Cons:
-We put up the Do Not Disturb sign (and tripled checked it) because we had done laundry, and the room was disorganized and had personal items hang drying. They came and cleaned our room and removed the sign.
-We had a packaged delivered to the hotel and showed them the tracking info on the Chinese receipt. They brought us the wrong package and then tried to tell us ours was delivered to the wrong hotel. Another guest helped translate and then they called the number on the tracking receipt. The receipt had the name of the employee at their hotel that signed for the package, which we tried to point out. After the phone call. They went and brought out my package. It had the tracking number clearly displayed so I'm really not sure why they couldn't originally find it.
-we checked out and were waiting in the lobby until we could go to the airport. My partner asked if there was a bathroom she could use. They told us they dont have a public bathroom and wouldn't let her go up to the floor with the bathrooms...after we just spent a lot of money at their hotel. It was pretty shocking after staying at many hotels much more friendly.
-the location wasn't terrible but there were no sidewalks and lots of barriers up so it was hard to get our luggage to the hotel.
Overall, we would not stay at this hotel again.

The hotel's location is a huge plus, just a few minutes' walk to the subway station, making commutes to major business districts incredibly efficient. tt and yuka handled my check-in and check-out swiftly and efficiently. The front desk proactively upgraded me to a higher floor and even kindly helped me print and bind my business documents. The room was impeccably clean, and the bedding was soft and skin-friendly, ensuring a restful night's sleep. The window's soundproofing was excellent, completely blocking out any external noise. The ample charging ports by the bed and the fast, stable Wi-Fi met all my business work needs, and the 24-hour gym allowed me to maintain my fitness routine even while on a business trip. The breakfast spread was extensive and fresh, featuring freshly ground coffee, made-to-order wontons, and even healthy, low-fat options, balancing both taste and wellness. The fact that it's served until 10:30 AM is a godsend for late risers. From the hardware facilities to the service details, everything reflects the high standards of an international brand. I'll definitely choose this hotel again for my next business trip! Five-star rating!

GGuest UserThe Shenyang Central Hotel is conveniently located very close to Shenyang North Station, making it easy for both check-in and getting around. The room was clean and tidy, with bright windows, and a very soft bed. The dry and wet separation design in the bathroom was a thoughtful touch; the floor stayed dry after showering with no water pooling. What stood out the most was the complimentary afternoon tea served from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM – sitting by the window enjoying some snacks was really pleasant. The hotel also provided free foot bath tubs and foot soak packets, which were a lifesaver after a long day of exploring, instantly melting away fatigue. Plus, the front desk staff were incredibly efficient with both check-in and check-out, and their service attitude was very warm. These small details added a lot of warmth to my trip. I'll definitely choose Shenyang Central Hotel again on my next visit to Shenyang; it truly is a great quality hotel.

SSumi BeenThe front desk staff were really nice — very friendly and polite. The room was very big and spacious. Not only was there a washing machine, but also a large refrigerator.
Both of us were very satisfied with our stay.
As for breakfast, it was quite varied, with both Western and Chinese options, and we were able to eat very well.
Most importantly, since we arrived early, they allowed us to check in early, which was really great.

I didn't even want to check out after staying here! It's just a 5-minute walk to Olympic Sports Center Subway Station, making it super convenient to get to Zhongjie Street, the Imperial Palace, Xiaoheyan Morning Market, and the TV Tower. The Hunnan Bund Market is right next to the hotel, and strolling through it after dinner in the evening is simply delightful.
The room was spacious and bright. Lying on the bed, you can enjoy the city views during the day and the illuminated nightscape in the evening. The floor-to-ceiling windows offer a clear and expansive view, perfect for taking photos!
The hotel also has a 24-hour free gym and a self-service laundry room. From 7 AM to 11 AM, there's a buffet breakfast, perfect for late risers, with a rich variety of options that immediately impressed me upon entering.
After dropping off our belongings at the hotel, we headed straight to the TV Tower Night Market! There were so many dazzling snacks, and the chicken skewers made me fall in love with Shenyang forever!

GGuest UserEverything was perfect except for the slightly distant free parking and the somewhat inconvenient elevators. It offers great value for money. The room was spacious, and the staff were excellent, fulfilling almost all our requests. They even gave a small toy to our baby. Breakfast was also good, with a wide variety and delicious taste. It's also very close to Cheong Wa Dae, just a short and cheap taxi ride away.

DDupiSpent New Year's Eve in Shenyang with my family, and this hotel was perfectly located right next to Zhongjie. It's just a three-minute walk from the subway exit, making transportation incredibly convenient. There are tons of dining options nearby, including some famous old establishments, and many attractions are within walking distance. All in all, for anyone wanting to stay near Zhongjie and explore the surrounding sights, this hotel is highly recommended and left us very satisfied. It's definitely a much better choice than those ridiculously overpriced, run-down chain hotels.
