Traveling by car, the front desk staff helped me park it for free. I didn't even have to touch my luggage; the front desk brought it all to my room. The room was super clean, with all smart facilities, and a really comfortable balcony overlooking the river. In the evening, I enjoyed the river breeze, had a cigarette, and savored the unique charm of the ancient town. The room also had a hot spring bath, so I bought a bath bomb and had a really relaxing soak. The bed was incredibly comfortable, especially the pillows! It's clear the owner is very thoughtful and genuinely cares about their guests. In the morning, the owner invited us to tea and explained the history and attractions of the ancient town. The owner is clearly very passionate about their hometown and a perfectionist. It felt like I was treated like an old friend here. Highly recommend!

The location of the homestay is very convenient, and you can reach various attractions within a few minutes' walk. I am most satisfied with the hygiene. The room is clean and comfortable, with good lighting, and the details of the bed are also well done. Especially the warm reception of the landlord. When we arrived, the landlord personally greeted us and introduced the tourist attractions and food recommendations in Zhenyuan in detail. Pushing open that door was like stepping into another world. Every corner showed thoughtful care, with no excessive, flashy decorations, but rather a clean, comfortable quality. Time here seemed to slow down. Even more important was the moment I opened the window – that view instantly made me forget the fatigue of travel. Distant mountains were like painted eyebrows, and nearby waters hazy with mist. Whether it was dawn or dusk, the window frame was like a natural picture frame, and every glance was healing. But what truly made it hard to leave was the 'human touch' here. Every staff member was attentive and warm, and the service was absolutely top-notch. A greeting, a reminder – each made a warm wave ripple through my heart. I'll definitely be back.

Great value! The location is ideal. Any closer to the bridge and you don’t get the full view of it. It’s also in the quieter and scenic side of the bridge, which to me is a huge plus. And if you want the nightlife and the music of just walk 5-7 minutes into town. The room was small, but the amazing balcony made up for it. I must have sat out there for 2 hours just soaking up the view. The staff were nice and responsive. Picked me up from the parking lot and helped my luggage up 5 floors! Certainly you will find more upscale places, but they will generally be at least 200 RMB or $30 more. I think the price to performance ratio is good for Zhenyuan.

The hotel room was the best of my entire Yunnan-Guizhou trip. It was very close to the bustling ancient street, making it convenient for dining. From the room, I could see the river and bridge, giving it a bit of a Fenghuang feel. The room was spacious, well-equipped, and clean. They even provided snacks and drinks. The owner called me in advance to send me his location and came to pick me up at the intersection. I'll definitely come back next time.

The owner upgraded our room for free, and the night view of Zhusheng Bridge from the balcony was stunning, though it unfortunately rained on and off the day we arrived and the next. The owner also called ahead to let us know about the traffic restrictions in the ancient town after 2 PM, where only tourist minibuses are allowed. They provided directions for catching the minibuses, recommended sights in the old town, and suggested places to eat. They even helped us with our luggage.

The owner was incredibly warm and welcoming, personally picking us up at a designated spot and dropping us off at a convenient location for transport when we left. The hotel has a very pleasant environment. It features a balcony overlooking the river, offering beautiful night views. Located within the scenic area, it's very close to all the attractions. I highly recommend staying here. Right opposite the hotel entrance, there's also a breakfast shop offering delicious and affordable options.

This homestay is located right at the opposite of Qinglong Cave. From the balcony, we have a closeup view of the Zhusheng Bridge, day and night. We kept the curtain open the entire time as the view is absolutely beautiful. Thank you to the homestay owner who is very friendly and easy to talk to. She picked us up with her cute mini 'car' from the main street as we had 2 heavy luggages. We called her using the free Internet call feature from Trip.com as we didn't have a local phone number. Apparently, the main ancient city street is closed off from cars at certain hours of the day. She was also helpful to contact the taxi driver to send us to the train station on our departure day. There is no Didi service in Zhenyuan city so we had to rely on the local taxi. It's a fuss-free homestay of which we enjoyed very much. Clean, hot shower, comfortable bedding, usual hotel amenities and the absolutely beautiful view from the balcony.

The nearest parking lot is three or four hundred meters from the hotel. Bus 1,4 is at the entrance of the hotel, convenient for travel The only thing is that there is no elevator, it is a bit difficult to climb to the top floor with luggage, and everything else is very good.
