"Had a fantastic stay! The hotel is located right in the old town, which is great. We arrived during the day so we could drive our car right in, then a staff member helped us take it to a nearby parking lot. Just a heads up, there's traffic control after 2 PM, so private cars aren't allowed inside then. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. Opening the window, you get a breathtaking view of the bridge. Our room even had a bathtub, so we could soak and enjoy the night view!"

The service was excellent too. Being right by the river was great for evening strolls. The owner at the front desk was very welcoming and even helped us find some delicious local restaurants. "The location is superb, right in the scenic area, specifically next to the Zhenyuan Museum. It's a 10-minute walk to Zhusheng Bridge and a 15-minute walk to Qinglong Cave. Built along the river, the room's balcony opens directly onto the Wuyang River. Everything is great, except for one drawback, a common problem with all guesthouses: poor soundproofing. I drifted off to sleep to the sound of loud noises outside."

"The biggest advantage of this hotel is its location. The guest room balconies and rooftop terrace directly face Zhusheng Bridge and Qinglong Cave, making it probably the best-situated guesthouse in the entire ancient town for scenic views. The overall design is excellent, with spacious common areas, making you almost reluctant to leave the hotel. The service is also very thoughtful; they contact you in advance to provide check-in information and arrange parking and electric car transfers. Breakfast is a set menu and very well prepared. Highly recommended."

"The location is fantastic, right in the pedestrian street with plenty of restaurants downstairs and shopping nearby. If you're driving, it's a bit less convenient as there's a one-way section, and the parking lot is under the hotel. The hotel service is excellent – warm, attentive, and quick to respond. There's a platform by the river with several tables and chairs, perfect for having tea and enjoying the night view. The room itself wasn't very big, and I felt the cleanliness could have been better. There was a faint smell of urine in the room, and I couldn't figure out where it was coming from."

"I can’t say enough how good this place was. This city is not easy to get to or get out of. and sometimes you need help from innkeeper staff but true Guizhou hospitality shines here. These people. go out of your way and you almost feel like your family to them. In fact, these people treat me better than my family. The breakfast is so good. It is not a giant buffet or anything, but a made to order masterpiece. The mien tiao noodles are awesome and will get your day off to a good start and wanting a 2nd portion. Qián Tái hé zǎo cān ā yí fú wù fēi cháng bàng, tuī jiàn."

"Great value! The location is ideal. Any closer to the bridge and you don’t get the full view of it. It’s also in the quieter and scenic side of the bridge, which to me is a huge plus. And if you want the nightlife and the music of just walk 5-7 minutes into town. The room was small, but the amazing balcony made up for it. I must have sat out there for 2 hours just soaking up the view. The staff were nice and responsive. Picked me up from the parking lot and helped my luggage up 5 floors! Certainly you will find more upscale places, but they will generally be at least 200 RMB or $30 more. I think the price to performance ratio is good for Zhenyuan."
