"We loved our stay at the Washington Plaza, friendly, helpful and courteous staff, all amenities were great,. The room was nice, clean and the soap, shampoo and conditioner were great, 2 bottles of water were in the room and a small fridge. The gym was great, lots of machines, free weights, TRX, bozu ball. Weighted balls, there was lots of equipment. The Bar/restaurant had good food, reasonable prices and good service. All round wonderful play to stay."

"The location is convenient, the room is not big, but the bed is very comfortable. There is a local market nearby, which is open on weekends. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby."

"Staff were friendly & helpful, but there was no kettle in the room, there is only one coffee machine for the whole Inn and it was out of the order most of the time during our stay. The staff did try to repair, but it became out of order very quickly. We had to buy drinking water from supermarket, very inconvenient. The Inn should equip with at least 2 coffee machine and have kettle facility in each room. If there could be fridge in each room, it would even be better."

"First off, I need to say that I stayed for quite a while, and I really regret it. I should have booked for just one day and then extended my stay as needed. This hotel has a strict no early checkout policy; if you leave early, they still charge you for the full booked duration. Why do I regret it? Here are a few points I wasn't happy with: (1) The room was too small. I booked a 'Super King Room,' which implies it's suitable for two people, but upon checking in, I realized it simply had a super king-sized bed, not a large room. On the contrary, the room was tiny; it would be okay for one person at best. The width of the room was equivalent to the length of a single mattress, and its length was about 3.2 to 3.3 times the width of a mattress (around 1.8m each, I'd guess). (2) The hotel only offers this one room type, so there's no option to upgrade. (3) The air quality in the room was poor. Because the room was small and had no windows, it relied entirely on the air conditioning for ventilation. After leaving in the morning and returning at night, there was still that old-fashioned train smell. This is why we left early in the morning and came back late at night – we simply didn't want to spend time in the room. Just to clarify, pictures 2 and 3 show the actual situation with the bathroom door open. So, if you're someone who's out all day and only comes back to sleep, if you're traveling solo, and if it's for a short stay of just a day or two, then this hotel might be acceptable."

"We enjoyed our stay here in this safe neighborhood which was a 7 min walk to the Metro. Trader Joe’s across the street was convenient and we made breakfast each day. We were too busy for the fitness center. The laundry is in a small room in the basement with two washers and two dryers for $3.50/load and very nice that they provided the soap and softener. We had a problem with the lock on the door and they moved us to another room as it couldn’t be fixed in one day. I highly recommend!"

"I had a truly relaxing and enjoyable stay with my family. The room was exceptionally clean, and I absolutely loved the bed and pillows they were incredibly fluffy and comfortable, which made resting a pleasure. The room was spacious. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay and would happily return in the future."

"The room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was okay, and the staff was refilling items quickly. Location is not great if you plan to buy groceries or plan to use public transport otherwise, okay. We enjoyed our 3 days' stay here."

"I was first visited ^ The White House and the bus stop were close to each other. The staff and cleaning crew were friendly, and there was a water dispenser in the lobby. However, the air conditioner in my room wouldn't stop running, which was very inconvenient. Problem ^^"

"This hotel is excellent! From the ambiance to the service and location, everything is superb! I highly recommend everyone to stay here. Plus, it's right next to the Parliament House, so you can visit first thing in the morning. The front desk even upgraded us to a twin room for free!"

"The location is great, very close to the White House and other attractions. Key government departments, monuments, and art galleries are all within walking distance. The metro station is also nearby, and there are plenty of restaurants in the area."
