Shangri-La for the service, but this was terrible. Nobody even told us about the executive floor breakfast; I had to call and ask specifically. It then took forty minutes for the food to arrive after ordering! I was rushing for my high-speed train and barely got to eat the breakfast I wanted. Such a shame! A truly awful experience!"

"The hotel has put a lot of thought into the small details of its facilities. The gym, hallways, restaurant, and sky garden are all beautiful – truly living up to its name, 'Beautiful View Hotel'. The gym is incredibly well-equipped, and the swimming pool is large; any fitness enthusiast would be thrilled. For breakfast, as soon as you walk in, you can get free iced Americanos, and the variety of food is extensive without feeling crowded, making for a great dining experience. I also appreciate the hotel upgrading me to a suite. The room was spacious with a well-planned layout, separating the living and sleeping areas. They even have robots to deliver takeout, which was very convenient. I'll definitely stay here again on my next trip to Shenyang."

"I've been to Shenyang many times, and this stay at the Hilton Shenyang Shimao was excellent in all aspects. The hotel's hardware meets Hilton brand standards, the public areas are elegant, and the rooms are quiet, making it perfect for business travelers to rest and work. Even though I arrived late in the evening, close to her shift change, Grace remained professional, efficiently handled my check-in, and thoroughly explained the executive lounge benefits and check-out procedures. Midway through my stay, I had a sudden change in plans and needed to adjust some of my arrangements. Grace proactively coordinated and accommodated my reasonable requests as much as possible, with smooth communication and flexible handling throughout. When I had questions, Grace was professional and confident, never compromising service quality even when busy. Good service can truly alleviate the fatigue of traveling, and Grace's actions perfectly demonstrated the high standard of service at a premium hotel, adding significant value. It's my top choice for business trips, and I look forward to staying again."

"After checking out from the Conrad, I moved to the Grand Hyatt Shenyang on the same day and was immediately impressed by its superb location! Downstairs is the MixC shopping mall, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Getting around and finding food was a breeze. I also happened to notice the Northeastern cuisine restaurant inside the hotel when taking the elevator, and the authentic taste was surprisingly amazing – highly recommended! The hotpot restaurant opposite the hotel was equally outstanding and worth a try. The hotel service was absolutely impeccable. I especially want to commend Dino, who was professional, thoughtful, and amiable. His gentle and kind demeanor, combined with his good looks and excellent service, really made my stay. The room type he arranged for me was fantastic, and my overall impression of him was through the roof! The hotel's swimming pool is spacious and grand, and the changing rooms are equipped with a sauna. The sauna room itself is open and not cramped, making it very comfortable to use. Breakfast maintained the consistent high standard of the Hyatt brand; the bread station was a highlight, and the quality of other dishes was solid. The overall experience far exceeded that of comparable Hilton hotels. All in all, staying at the Grand Hyatt in Shenyang will definitely not disappoint. While it may not be the tallest or most expensive hotel in the city, it excels in its thoughtful and worry-free approach, full of little details that made my entire stay comfortable and refreshing. I would choose to stay here again on my next visit!"

"I'd like to commend Yolanda at the front desk. She was incredibly warm and enthusiastic, even when I arrived very late, and patiently guided me through nearby attractions. The hotel is ideally located: only a 5-minute walk to the Caitang Night Market, and MixC Mall is within walking distance. Being in the city center, it's super convenient whether you're driving, taking the subway, or catching a taxi. The accommodation itself is outstanding. Formerly a Kempinski, Accor took over and renovated it, so the environment and facilities are all new and very comfortable. The TV allows screen casting, the bathroom has excellent water pressure, and the bedding is very cozy. Breakfast offers a fantastic variety, including many Northeastern specialties. They even have a version of 'Guo Bao Rou' (sweet and sour pork) made with ketchup, which is worth trying. Conclusion: Excellent value for money!"

The breakfast offered a rich variety, including local Northeastern specialties, hot dishes, pastries, and beverages, all served in a clean dining environment. "The hotel's location is excellent, just a 10-minute taxi ride (about 2 kilometers) from Middle Street, the Forbidden City, and Marshal Zhang's Mansion. The front desk staff and the housekeeping aunties were all incredibly enthusiastic. We even received Hilton's homemade cookies as a welcome gift upon check-in. The front desk lady, knowing we were a family traveling together with mixed luggage, thoughtfully upgraded us to an executive floor connecting room free of charge. This allowed us to move between rooms to get our belongings without having to go out into the hallway, which was incredibly considerate and convenient! We'll definitely choose this hotel again next time we visit Shenyang!"

"Unexpectedly, the highlight of our trip to Shenyang was the hotel. The front desk staff, upon hearing that a family member had mobility issues, went out of their way to find us a more suitable room. "I chose to stay at the Longemont Hotel Shenyang, and it was a really comfortable experience. The hotel is upscale and grand, with clean and cozy rooms. The front desk staff was very efficient and professional, which reduced my waiting time at check-in. Plus, there are many cultural and tourism attractions nearby, and the hotel's amenities are excellent, really anticipating guests' needs.
