GGuest UserThe room is not very spacious. It is considered below average among the Lavande hotels I have stayed in. It has its own parking lot, which is convenient and has many parking spaces. There is no tea or fruit at the lobby front desk. The breakfast of 38 yuan per person is not very cost-effective. There are many restaurants in the area, which is very convenient.

GGuest UserWe had a delightful stay at Shenyang Place Hotel. The room overlooked the street and was extremely spacious and comfortable. For such a convenient location - just a short walk to the Imperial Palace as well as Zhongjie Walking Street and plenty of restaurant choices- it was quiet and peaceful at night and very soundproof from guests in adjacent rooms. The buffet breakfast offered a range of options but the wonton soup won out each morning for us. We also enjoyed a drink in the Goose and Dog bar just downstairs. Be sure to check out the range of aircraft related items in the back. All staff in both the hotel and bar were thoughtful and helpful responding quickly and efficiently to questions. We caught the metro from the airport and would note that even though Exit B is closer only Exit A at Huaiyuanmen Station has an elevator to get up to street level. Would definitely stay here again.

GGuest UserStayed here for a business trip. The hygiene was pretty good! Service was on par with or even better than similar hotels. The location is great, right next to Wanda Plaza with lots of restaurants nearby. The facilities are quite new, and the linens were clean.

AAnonymous UserMy overall experience at this hotel far exceeded my expectations. The location is incredibly convenient; it's just a few minutes' walk to the bus stop, and there are convenience stores, local eateries, and snack shops all along the street, so you don't have to go out of your way for transportation or meals. The guest rooms are deep-cleaned daily, with every corner, including bathroom nooks, spotless. After airing out the room, there was no stuffiness or dampness, and the soft bedding quickly helped relieve my travel fatigue. The front desk staff were warm and courteous, making the check-in and check-out process efficient. Online requests were also followed up on promptly. The self-service breakfast offered a wide variety of options. Overall, it offers excellent value for money. I highly recommend it for both short trips and temporary layovers.

GGodwin MakWe enjoyed our stay at the hotel. For most of our travel in China, we choose Ji hotels. What we found a bit unusual was the receptionist lady asked how much we had paid for our stay when checking in. Maybe it's their way to decide what room type to allocate?! Anyway, the hotel is super convenient, less than 1 minute from the pedestrian street and located in a quiet street.

VVivien PuaTruly impressed by the warm and friendly service throughout our stay. The staff helped us store our luggage while we travelled out of the city and everything was kept safe and ready when we returned. We also enjoyed the free-flow tea and refreshing plum juice offered at the reception, a thoughtful touch after a long day. Right beside the reception, there’s a lovely gathering space that was perfect for our big family to relax and spend time together. A thoughtful, welcoming experience all around!

__WeChat269918****The service at Magnolia Hotel is truly outstanding! I arrived late at night from Xiamen, and the front desk staff was still incredibly warm and attentive. They even upgraded our room for free, which immediately left a great impression. There was only one chair in the room initially, but after a quick call to the front desk, they promptly brought another one – their response time was super efficient! When my husband injured his leg and we needed a late check-out, we asked about the extra cost, but they extended it for free. Their service attitude was consistently excellent. I first stayed here 20 years ago when the hotel just opened, and even then, I had a great experience and recommended it to many friends. This stay has only reaffirmed its quality. A huge shout-out to the front desk staff!

BBlade.around.the.worldThe location is very good for a transit layover due to its location right next to the train station. Our ”skylight” room had a terrible air circulation and a bad room layout. The bed was good. I could shower for 3 minutes before the shower floor would flood and iwater would enter the room. Overall not very impressed. The international Ibis brand was upgraded a few years ago but don't let the wineglasses next to the reception fool you, the”red” Ibis brand remains a rock bottom budget hotel hardly ever worth of its 3 star rating. This property is no exception

GGuest UserEvery time I visit Shenyang, I stay here. The location is absolutely unbeatable, right next to Shenyang North Station and a subway entrance. Grabbing a coffee from Luckin downstairs in the morning and heading to Huigong Night Market for a late-night snack in the evening makes for a perfect day! The front desk staff are always so welcoming and warm; they even remember my preferences, which makes me feel truly valued. Being so close to the night market, plus the incredible value for money and service, makes this place top-tier! The front desk's service is impeccable – friendly and attentive without being overbearing.

CChan JKI boarded a taxi from the railway station, the driver not really know where's this hotel. Upon reaching the hotel is rather late and when I stepped into the hotel around 11pm plus, there's no one at the counter. My stay was at the 4 floor whereby now is under renovation, surprisingly there's no notice from the hotel to inform that. Overall I happy satisfied with my one night stay. The room wall both lights was not secured By the way, I am happy with the breakfast and the service staff at the breakfast area. Still have room to improve, if you ask me would I recommend to friends, my answer is ”YES”
