The room is not very spacious. It is considered below average among the Lavande hotels I have stayed in. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and has many parking spaces. There is no tea or fruit at the lobby front desk. The breakfast of 38 yuan per person is not very cost-effective. There are many restaurants in the area, which is very convenient.

The location is fantastic! It's only a 5-minute walk to the Shenyang Imperial Palace, and Wanghouyuan is also nearby. Getting a taxi is super convenient! The room is huge with well-defined functional areas: a hanging area for clothes, a kitchen area, a living room area, and a very spacious bathroom area. The bathtub is also large (though there aren't disposable bath liners, so I recommend bringing your own). My daughter and I had a wonderfully relaxing bath at night. The bedding is comfortable, but do note that the twin beds cannot be pushed together. There's plenty of space to open luggage without feeling cramped! However, I did notice a few things that could be improved: 1. Courier deliveries can come directly to the door upstairs, which made me feel a bit concerned about security. 2. The water quality was very poor; as you can see in the picture, the water ran yellow, which scared me! 3. The door rubs against the floor, making a loud noise. Despite that, the soundproofing is exceptional! Our room was right next to the elevator, but we couldn't hear the elevator, any noise from the hallway, or street noise. This level of quiet is something even chain hotels can't achieve, so we had an amazing night's sleep! If I come back, I'll definitely choose this place again.

To be honest, there was still a little bit of a comment before booking, and I found that I was completely worried after I checked in. Whether it is the efficiency of check-in or the meticulousness of room service, it makes people feel at home. It is my luck to be able to live in such a hotel at this price. I wish the boss a prosperous business and look forward to seeing you next time.

The location is fantastic for getting around, especially if you're going to the Olympic Sports Center Stadium. You can just walk there, which is super convenient for concerts – no need to leave super early! It saved a lot of time. The whole place was clean and tidy. They even thoughtfuly provided seat cushions, cool wet wipes, and mosquito repellent stickers for the concert-goers. I'll definitely stay here again next time I come for a concert.

Guest UserTraveling with seniors, the hotel floors are level, so there's no need to frequently climb stairs when going in and out, making it easy for older guests to get around. Pharmacies and large supermarkets are very close by, making it convenient to buy daily necessities. The indoor lighting is soft and not harsh on the eyes, and the mattress is on the softer side, which is great for seniors with back and leg discomfort. The bathroom was meticulously cleaned, with no standing water on the floor, and the toiletries were mild and non-irritating to the skin. The front desk patiently informed us about nearby medical facilities and places to walk. Any small issues we had were quickly resolved by the staff. Overall, it's quiet and livable, perfect for a family trip.

Guest UserNo windows, I was cooped up in a stuffy, enclosed space for two days. They said I could switch rooms for an extra 30 per night, then later offered 25 per night. We tried to process the refund and payment twice, but it never went through. It was truly unprofessional. The lack of a window in the room was also vaguely mentioned during booking. Such a crucial issue like having no window should be clearly stated, not just vaguely implied as 'might not have a window.' And in the windowless room, the air conditioning blew out a musty smell – just imagine that... Everything else was great though; breakfast was quite varied, and the location was excellent for getting around.

This was my first stay at an Ibis hotel, and I'm already looking forward to my next one!
We stayed in a family room with two breakfasts included at the Ibis Shenyang North Railway Station South Square. The staff kindly helped us out with a third breakfast, but I do think family rooms should ideally come with three breakfast options, especially for families with older children. The room itself was spacious and clean, and the facilities were decent, though a few items showed some wear and could be updated.
The restaurant area was a good size with plenty of tables and chairs. We went later in the morning so didn't encounter any queues. Staff were prompt in refilling food and clearing tables, and they even reminded guests before closing time.
The hotel sign at the entrance is prominent and easy to spot. Check-in was efficient at the front desk on the first floor. The staff explained the breakfast times and location, but didn't mention the laundry room, which I discovered later near the elevators. There's also a glass cabinet on the first floor selling daily necessities and snacks, all clearly priced.
Overall, it was a good experience. Keep up the great work! 💪

The service at Magnolia Hotel is truly outstanding! I arrived late at night from Xiamen, and the front desk staff was still incredibly warm and attentive. They even upgraded our room for free, which immediately left a great impression. There was only one chair in the room initially, but after a quick call to the front desk, they promptly brought another one – their response time was super efficient! When my husband injured his leg and we needed a late check-out, we asked about the extra cost, but they extended it for free. Their service attitude was consistently excellent. I first stayed here 20 years ago when the hotel just opened, and even then, I had a great experience and recommended it to many friends. This stay has only reaffirmed its quality. A huge shout-out to the front desk staff!

The location is very good for a transit layover due to its location right next to the train station. Our ”skylight” room had a terrible air circulation and a bad room layout. The bed was good. I could shower for 3 minutes before the shower floor would flood and iwater would enter the room. Overall not very impressed. The international Ibis brand was upgraded a few years ago but don't let the wineglasses next to the reception fool you, the”red” Ibis brand remains a rock bottom budget hotel hardly ever worth of its 3 star rating. This property is no exception

Chan JKI boarded a taxi from the railway station, the driver not really know where's this hotel. Upon reaching the hotel is rather late and when I stepped into the hotel around 11pm plus, there's no one at the counter. My stay was at the 4 floor whereby now is under renovation, surprisingly there's no notice from the hotel to inform that. Overall I happy satisfied with my one night stay. The room wall both lights was not secured By the way, I am happy with the breakfast and the service staff at the breakfast area. Still have room to improve, if you ask me would I recommend to friends, my answer is ”YES”
