"Excellent hotel, central in Georgetown. Superb service, top-notch fitness facility, very good restaurant. All the staff at the Four Seasons are super friendly and helpful. Rooms super quiet and very well appointed. I was happy to be upgraded and was able to use my Trip Coins to slightly lower the cost. Hope to be back again! "

"The service was just okay. The environment and price are top-notch, but you'll know what I mean as soon as you check in – the bellboy completely ignored me. The interior environment is really good. If the service could match it, this place would be unbeatable and truly worth the price."

"The location is fantastic, right next to the White House and just a 10-minute walk from the metro station. The staff were all incredibly warm and friendly. I arrived early and they allowed me to check in right away. At check-out, I was pleasantly surprised to find it was 12 PM, which was a huge bonus as most other hotels in the US have an 11 AM check-out. I got to enjoy an extra hour of sleep! The room was also very spacious; the bathroom alone could rival the total square footage of some hotels in Japan, if you know what I mean? Highly recommend."

"I was here for a business trip and was pleasantly surprised by this hotel. It's incredibly close to the White House, just 500 meters away, and you can even see the Monument directly from the window – the location is excellent. The hotel's food and dining options are also very good and highly recommended. The service was excellent."

"Can’t say enough about how fabulous our stay was! From the moment we arrived we were met with excellence. As regular travelers we’ve noticed that customer service isn’t what it used to be but the staff at the Conrad most definitely changed our mind. Everyone we encountered met us with smiles and genuine care and concern; seems like a small thing but it truly goes a long way.
Aside from the staff, our room was everything a more. A gorgeous view, extremely spacious, comfortable bed, and the shower 😍 cue the hallelujah chorus! The temperature and pressure were absolute perfection.
We truly had an amazing stay, so much so that I think Conrad might be our new staple for all of our travels!"

"Come to DC to live in Park Hyatt for 3 days. The area where you are located should be good. If you take a taxi, you can't go anywhere, but if you take the subway, there is still a distance from the subway station. The doorman is more welcoming. The only drawback is that the three nights of staying in the hotel did not change the toiletries once."

"The service was great, and the room was clean. It would have been nice to have a swimming pool and spa. The breakfast was overpriced and quite small portions. When ordering the fruit with french toast, we only got a few blueberries and no other fruit. The chairs in the restaurant were also a bit worn and could do with replacing."
