"The hotel is located right in the ancient town, so the location is absolutely fantastic. It's really close to attractions like Qinglong Cave, the Museum, Zhusheng Bridge, and Mi Matou. We drove there, and the owner contacted us in advance to have us park our car in their designated parking lot. Then, a staff member came to pick us up in an electric cart to take us into the ancient town. The room was very new, spacious, and clean! Highly recommended!"

"A very comfortable B&B 🌿 They arranged a shuttle service from the bus station, taking us by taxi to the intersection, then switching to a cute little electric cart that took us all the way to the B&B 🛺 No need to worry about luggage at all. What I loved most was the view from the room; it overlooked the river, and the scenery was truly beautiful 😍 The B&B also has a viewing deck on the rooftop, where you can admire the surrounding landscape from different angles, feel the breeze, enjoy the view, and just relax for a bit~ The room I booked also included breakfast + afternoon tea ☕🍰 The room was equipped with a small washing machine and a bathtub for a relaxing soak 🛀🏻, making the stay convenient and comfortable. From the shuttle service and accommodation to the scenery, everything was thoughtfully arranged. Overall, it was a very relaxing and enjoyable stay 🤍"

"I can’t say enough how good this place was. This city is not easy to get to or get out of. and sometimes you need help from innkeeper staff but true Guizhou hospitality shines here. These people. go out of your way and you almost feel like your family to them. In fact, these people treat me better than my family. The breakfast is so good. It is not a giant buffet or anything, but a made to order masterpiece. The mien tiao noodles are awesome and will get your day off to a good start and wanting a 2nd portion. "I don't usually write reviews, but my stay at Shanheshi Guesthouse during this Zhenyuan trip was truly amazing. The building was once Mr. Shu Wanling's old soy sauce factory, so it naturally carries the profound historical charm of the ancient town. The guesthouse's spaces are elegant, with exquisite floral arrangements everywhere, creating a warm and healing atmosphere. The rooftop terrace is the highlight, offering panoramic views of the ancient town. The 'influencer' street sign is perfect for photos, and waiting for dusk to fall in the evening, the scenery is breathtaking. It's a rare pet-friendly guesthouse, so you can comfortably bring your dog along. The staff were warmly enthusiastic and proactively shared local travel tips; their service felt natural and unforced. The location is excellent, making it very convenient to enter and exit the ancient town. Away from the hustle and bustle of the streets, yet surrounded by beautiful mountain and river scenery, it's perfect for settling down and experiencing Zhenyuan. I will definitely choose this place again on my next visit!"

"After a week-long trip in Guizhou, Jiangshanji was by far my favorite guesthouse. What surprised me most was how its quality and standardized management almost rivaled that of a brand-name hotel 🏨. The details that particularly impressed me were the slippers 🩴, which were on par with JW Marriott's quality. Also, placing a packet of laundry detergent in the bathroom for guests to wash their delicates was a very thoughtful touch. While welcome fruit, a minibar, a coffee machine, and a Dyson hairdryer are common in many guesthouses, the laundry room featuring a full set of Casarte appliances clearly shows the owner's commitment to quality. The guesthouse is beautiful and picture-perfect, and the breakfast is delicious—it's almost impossible to find fault with anything. Finally, I have to commend the guesthouse's service. The housekeeper reminded guests that there were complimentary drinks available on the terrace at night, perfect for enjoying Zhenyuan's night view. Additionally, after our clothes were done in the self-service laundry room, the housekeeper proactively notified us and even asked if we needed help with drying and delivery, which was incredibly considerate 🥹. 🅿️ The guesthouse also has a partnered parking lot, making it convenient for those driving. Every time we entered or left the guesthouse, the staff greeted us with genuine warmth. The service details were absolutely impeccable. If I ever come back to Zhenyuan, Jiangshanji will definitely be my first choice. 💗💗💗"

"The room was very clean and well-equipped with disposable items like toilet seat covers and bathtub liners. The view was amazing, offering different sights during the day and night. Most importantly, the owner and the front desk lady were incredibly nice. They helped us reserve a parking spot beforehand; without their assistance, parking would have been very difficult. Definitely a five-star review!"

"I gladly extended my stay for another day. The hotel boasts an excellent location right by Xindabridge, making it incredibly convenient to get around. As a 5A-rated scenic area, Zhenyuan Ancient Town is far superior to Xijiang Qianhu Miao Village (a 4A spot), especially regarding its management!"

"Okay so for anyone that need a great place for healing or just enjoying the peace, guys please come to zhenyuan 😭😭😭! 1. Location Okay to be honest this place is a little bit far from the railway station but who cares?!!!! ITS SOOOOO PRETTY AND AMAZING WITH THE MOUNTAINS AND RIVER VIEWWWW 😭😭😭😭 (I CANT MOVE ON FROM THIS PLACE) + So from the railway station,you can just ride a taxi or just give a chance to ride the wooden bus,it's soooo amazing hahahaha it's new to me,but its soo fun! (Check for the bus number 3 or 1 or 2) + The location is literally nearby the amazing cave so you can just chilling around while having a morning walk nearby! + For Muslims, I'm sorry but you really need to be redho as it's kinda hard to find halal food here,and our alternative is only by cooking eggs and eating bread and kiwis which is not bad tho! But you can find tons of seafood meal around the area(but both of us were too lazy to ask for the ingredients of the food so we just play safe and eat fruits(healthy diet haha) 2.Room Should I even say how amazing the view?!!!! It's sooooo nearby the famous bridge and night time? Oh god we even have a photoshoots at our balcony (cause the view is sooo crazy) + The room is sooo cozyy and the toilet have bidet! (Just someone come from a country that have bidet hahaha) + The balcony is everything! We had a sandwich and sipping some tea while looking at the amazing view,oh god it's sooo precious 3. Service!!!! + The laoban and his wife is soooo sweet😭😭😭 I want to cry! They are so helpful and his wife even gave us fruits to munch while we were walking huaaaaaa so sweet😭😭😭 love youuuu! + We arrived at the hotel and need to use the stair (we got the 3rd floor) but the laoban help us with our dang heavy luggage,so thankful!! + At our last day,he help to sent us to the nearby area and book a taxi for us,I'm so greatful for the help and kindness!"

It's right by the river, offering a river view, and close to Zhusheng Bridge, with many local snacks nearby. The boss and the front desk staff are very friendly, warm, and attentive. They also provide a pick-up and drop-off service with a small electric tricycle. I highly recommend staying here."
