Traveling by car, the front desk staff helped me park it for free. I didn't even have to touch my luggage; the front desk brought it all to my room. The room was super clean, with all smart facilities, and a really comfortable balcony overlooking the river. In the evening, I enjoyed the river breeze, had a cigarette, and savored the unique charm of the ancient town. The room also had a hot spring bath, so I bought a bath bomb and had a really relaxing soak. The bed was incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows! It's clear the owner is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about their guests. In the morning, the owner invited us to tea and explained the history and attractions of the ancient town. The owner is clearly very passionate about their hometown and a perfectionist. It felt like I was treated like an old friend here. Highly recommend!

The location of the homestay is very convenient, and you can reach various attractions within a few minutes' walk. I am most satisfied with the hygiene. The room is clean and comfortable, with good lighting, and the details of the bed are also well done. Especially the warm reception of the landlord. When we arrived, the landlord personally greeted us and introduced the tourist attractions and food recommendations in Zhenyuan in detail. Later, whether answering questions or providing help, the landlord was very patient, very good! u1s1, the night view is really good, I recommend friends who come to play to go out and visit the night view at night

The butler service was excellent, very responsive, and always ready to help. The cleanliness was top-notch, though there were quite a few mosquitoes, and I got several bites. They helped carry my luggage to the room. When I checked out, they moved my luggage from the room to the door. It would have been absolutely perfect if they could have also helped move the luggage from the door to the car. That would have provided a truly complete and satisfying experience from start to finish.

This river-view room is fantastic, right next to Zhusheng Bridge – a prime spot! Don't let the guesthouse's small facade fool you; the rooms are fully equipped, clean, tidy, and comfortable. Qinglong Cave is just across the river. Within a two-minute walk, you'll find scenic spots, supermarkets, restaurants, breakfast places, and local specialty shops – super convenient! The owner is warm and down-to-earth. He even picked us up from outside town and arranged free parking for my car in his garage, helping us with our luggage. It was incredibly thoughtful and heartwarming. We had a wonderful time in Zhenyuan Ancient Town, and this guesthouse, 'Zhuimeng Shuixie,' was definitely a big part of that great experience. Great value! The location is ideal. Any closer to the bridge and you don’t get the full view of it. It’s also in the quieter and scenic side of the bridge, which to me is a huge plus. And if you want the nightlife and the music of just walk 5-7 minutes into town. The room was small, but the amazing balcony made up for it. I must have sat out there for 2 hours just soaking up the view. The staff were nice and responsive. Picked me up from the parking lot and helped my luggage up 5 floors! Certainly you will find more upscale places, but they will generally be at least 200 RMB or $30 more. I think the price to performance ratio is good for Zhenyuan.

The hotel room was the best of my entire Yunnan-Guizhou trip. It was very close to the bustling ancient street, making it convenient for dining. From the room, I could see the river and bridge, giving it a bit of a Fenghuang feel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. They even provided snacks and drinks. The owner called me in advance to send me his location and came to pick me up at the intersection. I'll definitely come back next time.

Stayed here for one night with the kids, and they absolutely loved it! As soon as we opened the curtains, we were greeted with a fantastic river view – super spacious and unbeatable. The service was excellent too. Being right by the river was great for evening strolls. The owner at the front desk was very welcoming and even helped us find some delicious local restaurants. The room was quiet at night, ensuring a great night's sleep. Fantastic value for money, highly recommend!

This riverside hotel is incredibly quiet, clean, and cozy. The views from the balcony are absolutely stunning, especially the breathtaking night scene. It's only a two-minute walk to the Old Town Pedestrian Street, which is super convenient. Qinglong Cave Scenic Area is directly across from the balcony, just a short walk over a bridge, making it very accessible.

This homestay is located right at the opposite of Qinglong Cave. From the balcony, we have a closeup view of the Zhusheng Bridge, day and night. We kept the curtain open the entire time as the view is absolutely beautiful. Thank you to the homestay owner who is very friendly and easy to talk to. She picked us up with her cute mini 'car' from the main street as we had 2 heavy luggages. We called her using the free Internet call feature from Trip.com as we didn't have a local phone number. Apparently, the main ancient city street is closed off from cars at certain hours of the day. She was also helpful to contact the taxi driver to send us to the train station on our departure day. There is no Didi service in Zhenyuan city so we had to rely on the local taxi. It's a fuss-free homestay of which we enjoyed very much. Clean, hot shower, comfortable bedding, usual hotel amenities and the absolutely beautiful view from the balcony.

This hotel is located right in the heart of the old town. While the rooms are a bit dated, they are clean and tidy. The front desk staff were incredibly warm and helpful, even giving us a complimentary room upgrade. There are plenty of dining options nearby. All in all, it's great value for money, and I'd definitely choose to stay here again next time I'm in town.
