"My new home away from home. I needed a weekend treat since my kitchen was being renovated. Ayers Suites in Diamond Bar is the place to be for quiet, clean, and safe property. Great location, near several good restaurants for dinner and essentials. The yummy breakfast is included, plenty of parking, spacious rooms, and a comfy bed. The pool and jacuzzi are what the doctor ordered! The staff, Sylvia, Brianna, and the gentleman at the front desk, were friendly and accommodating. I hope to return soon. I did not want to leave!"

"Huge thanks to the housekeeper who cleaned room 225 on June 19th! I forgot my charger and cable, and they actually chased after me to return them 👍👍 The hotel's location is far from the city center, making it ideal for self-driving travelers. There are plenty of parking spaces, though many outdoor spots are quite a distance from the lobby entrance. Hygiene seemed fine, and having two complimentary bottles of water daily is a rarity in the US. The front desk is actually open 24 hours, not just until midnight as stated on Trip.com. As other reviews mentioned, the Wi-Fi is really poor; it constantly disconnects and requires reconnection. The room itself is very spacious and offers excellent value for money."

"The room was clean and tidy, and they offered valet parking. It's located across from a park, which is a nice setting. Arcadia Mall is just a few minutes' drive away, making dining and shopping very convenient. Highly recommended!"

"Pros: The location gets full marks – right in the city center, very close to Union Station and Angels Flight, making transportation incredibly convenient. Cons: 1. No parking available. You have to find street parking, and the nearby public parking costs $25 for half a day. 2. Luggage storage is only available on the check-in and check-out days. For example, if you go to Vegas for a few days and then return, even if you have a new reservation, you can't leave your luggage here. They say it's due to limited space. 3. No self-service laundry facilities. Despite the minor drawbacks, the hotel is very new, and although the rooms are small, the facilities are very smart and comfortable to stay in. The bed is just the right firmness, the shower water pressure is excellent, and the hotel provides 24-hour hot and cold water. The breakfast offers great value for money, and the staff are enthusiastic with a good overall vibe!"

"The hotel is very near to USC and it make parents easy to settle their children schooling stuff. Everything is good except the overnight parking is very expensive at $40."

"The room was excellent, the bed comfortable, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. It's conveniently located right by the main road, with an abundance of dining options nearby, including popular spots like Haidilao and Meet Fresh. Free parking is also a huge plus, greatly enhancing its value for money. Getting to major attractions takes about 40 minutes, which we found perfectly acceptable."

"Overall, my stay was quite good. The room was clean and tidy, and the bed was comfortable, perfectly fine for a one-night stay. The hotel's location is convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful; check-in and check-out were smooth. An upgrade to some of the amenities in the future would definitely enhance the experience. All in all, it offers good value for money and is suitable for a short overnight stop during a road trip."

"The basic amenities are all there, but the pictures are misleading. The king-size room is a traditional room without a sofa, and the amenities list doesn't mention one either. The soundproofing is a bit poor; I was given a room right by the stairs and could often hear noise, although thankfully I'm a heavy sleeper. Still, I could hear noise from the adjacent room. There are no toiletries or slippers provided in the room, not even a shower cap. Also, the showerhead isn't detachable. The biggest advantage is definitely the superb location; Rodeo Drive is just a stone's throw away. There were very few staff members. When I was checking out, there was no one at the front desk. If she had been any later, I would have missed my flight. However, I was able to retrieve my lost iPad, which is something I wouldn't feel secure about in the US. That's a definite plus. Considering the price and the location, it's generally acceptable."

"The biggest advantage of this hostel is its location in downtown, which makes it very convenient for getting around to other areas. However, being located downtown can also be a drawback. Once it gets dark at night, it’s not a good idea to walk too far outside the hostel. I’m not sure exactly where it was coming from, but I could constantly smell ********* around the hostel and near the elevators. Despite the building being old, the hostel itself was very clean. Unlike a typical hostel, it feels more like a hotel that has been converted into a hostel. There is a shared bathroom for each room, but please note that no amenities are provided at all. There is also no hair dryer. On the first floor, there is a fairly large and stylish lobby. In the basement, there is a small shared kitchen with a few tables in the same room, as well as a small room where you can work out. There are no coin-operated washers or dryers. The staff were friendly."

"This place is decently clean, best thing is they actually provide shampoo and shower gel. The location is also very convenient, just across the street from the metro station, and very close to the TCL Chinese Theater. The common area is cozy, and the breakfast includes juicy oranges. Best bang for the buck if you want to stay at Hollywood!"
